Projekt jest odpowiedzią na potrzebę przeciwdziałania degradacji terenów nadbrzeżnych i zanieczyszczenia środowiska naturalnego na terenie Powiatu Żywieckiego. Ideą przewodnią projektu jest ekologia, ochrona przyrody, poprawa różnorodności biologicznej oraz zrównoważone wykorzystanie walorów przyrodniczych na obszarze Powiatu. W ramach realizacji projektu zostaną przeprowadzone: - Działania przyrodnicze i rekultywacja, - Budowa Centrum Edukacji Ekologicznej ARKA (wraz z ścieżkami dydaktycznymi i sezonowym centrum edukacji ekologicznej) - Kampania edukacyjno - informacyjna i promocja projektu, - Dokumentacja i nadzory. Zadanie zostanie zrealizowane w latach 2018-2020. Jest to projekt partnerski. Wnioskodawcą jest Powiat Żywiecki, partnerami: Beskidzkie Stowarzyszenie Produkcji Ekologicznej i Turystki BEST PROEKO Jeleśnia, Beskidzkie Stowarzyszenie Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich i Kształcenia Ludności Rychwałd. The project is a response to the need to counteract the degradation of coastal areas and environmental pollution in the Zywiec county. The main idea of the project is ecology, nature conservation, improvement of biodiversity and sustainable use of natural assets in the area of the county. As part of the project’s implementation, the following will be carried out: — Natural activities and reclamation, – Construction of the Centre for Ecological Education ARKA (including educational paths and seasonal ecological education centre) – Education and information campaign and project promotion, – Documentation and supervision. The task will be carried out between 2018 and 2020. It is a partnership project. The applicant is Zywiecki County, partners: Beskid Society of Environmental Production and Tourism BEST PROEKO Yeleśnia, Beskid Association for Rural Development and Population Training Rychwałd. Das Projekt trägt der Notwendigkeit Rechnung, der Verschlechterung der Küstengebiete und der Umweltverschmutzung im Bezirk Żywiec entgegenzuwirken. Het project beantwoordt aan de noodzaak om de achteruitgang van kustgebieden en milieuvervuiling in het district Șywiec tegen te gaan.
