IN QUESTO AMBITO SI IMPLEMENTERà IL NUOVO MODELLO DI E-MANIFEST (MANIFESTO DELLE MERCI ELETTRONICO) CHE COMPORTA ANCHE LA NECESSARIA REINGEGNERIZZAZIONE DEI PROCESSI DOGANALI DI IMPORTAZIONE E CONTROLLI CHE SONO STRETTAMENTE COLLEGATI NEL FLUSSO DI TRACCIABILITà E DI AUTOMAZIONE DEI PROCESSI DOGANALI; B)L¿ESTENSIONE DELLO SDOGANAMENTO IN MARE AD ALTRE TIPOLOGIE DI NAVI E MERCI, CHE CARATTERIZZANO I FLUSSI MERCI DEI PORTI DEL MERIDIONE. OVVERO MERCI ALLA RINFUSA SOLIDE E LIQUIDE (I.E. GRANAGLIE, IDROCARBURI, ECC.) TRASPORTATE CON NAVI CISTERNA E VEICOLI NUOVI TRASPORTATI CON NAVI RO-RO. (Italian)

    THE PROJECT HAS THE OBJECTIVE OF RATIONALISING EXCHANGES OF INFORMATION BETWEEN ACTORS IN THE PORT CYCLE, IN PARTICULAR BY: (A) THE FULL INTEROPERABILITY OF THE MARINE SYSTEMS OF THE HARBOURMASTER’S OFFICES (PORT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM, PMIS) AND OF THE CUSTOMS AND MONOPOLIES AGENCY (INTEGRATED AUTOMATION CUSTOMS AUTOMATION, AIDA) FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SINGLE WINDOW AT NATIONAL LEVEL. THIS WILL BE DONE THROUGH THE NEW E-MANIFEST MODEL (ELECTRONIC GOODS MANIFEST) WHICH ALSO INCLUDES THE NECESSARY REENGINEERING OF CUSTOMS IMPORT PROCESSES AND CONTROLS THAT ARE CLOSELY LINKED TO THE FLOW OF ACCIABILITY AND THE AUTOMATION OF CUSTOMS PROCESSES; (B) EXTENSION OF CLEARANCE AT SEA TO OTHER TYPES OF VESSELS AND GOODS, WHICH CHARACTERISE THE FREIGHT FLOWS IN SOUTHERN PORTS. ALTERNATIVELY, SOLID AND LIQUID BULK GOODS (GRAIN, HYDROCARBONS, ETC.) TRANSPORTED BY TANKERS AND NEW VEHICLES TRANSPORTED BY RO-RO SHIPS. (English)
