Das Projekt zielt auf die Fokussierung der DIALOG-Plattform zur Verbesserung u. Vertiefung der Zusammenarbeit von Institutionen u.Bürgern im Fördergebiet ab. Für die Themenfelder 1) BILDUNG 2) GESUNDHEIT 3) BILDUNG FÜR GESUNDHEIT sollen grenzüberschreitend für spezifische Handlungsansätze, unter Einbeziehung von zuständigen Experten und Institutionen aus DE und PL, praxisnahe Lösungsvorschläge zum Abbau von Barrieren ausgearbeitet, gemeinsam umgesetzt u.Kooperationspotenziale auch für die Zukunft erschlossen werden. Besonderer Fokus liegt auch auf der Verbesserung der Informationen u. Kompetenzen von Bürgern u. Multiplikatoren in grenzübergreifend tätigen Institutionen, um die Voraussetzungen für Kommunikation u. Verständnis für eine nachhaltige Zusammenarbeit im Fördergebiet zu schaffen. (German)

The project aims at focusing on the DIALOG platform to improve and deepen cooperation between institutions and citizens in the assisted area. For the topics 1) EDUCATION 2) HEALTH 3) OPINION FOR HEALTH should be developed cross-border for specific approaches to action, involving experts and institutions from DE and PL, practical solutions for the removal of barriers, implemented jointly and exploiting cooperation potentials for the future. Particular focus is also on improving the information and skills of citizens and multipliers in cross-border institutions in order to create the conditions for communication and understanding of sustainable cooperation in the assisted area.
