Ziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung von grenzüberschreitenden Aus- und Fortbildungsmodulen mit der Hilfe einer „Lernfabrik“ und somit die Entwicklung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit im Bereich Industrie 4. 0. Es wird im Gebiet des Eurodistrikts PAMINA durchgeführt, das ein vorwiegend ländlich geprägtes Gebiet und deswegen sehr stark von der Digitalisierung der Arbeit betroffen ist. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden folgende Massnahmen durchgeführt: - Erwerb der Lernfabrik; - gemeinsame Entwicklung von Ausbildungsmodulen für die Lernende der 3 Partnerschulen, ihre Umsetzung, Evaluierung und ggf. Anpassung während 2 Schuljahren; - gemeinsame Entwicklung von Fortbildungsmodulen für die Lehrende der Partnergebiete (Rheinland-Pfalz, Région Grand Est), ihre Umsetzung, Bewertung und ggf. Anpassung. Am Ende des Projekts verfügt das Oberrheingebiet über ein zweisprachiges, grenzüberschreitendes innovatives Bildungsnetzwerk im Bereich der digitalisierten Lagerung und Fertigung. (German)

The aim of the project is to develop cross-border training modules with the help of a “learning factory” and thus the development of employability in industry 4. 0. It is carried out in the area of the Eurodistrict PAMINA, which is a predominantly rural area and is therefore very much affected by the digitalisation of work. The following measures will be implemented within the framework of the project: — Acquisition of the learning factory; — joint development of training modules for the learners of the 3 partner schools, their implementation, evaluation and, where appropriate, adaptation during 2 school years; — joint development of training modules for the teachers of the partner areas (Rheinland-Palatinate, Région Grand Est), their implementation, evaluation and, where appropriate, adaptation. At the end of the project, the Upper Rhine region has a bilingual, cross-border, innovative educational network in the field of digitised storage and manufacturing. (English)
