Az EFOP 1.2.9-17 „Nők a családban és a munkahelyen” konstrukció keretében a Jonathan Livingston Seagull Alapítvány a Nógrádi Fejlesztési Ügynökség Nonprofit Korlátolt Felelősségű Társasággal, valamint IFKA Iparfejlesztési Közhasznú Nonprofit Korlátolt Felelősségű Társasággal konzorciumban támogatási igényt nyújt be az „Esélyteremtés nőknek- Nógrádban” című projekt finanszírozására. A konstrukció célkitűzéseivel összhangban a projekt célja a nők munkaerő-piaci helyzetének javítása, valamint a család és munka összeegyeztethetőségének előmozdítása helyi megoldásokkal és együttműködésekkel, különösen az atipikus foglalkoztatási formák népszerűsítésével. A tervezett projekt megvalósulásának helyszíne a Nógrádi Szabad Vállalkozási Zóna, amely 4 Nógrád megyei járásra (Pásztói járás Bátonyterenyei járás, Szécsényi járás és Salgótarjáni járás) és azok településeire terjed ki. A projekt területi hatálya alá tartozó járásokban együttesen közel 2.000 km2 területen közel 100.000 ember él. A járások közös ismérve a lakosságot jellemző alacsonyabb iskolázottság és – részben ezzel összefüggő – alacsony foglalkoztatási és aktivitási arány. A térség érintettségét jól jellemzi, hogy a Szécsényi járás a komplex programmal fejlesztendő járások közé tartozik. A projekt tehát a járásokban élő munkaképes korú nők foglalkoztatottságának növelését tűzte ki célul, a munkanélküliség és az inaktívak arányának csökkentésével, a foglalkoztathatóság javításával, valamint a munkába állás és munkában maradás megkönnyítésével. A munkaerőpiac keresleti és kínálati oldalát egyaránt erősíti a térségi munkaerőpiac releváns szereplői közötti együttműködés kialakítása és tartalmi elemeinek bővítése, amely a tervezett projekt tevékenységei közé tartozik. Az együttműködés hozzájárulhat a munkaerő kínálatot alakító képzések tartalmi és minőségi jellemzőinek javításához, a helyi gazdaság erősítéséhez, a térségi foglalkoztatók együttműködéséhez és a foglakoztatási helyzetet javító szabályozási és egyéb intézkedések, változtatási igények kialakításához. A program tervezett tevékenységeit és szolgáltatásait a projekt keretében kialakított Női Információs és Szolgáltató Központ (Nő-Köz-Pont) koordinálja. A projekt keretében 36 hónapos időtartamban működtetett Nő-Köz-Pont a Kelet- Nógrád térségében élő aktív korú nők számára nyújt szolgáltatásokat annak érdekében, hogy munkaerő-piaci helyzetük javuljon, megismerve és igénybe véve az atipikus foglalkoztatási formákat is.(pl. részfoglalkozás, távmunka, bedolgozás, önfoglalkoztatás, munkakörmegosztás.) A kialakított Nő-Köz-Pont salgótarjáni székhellyel heti 20 órában a térség településein élő minden nő számára biztosít szolgáltatásokat, képzéseket, fejlesztéseket, illetve tevékenységeinek egy részének elérhetőségét a leghátrányosabb helyzetű településeken kitelepülésekkel biztosítja. A program – a munkaadók, szakmai szervezetek, helyi közösségek bevonásával, az igényekre épülő megyeszékhelyi és települési szolgáltatásokkal kívánja segíteni, hogy a hátrányos helyzetű nők foglalkoztathatóságával szembeni társadalmi és gazdasági sztereotípiák megváltozzanak, ezzel is segítve, hogy a számukra a munka és a családi elfoglaltságok összeegyeztethetővé váljanak. A programban megvalósított tevékenységek magukba foglalják a célcsoport igényfelmérésén alapuló szolgáltatási és tevékenység-paletta kialakítását és működtetést, a nők munkaerőpiaci helyzetét támogató képzések (pl.: álláskeresési technikák, digitális kompetencia fejlesztés) kialakítását, szervezését, jó gyakorlatok feltérképezését és implementálását, kommunikációs és ismeretterjesztő, szemléletformáló tevékenységek szervezését, lebonyolítását (pl.: érzékenyítés, konferencia, munkáltatói tanácsadás), valamint a résztvevő partnerek közötti hálózat létrehozását és működtetését. A projekt fenntarthatóságát a bevont szakemberek képzése, továbbképzése, valamint a programok, szolgáltatások térségi beágyazottsága biztosítja. In the framework of the EFOP 1.2.9-17 ‘Women in the family and the workplace’, the Jonathan Livingston Seagull Foundation, in a consortium with the Nógrád Development Agency Nonprofit Limited Liability Company and IFKA Industrial Development Nonprofit Nonprofit Liability Company, applies for funding for the project entitled ‘Employment for Women in Nógrád’. In line with the objectives of the Facility, the aim of the project is to improve the situation of women in the labour market and to promote the reconciliation of family and work through local solutions and cooperation, in particular by promoting atypical forms of employment. The planned project is located in the Free Entrepreneurship Zone of Nógrád, which covers 4 districts of Nógrád county (Pásztó district Bátonyterenye district, Szécsény district and Salgótarján district) and their settlements. In the districts covered by the territorial scope of the project, nearly 100,000 people live on an area of almost 2.000 km². The common criteria for districts are lower educational attainment among the population and, in part, low employment and activity rates. The involvement of the region is characterised by the fact that Szécsényi district is one of the districts to be developed with the complex program. The project therefore aims to increase the employment of women of working age living in districts, reducing unemployment and inactive rates, improving employability and facilitating access to and stay in work. Both the demand and supply sides of the labour market are reinforced by the development of cooperation between relevant actors in the regional labour market and the expansion of its content, which is one of the activities of the planned project. Cooperation can contribute to improving the content and quality of labour supply training, strengthening the local economy, cooperation between regional employers and the development of regulatory and other measures and change needs to improve the employment situation. The planned activities and services of the programme are coordinated by the Women’s Information and Service Centre (Women-Central-Pont) established within the framework of the project. Within the framework of the project, Nő-Central-Pont provides services for active-age women living in the East-Nógrád region for a period of 36 months, in order to improve their labour market situation, as well as to familiarise themselves with atypical forms of employment. (e.g. part-working, teleworking, employment, self-employment, job sharing.) The established Nő-Central-Pont Salgótarján headquarters provides services, trainings, development and access to some of its activities to all women living in the settlements of the region 20 hours a week with settlements in the most disadvantaged settlements. With the involvement of employers, professional organisations and local communities, the programme aims to help change the social and economic stereotypes of disadvantaged women’s employability through demand-based county and municipal services, thus helping them to reconcile work and family activities. The activities implemented in the programme include the development and operation of a range of services and activities based on the needs assessment of the target group, training to support women’s labour market situation (e.g.: job-search techniques, development of digital competence) development, organisation, mapping and implementation of good practices, organisation and implementation of communication and awareness-raising activities (e.g.: sensitisation, conference, employer advice) and the establishment and operation of a network between the participating partners. The sustainability of the project is ensured by the training and further training of the professionals involved, as well as the regional embedding of the programmes and services. Dans le cadre de l’EFOP 1.2.9-17 «Les femmes dans la famille et le lieu de travail», la Fondation Jonathan Livingston Seagull, dans le cadre d’un consortium avec la Nógrád Development Agency Nonprofit Limited Liability Company et IFKA Industrial Development Nonprofit Nonprofit Liability Company, demande le financement du projet intitulé «Employment for Women in Nógrád». Conformément aux objectifs de la facilité, le projet vise à améliorer la situation des femmes sur le marché du travail et à promouvoir la conciliation de la famille et du travail grâce à des solutions et à une coopération locales, notamment en promouvant des formes d’emploi atypiques. Le projet envisagé est situé dans la zone d ' entreprenariat libre de Nógrád, qui couvre 4 districts du comté de Nógrád (district de Pásztó Bátonyterenye, district de Szécsény et district de Salgótarján) et leurs localités. Dans les districts couverts par la portée territoriale du projet, près de 100 000 personnes vivent sur une superficie de près de 2,000 km². Les critères communs pour les districts sont le faible niveau d’instruction de la population et, en partie, le faible taux d’emploi et d’activité. L’implication de la région se caractérise par le fait que le district de Szécsényi est l’un des districts à développer avec le programme complexe. Le projet vise donc à accroître l’emploi des femmes en âge de travailler vivant dans les districts, à réduire le chômage et les taux d’inactivité, à améliorer l’employabilité et à faciliter l’accès au travail et son maintien. Tant la demande que l’offre du marché du travail sont renforcées par le développement de la coopération entre les acteurs concernés sur le marché du travail régional et par l’expansion de son contenu, qui est l’une des activités du projet envisagé. La coopération peut contribuer à l’amélioration du contenu et de la qualité de la formation à l’offre de main-d’œuvre, au renforcement de l’économie locale, à la coopération entre employeurs régionaux et au développement de mesures réglementaires et autres, ainsi qu’à la nécessité d’améliorer la situation de l’emploi. Les activités et services prévus dans le cadre du programme sont coordonnés par le Centre d’information et de services pour les femmes (Women-Central-Pont) créé dans le cadre du projet. Dans le cadre de ce projet, les femmes en âge actif vivant dans la région de l ' Est-Nógrád pendant une période de 36 mois, afin d ' améliorer leur situation sur le marché du travail et de se familiariser avec les formes atypiques d ' emploi (travail partiel, télétravail, emploi, travail indépendant, partage de l ' emploi). Le siège social établi de la région du Nord-Central-Pont Salgótarján fournit des services, des formations, le développement et l ' accès à certaines de ses activités à toutes les femmes vivant dans les établissements de la région 20 heures par semaine avec des établissements situés dans les établissements les plus défavorisés. Avec la participation d’employeurs, d’organisations professionnelles et de communautés locales, le programme vise à contribuer à modifier les stéréotypes sociaux et économiques sur l’employabilité des femmes défavorisées par le biais de services de comté et de municipalités basés sur la demande, afin de les aider à concilier travail et activité familiale. Les activités mises en œuvre dans le cadre du programme comprennent le développement et le fonctionnement d’une série de services et d’activités fondés sur l’évaluation des besoins du groupe cible, la formation destinée à soutenir la situation des femmes sur le marché du travail (par exemple: techniques de recherche d’emploi, développement des compétences numériques) développement, organisation, cartographie et mise en œuvre des bonnes pratiques, organisation et mise en œuvre d’activités de communication et de sensibilisation (par exemple: sensibilisation, conférence, conseils aux employeurs) ainsi que la mise en place et le fonctionnement d’un réseau entre les partenaires participants. La durabilité du projet est assurée par la formation et la formation continue des professionnels concernés, ainsi que par l’intégration régionale des programmes et services. Im Rahmen des EFOP 1.2.9-17 „Frauen in der Familie und am Arbeitsplatz“ beantragt die Jonathan Livingston Seagull Foundation in einem Konsortium mit der Nógrád Development Agency Nonprofit Limited Liability Company und der IFKA Industrial Development Nonprofit Nonprofit Liability Company eine Finanzierung für das Projekt „Beschäftigung für Frauen in Nógrád“. Im Einklang mit den Zielen der Fazilität besteht das Ziel des Projekts darin, die Situation der Frauen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt zu verbessern und die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf durch lokale Lösungen und Zusammenarbeit zu fördern, insbesondere durch die Förderung atypischer Beschäftigungsformen. Das geplante Projekt befindet sich in der Freien Unternehmerzone Nógrád, die 4 Bezirke des Landkreises Nógrád (Bezirk Pásztó Bátonyterenye, Bezirk Szécsény und Salgótarján) und ihre Siedlungen umfasst. In den Bezirken, die unter den territorialen Geltungsbereich des Projekts fallen, leben fast 100.000 Menschen auf einer Fläche von fast 2,000 km². Die gemeinsamen Kriterien für die Bezirke sind niedrigere Bildungsabschlüsse in der Bevölkerung und zum Teil niedrige Beschäftigungs- und Erwerbsquoten. Die Einbindung der Region zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Bezirk Szécsényi einer der mit dem komplexen Programm zu entwickelnden Bezirke ist. Das Projekt zielt daher darauf ab, die Beschäftigung von Frauen im erwerbsfähigen Alter, die in Bezirken leben, zu erhöhen, die Arbeitslosigkeit und die Nichterwerbsquoten zu verringern, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zu verbessern und den Zugang zu und den Aufenthalt in der Arbeit zu erleichtern. Sowohl die Nachfrage- als auch die Angebotsseite des Arbeitsmarktes werden durch die Entwicklung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den relevanten Akteuren des regionalen Arbeitsmarktes und die Ausweitung seines Inhalts, der zu den Aktivitäten des geplanten Projekts gehört, verstärkt. Die Zusammenarbeit kann zur Verbesserung des Inhalts und der Qualität der Ausbildung im Arbeitskräfteangebot, zur Stärkung der lokalen Wirtschaft, zur Zusammenarbeit zwischen regionalen Arbeitgebern und zur Entwicklung von Regulierungs- und anderen Maßnahmen sowie zur Verbesserung der Beschäftigungslage beitragen. Die geplanten Aktivitäten und Dienstleistungen des Programms werden vom Fraueninformations- und -dienstzentrum (Frauen-Zentral-Pont) koordiniert, das im Rahmen des Projekts eingerichtet wurde. Im Rahmen des Projekts bietet NÀ-Central-Pont Dienstleistungen für Frauen im aktiven Alter, die in der Region Ost-Nógrád leben, für einen Zeitraum von 36 Monaten, um ihre Arbeitsmarktsituation zu verbessern und sich mit atypischen Beschäftigungsformen vertraut zu machen. (z. B. Teilzeitarbeit, Telearbeit, Beschäftigung, Selbstständigkeit, Arbeitsteilung) Das etablierte Hauptquartier NÀ-Central-Pont Salgótarján bietet Dienstleistungen, Schulungen, Entwicklung und Zugang zu einigen seiner Aktivitäten für alle Frauen, die in den Siedlungen der Region 20 Stunden pro Woche mit Siedlungen in den am stärksten benachteiligten Siedlungen leben. Unter Einbeziehung von Arbeitgebern, Berufsverbänden und lokalen Gemeinschaften soll das Programm dazu beitragen, die sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Stereotypen der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit benachteiligter Frauen durch nachfrageorientierte Bezirks- und Kommunaldienste zu verändern und ihnen dabei zu helfen, Arbeit und Familientätigkeiten miteinander in Einklang zu bringen. Die im Rahmen des Programms durchgeführten Maßnahmen umfassen die Entwicklung und den Betrieb einer Reihe von Dienstleistungen und Aktivitäten auf der Grundlage der Bedarfsermittlung der Zielgruppe, Ausbildung zur Unterstützung der Arbeitsmarktsituation von Frauen (z. B.: Entwicklung, Organisation, Kartierung und Umsetzung bewährter Verfahren, Organisation und Umsetzung bewährter Verfahren, Organisation und Durchführung von Kommunikations- und Sensibilisierungsmaßnahmen (z. B.: Sensibilisierung, Konferenz, Arbeitgeberberatung) und Aufbau und Betrieb eines Netzwerks zwischen den beteiligten Partnern. Die Nachhaltigkeit des Projekts wird durch die Ausbildung und Weiterbildung der beteiligten Fachkräfte sowie durch die regionale Einbettung der Programme und Dienstleistungen gewährleistet. Die detaillierte Beschreibung der im Rahmen des Projekts geplanten Maßnahmen und die Bedingungen für deren Durchführung sind im technischen Plan im Anhang zu diesem Finanzhilfeantrag dargelegt.
