There is a lack of cross-border employment models at the site of the project intervention currently. The use of environmental conditions is inadequate in the area, local products provides little and fewer people a living. The biggest lag can be demonstrated in the general infrastructure, human capital and the innovation environment. There is an absence of methodized cooperation to harmonize cross-border developments in the field of social inclusion. There is no planned relationship between the traineeships that can create new jobs and the participants in social inclusion programs. Instead of scattered initiatives, the production of competitive products based on the production of industrial hemp as a raw material can promote the development of a single economic space. Integration in the labour market is a key tool for the social inclusion of the disadvantaged micro-regions and people living there. The direct aim of the project is to collect and share the stop-gap knowledge needed for the processing and utilization of industrial hemp. The overall aim of the project is to improve employment in the region by developing industrial and commercial activity based on industrial hemp. In the frame of the project vocational training and employment of hemp professionals, developing knowledge content materials, creating awareness-raising and knowledge transfer tools will be prepared. Beneficiaries of the project are people living in the region, disadvantaged people, entrepreneurs and farmers. The border regions that were previously centuries geographically and economically homogenous, had been separated by historical events. This separation counteracted these regions to develop together. During the intervention, knowledge gathering, sharing, joint development and employment based on cooperation between partners and target group on both sides of the border will take place. (English)
