The main objective of the project is to increase employment opportunities and employability of young people through the creation of organizational and institutional conditions for cross-border and networked improvement of education, knowledge and skills that will meet the needs of the economy and labor market. The project focus is on modern IT technologies and modern management systems, which will encourage and support innovation, creativity, entrepreneurship and knowledge-based economy of young people in the Romanian and Serbian border area. The project will make the institutional and organizational basis for the acquisition of new skills that match the needs of the economy, knowledge which is based on new IT technologies and modern management systems and encourage maintenance and improvement of education and commitment to the tertiary and lifelong education. The mission of education is in a quick process of shifting from `TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO KNOW` towards `TO ENABLE PEOPLE TO LEARN`! This new paradigm of mission requires the corresponding paradigm shift of TEACHING, TEACHING KNOWLEDGE OR TEACHING LEARNING? The added value of the project consist in creating multidisciplinary team (teacher, employer, youngst) that will develop and implement the personalized approach for each situation. The target group is formed by:*) 70 Youngsters (especially unemployed) in the cross-border area with ages between 16-24 years, who will be involved in presentations and tests, in activities supporting the increased chances of employability; *)20 Romanian and Serbian teachers will benefit from the training of trainers in the areas of IT, management and entrepreneurship.; *)10 Romanian and Serbian employers will be involved in TES Program, in the training and counseling activities organized for youngsters with the purpose of helping them develop the necessary skills for the labour market. The project activities focus on integrated services for access to job opportunities offered to youngsters with ages between 16-24 years, especially vulnerable groups ( young people not employed, not involved in training or educational activities). Indirectly, as a result of the project outcomes, it is anticipated that along with the young people that represent the project target group, there will be a series of secondary beneficiaries, such as secondary school teachers, higher education institutions, entrepreneurs with access to high-quality workforce, the National Employment Services, local government authorities and the population of the region. The target group will be put in contact with the National Employment Service. The target group will be committed to the project with the innovative aspects of the activities and the high level of expertise provided by the experts of the University. The project is not net-revenue generating. (English)
