The project-aim is to actively support regional network between industry and science with a high degree of practical relevance along the important value chains. Companies with a focus on the wood, metal, automotive and mechanical engineering industries will be introduced to a qualification chain in a pre-competitive way. The interregional bundling of knowledge and competencies of the project partners will result in a complete transfer program that well prepares SMEs for digitization. In addition to the exchange of know-how and experience, regional technology solutions should also be highlighted in the inter-company networking. The results of the project will be widely disseminated, add value to the further development of skills and professional qualifications (eg through train-the-trainer actions) and should be used to strengthen the SME-oriented research work of R & D partners.
