In order to enhance the innovation power of Dutch and German companies on both sides of the border, the international collaboration between these companies will be supported by the operational capability of young talents from Dutch and German Universities of Applied Sciences. As a result, international talents will stay in the borderregion. Due to the developed sustainable cooperation amongst companies on the on hand, and between companies and Universities of Applied Sciences on the other hand, companies are able to call on international students and trainees for their international innovation.
