The basic goal of the project is to assist the integration of marginalized people and persons with reduced work abilities (PRWA) into the labour market. The main objective of the project is to help the successful and long-term participation of PRWA in the labour market, as well as to improve the existing conditions in the cross-border region by connecting the interested parties. In order to improve employment indicators, precise and firm guidelines are needed, as well as provision of information. The project will achieve that through trainings, business conferences, study visits, forums, preparation and realization of preconditions, establishment of a web shop, as well as use of various means of communication. Numerous measures have been implemented so far, but there is no overall and comprehensive network that provides information. The project strives to change it. The project contributes to: Successful participation of PRWA on the open labour market with the involvement of their families and pedagogues who work with them. Promotion of the capacities of social enterprises and organizations that deal with other business activities in this field. Rising of interest in PRWA, enabling mutual understanding of the target groups, as well as creating opportunities for a higher level of acceptance. Main project activities: Support for PRWA and their families, exploring their potentials, trainings by experts. Additional improvement of knowledge and competences of teachers working in schools with the aim of successful employment of PRWA. Provision of assistance to various social enterprises which operate in the cross-border region in reaching the labour market, in achievement of adequate professional capacities, development of skills and competences, support for infrastructure in the field of improved cooperation. Connecting other business units with the social enterprises, provision of information with the aim to better understand / accept PRWA in connection to their needs regarding their jobs and the importance of their employment. Informing the cross-border public concerning the life circumstances of PRWA with the aim to accept and support social enterprises. Within this project, 20 PRWA will have the opportunity to take part in trainings, participate in various forums, and that will facilitate their successful performance in the open labour market. Four safe working environments / workshops will be established – a green house, pottery workshop sewing workshop and mushroom farming facility, all with the aim of successful employment of PRWA.
