Creation of a non-virtual cross-border information, consulting and support platform for networks and clusters (NWC) consisting of SMEs and/or scientific institutions in the project area. The aim is to provide these networks with information, services and expertise for their sustainable development/anchoring/cross-border networking: - Support for intelligent specialisation, strategic expansion, internationalisation; - Initiation of a DE-PL cluster dialogue, cross-border networking; - Location marketing by initiating the development of a DE-PL cluster brand; - Development of an NWC-related service infrastructure; - Support for NWCs in cross-border project work/acquisition of funding.
