The project will take the following steps to rebalance the job market in the Strasbourg-Ortenau Eurodistrict (unemployment on the French side and shortage of labour on the German side): - Communication tools will be designed to improve the visibility and transparency of the job market in Ortenau. - A team of three cross-border job market advisors will be set up in the region’s local youth job-finding missions - Talks will be held between employers, and specific information tools will be set up.
