A projekt megvalósulási helyszíne Ózd városa, mely Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megyében található és az ózdi járás központja. A megyeszékhely Miskolc után a megye legnépesebb városa 33.493 fős lakosságával (2015. január 1-i adat). Az ózdi járást – mely a 290/2014. (XI.26.) Korm. rendelet szerint komplex programmal fejlesztendő járás – 15 község és 2 város alkotja. Támogatást igénylő a város kórháza, az Almási Balogh Pál Kórház. A projekt átfogó célja, hogy Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megyében, illetve Ózdon, magas szinten tudjuk biztosítani a betegellátást. Fontosnak tartjuk a minőségi egészségügyi szolgáltatás megvalósítását, ennek megvalósításához megfelelően szakképzett munkatársakra van szükségünk. Célunk, hogy a pályázat során, a képzésben résztvevő szakdolgozók magas színvonalú munkájukkal hozzá tudjanak járulni az Almási Balogh Pál Kórház betegellátó munkájához, illetve tevékenyen járuljanak hozzá a megye gazdasági-társadalmi fejlődéséhez. A képzésben részt vevő szakdolgozók segítségével szeretnénk a lakosság számára nyújtott ellátások minőségét és hatékonyságát növelni. Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megye az ország 2. legnépesebb megyéje. Az elmúlt években itt volt a legjelentősebb a nemzetközi vándorlás népességszámra gyakorolt csökkenő hatása. Nehezítő tényező, hogy a munkaerő-kereslet és kínálat rendkívül egyenlőtlen elosztást mutat az országban, illetve a rendelkezésre álló munkaerő bizonyos része nem rendelkezik megfelelő szaktudással. A strukturális egyensúlyhiány is igen nehezen javítható, mivel a magyar munkavállalók földrajzi mobilitása az országon belül rendkívül alacsony. Mindemellett meg kell említeni, hogy a jelenleg gyorsan változó gazdasági környezetben pont ezen tényezők miatt nehezen tudunk humánerőforrás tekintetében előre 3-5 évre nagy biztonsággal tervezni. Ezért a fő cél, hogy javuljon a régióban jellemző alacsony szintű iskolázottság, a munkalehetőségek és az álláskeresők szakmai képzettsége között strukturális különbség csökkenjen, a régió, illetve a város humán erőforrással kapcsolatos fejlesztési lehetőségei bővüljenek, illetve megfelelő minőséget tudjunk biztosítani a régió betegei számára. A társadalmi illetve minőségi felzárkózás, a társadalmi problémák kezelésének egyik alapköve a megfelelő szintű oktatás, amely csökkenti ezen nehézségeket, hátrányokat. Projektünk célja, hogy a pályázat során a képzésben résztvevevő szakdolgozók magasabb színvonalú munkájukkal hozzá tudjanak járulni az Almási Balogh Pál Kórház betegellátó munkájához. A képzett szakdolgozókkal szeretnék a lakosság számára nyújtott ellátások minőségét és hatékonyságát növelni, hiszen köztudott az egészségügyben nagyon kevés a jól képzett szakdolgozó, az utánpólás hiánya számos területet érint. A projekt megvalósítása során az Almási Balogh Pál Kórház alkalmazásában álló 19 fő képzését kívánjuk megvalósítani, mellyel az intézményi hiányszakmák és betöltetlen álláshelyek problémáját kívánjuk orvosolni, illetve a Kórház ellátási színvonalát kívánjuk emelni. The implementation site of the project is the city of Ózd, which is located in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county and is the centre of the district of Ozd. The county seat after Miskolc is the most populous city in the county with a population of 33.493 (data as of 1 January 2015). The Osdi walk — which is 290/2014. The city’s hospital, the Almási Balogh Pál Hospital, needs support. The overall objective of the project is to ensure a high level of patient care in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County and Ózd. We consider it important to implement quality health services, and to achieve this we need qualified staff. Our aim is to ensure that the experts involved in the competition can contribute to the patient care work of the Almási Balogh Pál Hospital with their high quality work and to contribute actively to the economic and social development of the county. We want to increase the quality and efficiency of the benefits provided to the general public with the help of the trainees. Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén County is the second most populous county in the country. It has been the most significant in recent years for the decreasing impact of international migration on population numbers. A difficult factor is that labour demand and supply are very unevenly distributed across the country and some of the available workforce lacks sufficient skills. It is also very difficult to correct the structural imbalance, as the geographical mobility of Hungarian workers within the country is extremely low. In addition, it should be noted that in the currently rapidly changing economic environment, it is difficult to plan with great certainty in terms of human resources for 3-5 years, precisely because of these factors. The main objectives are therefore to improve the low level of education in the region, to reduce the structural gap between job opportunities and job-seekers, to increase the potential for human resources development in the region and to ensure adequate quality for patients in the region. Social and qualitative catching-up, one of the cornerstones of tackling social problems, is the right level of education, which reduces these difficulties and disadvantages. The aim of our project is to enable the trainees participating in the project to contribute to the patient care work of the Almási Balogh Pál Hospital with their higher quality work. Qualified workers want to increase the quality and efficiency of the provision of services to the population, as there are very few well-skilled workers in the health sector, and the lack of replenishment affects a wide range of areas. During the implementation of the project, we intend to implement the training of 19 people employed by the Almási Balogh Pál Hospital to address the problem of institutional shortages and vacancies and to raise the standard of care of the hospital. Le site de mise en œuvre du projet est la ville d’Ózd, qui est située dans le comté de Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén et est le centre du district d’Ozd. Le siège du comté après Miskolc est la ville la plus peuplée du comté avec une population de 33.493 (données au 1er janvier 2015). La marche OSDI — qui est 290/2014. Conformément au décret gouvernemental (XI.26.) (XI.26) districts à développer avec un programme complexe — 15 municipalités et 2 villes. Nous considérons qu’il est important de mettre en œuvre des services de santé de qualité, et pour y parvenir, nous avons besoin d’un personnel qualifié. Notre objectif est de veiller à ce que les experts impliqués dans le concours puissent contribuer au travail de soins aux patients de l’hôpital Almási Balogh Pál avec leur travail de haute qualité et de contribuer activement au développement économique et social du comté. Nous voulons accroître la qualité et l’efficacité des avantages offerts au grand public avec l’aide des stagiaires. Le comté de Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén est le deuxième comté le plus peuplé du pays. Elle a été la plus importante ces dernières années en ce qui concerne l’impact décroissant des migrations internationales sur le nombre de populations. Un facteur difficile est que la demande et l’offre de main-d’œuvre sont très inégalement réparties d’un bout à l’autre du pays et qu’une partie de la main-d’œuvre disponible manque de compétences suffisantes. Il est également très difficile de corriger le déséquilibre structurel, car la mobilité géographique des travailleurs hongrois à l’intérieur du pays est extrêmement faible. En outre, il convient de noter que, dans l’environnement économique actuel en mutation rapide, il est difficile de planifier avec une grande certitude en termes de ressources humaines pendant 3 à 5 ans, précisément en raison de ces facteurs. Les principaux objectifs sont donc d’améliorer le faible niveau d’éducation dans la région, de réduire l’écart structurel entre les possibilités d’emploi et les demandeurs d’emploi, d’accroître le potentiel de développement des ressources humaines dans la région et d’assurer une qualité adéquate aux patients de la région. Le rattrapage social et qualitatif, l’une des pierres angulaires de la lutte contre les problèmes sociaux, est le bon niveau d’éducation, ce qui réduit ces difficultés et ces désavantages. L’objectif de notre projet est de permettre aux stagiaires participant au projet de contribuer au travail de soins aux patients de l’hôpital Almási Balogh Pál avec leur travail de meilleure qualité. Les travailleurs qualifiés veulent accroître la qualité et l’efficacité de la prestation de services à la population, étant donné qu’il y a très peu de travailleurs bien qualifiés dans le secteur de la santé et que le manque de réapprovisionnement touche un large éventail de domaines. Die Umsetzungsstätte des Projekts ist die Stadt Ózd, die sich im Kreis Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén befindet und das Zentrum des Bezirks Ozd ist. Der Verwaltungssitz (County Seat) nach Miskolc ist die bevölkerungsreichste Stadt des Countys mit 33,493 Einwohnern (Stand: 1. Januar 2015). Der OSDI Walk – das ist 290/2014. Nach Regierungsdekret (XI.26.) (XI.26.) Bezirke mit einem komplexen Programm zu entwickeln – 15 Gemeinden und 2 Städte. Das Krankenhaus der Stadt, das Krankenhaus Almási Balogh Pál, braucht Unterstützung. Übergeordnetes Ziel des Projekts ist es, ein hohes Maß an Patientenversorgung in den Kreisen Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén und Ózd zu gewährleisten. Wir halten es für wichtig, qualitativ hochwertige Gesundheitsdienste umzusetzen, und dafür brauchen wir qualifiziertes Personal. Unser Ziel ist es, sicherzustellen, dass die am Wettbewerb beteiligten Experten zur Patientenbetreuung des Krankenhauses Almási Balogh Pál mit ihrer hochwertigen Arbeit beitragen und aktiv zur wirtschaftlichen und sozialen Entwicklung des Landkreises beitragen können. Wir wollen die Qualität und Effizienz der Vorteile erhöhen, die der breiten Öffentlichkeit mit Hilfe der Auszubildenden zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén ist das zweitgrößte County des Landes. Sie war in den letzten Jahren für die abnehmenden Auswirkungen der internationalen Migration auf die Bevölkerungszahl am wichtigsten. Ein schwieriger Faktor ist, dass die Nachfrage und das Angebot der Arbeitskräfte sehr ungleich verteilt sind und einige der verfügbaren Arbeitskräfte über ausreichende Qualifikationen verfügen. Es ist auch sehr schwierig, das strukturelle Ungleichgewicht zu korrigieren, da die geografische Mobilität der ungarischen Arbeitnehmer innerhalb des Landes extrem gering ist. Darüber hinaus ist anzumerken, dass es in dem sich derzeit rasch verändernden wirtschaftlichen Umfeld schwierig ist, gerade aufgrund dieser Faktoren mit großer Sicherheit in Bezug auf die Humanressourcen für 3-5 Jahre zu planen. Die Hauptziele sind daher die Verbesserung des niedrigen Bildungsniveaus in der Region, die Verringerung der strukturellen Kluft zwischen Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten und Arbeitsuchenden, die Steigerung des Potenzials für die Entwicklung der Humanressourcen in der Region und die Gewährleistung einer angemessenen Qualität der Patienten in der Region. Die soziale und qualitative Aufholung, einer der Eckpfeiler der Bewältigung sozialer Probleme, ist das richtige Bildungsniveau, das diese Schwierigkeiten und Nachteile verringert. Ziel unseres Projektes ist es, den an dem Projekt beteiligten Praktikanten einen Beitrag zur Patientenbetreuung des Krankenhauses Almási Balogh Pál mit ihrer qualitativ hochwertigen Arbeit zu ermöglichen. Qualifizierte Arbeitskräfte wollen die Qualität und Effizienz der Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen für die Bevölkerung erhöhen, da es nur sehr wenige gut ausgebildete Arbeitskräfte im Gesundheitswesen gibt und der Mangel an Nachschub eine breite Palette von Bereichen betrifft. Während der Durchführung des Projekts, beabsichtigen wir, die Ausbildung von 19 Mitarbeitern im Krankenhaus Almási Balogh Pál zu implementieren, um das Problem der institutionellen Engpässe und offenen Stellen anzugehen und den Standard der Versorgung des Krankenhauses zu erhöhen.
