a) projekt célja : olyan fejlesztés valósul meg, amelynek következtében - a munkahelyteremtés - mellett a térségbe látogató turista hosszabb időt tud eltölteni, fellendítve a szálláshelyek, vendéglátó egységek forgalmát is. b)a projekt szakmai-műszaki tartalma: a 3.1.1 önállóan támogatható tevékenységek a) A térség kulturális adottságaira építő új vonzerők létrehozása, meglévő fejlesztése tevékenység keretében megvalósul a berettyóújfalui Zsinagóga és zsákai Rhédey Kastély felújítása: kiállító és többfunkciós helyiségek kialakításával, a turistafogadás feltételeinek megteremtésével, a látogatóbarát funkciók mellett a turistafogadáshoz szűkséges szolgáltatások létrehozásával. A 3.1.2 önállóan nem támogatható, választható tevékenységek keretében a kiállításokhoz és programokhoz kapcsolódó bemutathatóságot segítő interaktív és ki- fel próbálható korhű eszközök, valamint a rendezvényekhez kacsolódó hang és fénytechnikai berendezések, valamint a szolgáltatás biztosítását szolgáló egyéb eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre. Ezen felül térítésmentesen használható játszótér, a Zsinagóga mellett elhelyezett új építésű kiszolgáló épületben büfé és ajándék bolt, kerékpártároló kerül kialakításra. c) a felhívás 3.2 pontjában előírt feltételek teljesülése: a támogatási kérelemhez csatolt üzleti terv 3.4. L’objectif du projet: en plus de créer des emplois, les touristes qui visitent la région pourront passer plus longtemps, ce qui stimulera la circulation des unités d’hébergement et de restauration. B)contenu professionnel et technique du projet: activités éligibles indépendamment 3.1.1 a) La création d’une nouvelle attractivité bâtie sur le paysage culturel de la région, le développement existant de la synagogue de Berettyóújfalu et du château de Zsákai Rhédey seront rénovés: en créant des espaces d’exposition et multifonctionnels, en créant des conditions d’accueil touristique, en créant des caractéristiques conviviales pour les visiteurs, en créant des services limités à l’accueil touristique. Les activités facultatives, qui ne sont pas éligibles indépendamment, achèteront des équipements interactifs et répétables pour aider les vitrines liées aux expositions et aux programmes, les équipements sonores et d’éclairage reliés à des événements et d’autres installations pour la prestation de services.
