Nyílászárók egy része – az utcai, két emeletes irodaegység homlokzati felületén, illetve az udvari „összekötő” szárnyon már részben cserére kerültek. Az új, homlokzati nyílászárók a felmérési rajzokon külön jelölve. Az iroda helyiségek árnyékolása konzolosan rögzített lamellás árnyékolóval történik, melyet Beruházó saját költségén finanszíroz, a pályázati anyagban nem szerepel. A homlokzati és tetőfelületek hőszigetelése – az energetikai szakvéleménnyel összhangban, abban előírt anyaggal, anyagvastagsággal kerül kialakításra (vagy azzal megegyező műszaki paraméterekkel rendelkező). A homlokzati felújítás során az alábbi szerkezeti megoldások kerülnek kivitelezésre: Homlokzati falak, lehűlő felületek hőszigetelése: 16cm vtg EPS hőszigetelő lapokkal, mechanikai rögzítéssel, üvegszövetháló erősítéssel; Lapostető hőszigetelés: már meglévő 3cm vtg purhab szigetelés felületére, további 10cm vastagsággal kerül új, kiegészítő purhab szigetelés, mely egyben vízszigetelő réteg követelményeinek is eleget tesz; Bádogozási munkák: színes műanyag bevonatú, horganyzott acél függő-ereszcsatorna (pl.Lindab); Nyílászárók: műanyag tokszerkezet, 3rtgű üvegezéssel; ajtók stadur betétes hőszigetelt bejárati ajtószerkezetek. Nyílászárók fehér színben készülnek; Homlokzati felületképzés: vékonyvakolat készül, homlokzati tervlapon szereplő tagozat kialakítással. A korszerűsítés során napelemes rendszer kerül beépítésre, melyek a lapostetős felületeken kerülnek elhelyezésre. A statikai szakvélemény – az elhelyezendő megújuló energiát hasznosító rendszerről a pályázati anyag mellékletként kerül csatolásra. (Hungarian)

The new facade doors and windows are marked separately in the survey drawings. The shading of the office rooms is carried out by means of a bracketed lamellar shield, which is financed by the Investor at his own expense and is not included in the application file. The thermal insulation of facade and roof surfaces — in accordance with the energy advice and with the material and thickness specified in it (or having the same technical parameters). During the renovation of the facade, the following structural solutions will be implemented: Thermal insulation of facade walls, cooling surfaces: 16 cm vtg EPS with thermal insulation sheets, mechanical fastening, glass mesh reinforcement; Flat roof thermal insulation: on the surface of existing 3 cm vtg purhab insulation with a further 10 cm thickness, new additional purhab insulation is added, which also meets the requirements of a waterproofing layer; Tin work: coloured plastic coated galvanised steel pendant channel (e.g.Lindab); Doors and windows: plastic casing with 3rt glazing; doors Stadur padded with insulated entrance door structures. Doors and windows are made in white; Facade surface finish: a thin blind is made with the design of a section on the facade design. During the modernisation, a solar panel system is installed, which are placed on the flat roof surfaces. The static opinion — the application file is attached as an annex to the renewable energy system to be installed. (English)
