Infrastructural development of the Borsodbóta District Primary School for Learning Facilities (Q3903458)

Borsodbóta község Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén megyében, az Ózdi járásban található. A Bükk-vidék lankái között fekszik, Miskolctól közúton 45 kilométerre nyugatra, Ózdtól 8 kilométerre keletre. Lakosainak száma 907 fő Kistelepülési iskolaként a korábbi évek minden törekvése és munkája ellenére is kevesebb lehetőség nyílott komolyabb, az intézmény oktatási tereit érintő beruházásokra, pályázati forrásokból egy-egy részterület megújítására. Volt ugyan lehetőség (nyílászárók, akadálymentesítés, fűtés korszerűsítése), de nem minden esetben a legszükségesebbekre irányult, hanem nyilván a pályázati kiírások lehetőségei szerint; jelen projekt sikeresség esetén nagyban hozzájárulna a nevelési-oktatási terek infrastruktúrájának minőségi változásához Vidéki jellegzetesség, hogy az iskola egyben a település kulturális és sportközpontja is, tágabb értelemben vett közösségi tér; a projekt ennek megerősítését, a meglevő lehetőségek jobb, minőségibb megvalósítását szolgálja, hosszú távon biztosítva az iskola, a település és külső-belső partnereink együttműködését is. Várható változások: Tanulóbarát, kulturált osztálytermek kialakítása; elsősorban a padlózat felújítása révén balesetmentessé válás. Igényesebb, ingergazdagabb tanulói környezet kialakítása kívül-belül, mind a folyosókon, mind a külső tereken, amely hozzájárul az intézményi alapdokumentumainkban megfogalmazott céljaink magasabb színvonalú megvalósításához. Közösségfejlesztésre, közösségépítésre alkalmas terek bővítése, funkciók bővülése; több közösségi programot tudunk megvalósítani, ami a társadalmilag-gazdaságilag hátrányos helyzetű tanulóinknak gyakorlatilag az egyetlen lehetőség. Igényes szakmai környezet a pedagógusok számára, valamint a napi munkavégzés támogatása. Az önállóan választható tevékenységek közül megvalósítani szeretnénk: - sportudvar felújítása - oktatási termek, folyosó felújítása Az önállóan nem támogatható tevékenységek közül szeretnénk: - iskolaudvar felújítása: udvari eszközök, tanulást segítő térként való bekapcsolása (térkő, udvari bútorok) - tanári szoba felújítása Sportudvar felújítása: A mindennapos testnevelés bevezetésével megnövekedett testnevelés óraszámok kivitelezése csak párhuzamos testnevelésórák megszervezésével oldható meg, amihez egyetlen tornaterem áll rendelkezésünkre, ill. egy sportpálya, ám annak burkolata repedezett, felpúposodott, rendkívül balesetveszélyes. Ez a probléma új burkolat készítésével munka- és balesetvédelmi szempontból, valamint nevelési-oktatási célok megvalósítását célzandó is megoldódna. Oktatási termek felújítása: Iskolánk alsó tagozata külön épületben működik, ami 1985-ös építésű. Több ízben történt már állagmegóvás és egyéb felújítás, de a tantermek padlózatának (linóleum) cseréjére még nem került sor. Gyakorlatilag már csak foszlányai vannak az egykori burkolatnak, ami azon túl, hogy esztétikailag is erősen kifogásolható, gátolja az igényes tanulói tér kialakítását, mostanra már balesetveszélyes is. Folyosó felújítása: Szintén az alsó tagozat épületében vált szükségessé a falak komolyabb felújítása, a jelentősebb hibák javítása, higiéniai festés. Iskolaudvar felújítása: A felső tagozat udvarának burkolása csak kis részben megoldott, kisebb csapadék esetén is gyakorlatilag sártengerré válik az udvar, ill. tavalyi csőtörés helyreállítási munkái után ez az eleve rossz állapotú udvar több helyen megsüllyedt, balesetveszélyes. Tanulóink igénylik az óraközi szünetekben és az egyéb szabadidős időszakokban a mozgásos közösségi tevékenységeket. Tanári szoba felújítása: A már említett külön épületben levő alsó tagozaton tanítók nevelői szobájáról van szó, ami alkalmanként egyben fejlesztő foglalkozások tere is. Az épület többi helyiségéhez hasonlóan itt is a padlózat szorul felújításra, valamint az eszközbeszerzés is szükségessé vált, mivel a fénymásológép működésképtelenné vált, javításának költsége egy új beszerzéséhez képest aránytalanul magas, használata viszont napi szinten elengedhetetlen. Társadalmi hatás: Hátrányos helyzetű térségünkben a tanulók családi háttere, szociális helyzete súlyos problémákkal szembesít bennünket a napi nevelő-oktató munkánkban. A nevelés, a közösségi nevelés, a szocializáció folyamatos teendőinek ellátása, az egyénre szabott személyiségfejlesztés kiemelkedő céljai pedagógiai programunknak. Folyamatos erőfeszítéseket igényel, hogy megtartsuk eddigi eredményeinket és továbbra sem legyen jellemző az iskolaelhagyás, a lemorzsolódás. Minél szélesebb az általunk felkínált közösségi programok tárháza, annál tágabb tér nyílik előttük a szocializációban. Településünkön egyéb, ilyen mértékű közösségre hatni tudó intézmény, egyéb szerveződés jelenleg nincs, alkalomszerűen fut egy-két civil kezdeményezés, de tömegeket megmozgatni (gyerek-szülő- egyéb partnerek) mi tudunk. A projekt sikeressége estén túllépjük a helyi szintet, hiszen tanulóink közel 50 %-a más településről jár be, így rajtunk kívül még 3 település gyermekei, szülői közössége. (Hungarian)

Borsodbóta is a village in Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, Hungary. It lies between the slopes of the Bükk region, 45 km west of Miskolc, 8 km east of Ózd. In spite of all the efforts and work of previous years, there were fewer opportunities for major investments in the educational areas of the institution and for the renewal of a sub-area from tender sources. Although there was a possibility (opening, accessibility, upgrade of heating), it did not always focus on the most necessary, but obviously according to the possibilities offered by the tender notices; if the present project is successful, it would greatly contribute to the qualitative change in the infrastructure of educational and educational spaces. The school is also a cultural and sports centre of the municipality and a community space in the wider sense; the project aims to strengthen this and to better and better implement the existing opportunities, ensuring the cooperation of the school, the settlement and our external and internal partners in the long term. Expected changes: Development of learning-friendly, cultural classrooms; it is primarily due to the renovation of the flooring to become accident-free. Creating a more demanding, richer learning environment inside and outside the corridors, which contributes to the higher quality of our goals set out in our institutional core documents. Expansion of spaces suitable for community development, community building, extension of functions; we can implement more community programmes, which is practically the only option for our socio-economically disadvantaged students. A demanding professional environment for teachers and support for daily work. We would like to carry out the following activities: — refurbishment of the sports yard — educational rooms and corridor renovation We would like to: — refurbishment of the schoolyard: installation of court equipment as a learning space (speakstone, court furniture) — renovation of the teaching room: With the introduction of everyday physical education, the implementation of the increased number of physical education hours can only be achieved by organising parallel physical education classes, for which we have a single gym, and a sports field, but its covering is cracked, humid and extremely accidental. This problem would be solved by creating a new pavement from the point of view of safety at work and accident protection, as well as the achievement of educational and educational objectives. Refurbishment of educational rooms: The lower section of our school operates in a separate building, which was built in 1985. There have been several maintenance and other renovations, but the flooring of the classrooms (linoleum) has not yet been replaced. In practice, there are only fragments of the former hull, which, in addition to the fact that it is highly aesthetically objectionable, hinders the creation of a demanding student space, and is now also dangerous for accidents. Corridor refurbishment: Also in the lower section building became necessary a more serious renovation of the walls, correction of major defects, hygiene painting. Refurbishment of the schoolyard: The covering of the court of the upper section is only solved in a small part, even in the event of a small rainfall, the courtyard becomes practically a mud sea after the restoration works of last year’s pipe break, this court, which is already in bad condition, sank in several places and is dangerous for accidents. Our students require communal activities during inter-hour breaks and other leisure periods. Refurbishment of the teaching room: It is a teacher’s room for teachers in the lower section of the above-mentioned separate building, which is sometimes also a space for developmental activities. Like the other premises of the building, the flooring needs to be refurbished and equipment has become necessary as the photocopier has become inoperable, the cost of repairing it is disproportionately high compared to a new purchase, but its use is essential on a daily basis. Social impact: In our disadvantaged area, the family background and social situation of the pupils confront us with serious problems in our daily educator work. Education, community education, continuous socialisation and personal development are outstanding goals of our pedagogical program. Continuous efforts are needed to maintain our achievements so far and leave school leaving and dropping out. The wider the pool of community programmes we offer, the wider the space for socialisation. At the moment, there are no other institutions that can influence this level of community in our settlement, but we can move masses (children-parent-other partners) on an occasional basis. In the event of the success of the project, we go beyond the local level, as nearly 50 % of our students come from other settlements, so besides us, the children and parents’ community of 3 settlements.
