Siekiant gerinti valstybinės reikšmės parkų būklę bei pritaikyti saugomas teritorijas lankymui, Šakių rajono savivaldybė numato investuoti į Gelgaudiškio dvaro sodybos parko tvarkymo projekto įgyvendinimą. Gelgaudiškio dvaro sodybos parkas (toliau – parkas) yra trečias pagal dydį istorinis dvaro parkas Lietuvoje, įkurtas XVI a. Parkas yra žymus bei pritraukia nemažai lankytojų dėl XIX a. Gelgaudiškio dvaro sodybos rūmų - vieno originaliausių ir didžiausių dvarų ansamblių Lietuvoje. Parkas yra įtrauktas į kultūros vertybių registrą (kodas 25706) bei pripažintas nacionalinės reikšmės kultūros paminklu. Vertingųjų savybių pobūdis - kraštovaizdžio, želdynų (lemiantis reikšmingumą retas)._x000D__x000D_Pagrindinė problema, kurią sprendžia projektas – šiuo metu parkas tvarkomas nepakankamai, prasta parko fizinė būklė nesudaro sąlygų išnaudoti nekilnojamos kultūros paveldo vertybės turistinio potencialo. Užžėlę kraštovaizdžio reprezentavimui tinkamos erdvės, nepatenkinama parko želdynų estetinė būklė, kyla grėsmė autentiškai parko erdvinei struktūrai ir dendrologinei vertei. Prasta parko fizinė būklė nesudaro sąlygų išnaudoti nekilnojamos kultūros paveldo vertybės turistinio potencialo. Siekiant išsaugoti šio valstybinės reikšmės parko vertingąsias savybes, priimtas sprendimas investuoti į parko infrastruktūros tvarkymą ir pritaikymą lankymui._x000D__x000D_Projekto nauda. Įgyvendinus numatytas investicijas, būtų išsaugoti Gelgaudiškio dvaro sodybos parko vertingieji elementai, padidintas parko patrauklumas ir žinomumas, parkas būtų pritaikytas lankymus. Projekto dėka būtų paskatintas parko lankomumas, sudarytos sąlygos kultūros, turizmo ir rekreacijos plėtrai Šakių rajono savivaldybėje. (Lithuanian)

In order to improve the state of parks of national significance and to adapt protected areas for visiting, Šakiai District Municipality is planning to invest in the implementation of the management project of Gelgaudiškis manor park. Gelgaudiškis Manor Park (hereinafter — the park) is the third largest historic manor park in Lithuania, founded in the 16th century. The park is famous and attracts a number of visitors due to the 19th century Gelgaudiškis Manor House — one of the most original and largest estate ensembles in Lithuania. The park is listed in the Register of Cultural Property (code 25706) and recognised as a cultural monument of national significance. The nature of valuable features — landscapes, greenlands (determining the significance rare)._x000D__x000D_The main problem addressed by the project — currently the park is not managed sufficiently, the poor physical condition of the park does not allow the tourist potential of the immovable cultural heritage property to be exploited. The area suitable for landscape representation, the unsatisfactory aesthetic condition of the park’s greenery, the authentic spatial structure and the dendrological value of the park are threatened. The poor physical condition of the park does not allow the tourist potential of the real cultural heritage asset to be exploited. In order to preserve the valuable features of this park of national significance, a decision was taken to invest in the management and adaptation of the park’s infrastructure for visiting._x000D__x000D_Project Benefits. Afin d’améliorer l’état des parcs d’importance nationale et d’adapter les zones protégées pour la visite, la municipalité de district de Šakiai prévoit d’investir dans la mise en œuvre du projet de gestion du parc manoir de Gelgaudiškis. Gelgaudiškis Manor Park (ci-après le parc) est le troisième plus grand parc de manoir historique de Lituanie, fondé au XVIe siècle. Le parc est célèbre et attire un certain nombre de visiteurs en raison du manoir Gelgaudiškis du XIXe siècle — l’un des ensembles de propriétés les plus originaux et les plus grands de Lituanie. Après l’investissement prévu, les éléments précieux du parc du manoir Gelgaudiškis seront préservés, l’attractivité et la visibilité du parc seront accrues et le parc sera adapté aux visiteurs. Um den Zustand der Parks von nationaler Bedeutung zu verbessern und Schutzgebiete für Besuche anzupassen, plant die Gemeinde Šakiai, in die Umsetzung des Managementprojekts des Schlossparks Gelgaudiškis zu investieren. Gelgaudiškis Manor Park (nachfolgend – der Park) ist der drittgrößte historische Gutspark Litauens, der im 16. Jahrhundert gegründet wurde. Der Park ist berühmt und zieht eine Reihe von Besuchern aufgrund des Herrenhauses Gelgaudiškis aus dem 19. Jahrhundert an – eines der originellsten und größten Immobilien-Ensembles Litauens. Der Park ist im Register des Kulturgutes (Code 25706) aufgeführt und als Kulturdenkmal von nationaler Bedeutung anerkannt. Die Natur der wertvollen Merkmale – Landschaften, Grünland (Bestimmung der Bedeutung selten)._x000D_Das Hauptproblem des Projekts – derzeit wird der Park nicht ausreichend bewirtschaftet, der schlechte körperliche Zustand des Parks erlaubt es nicht, das touristische Potenzial des unbeweglichen Kulturerbes zu nutzen. Die für die Landschaftsdarstellung geeignete Fläche, der unbefriedigende ästhetische Zustand des Parks, die authentische räumliche Struktur und der dendrologische Wert des Parks sind gefährdet. Der schlechte Zustand des Parks erlaubt es nicht, das touristische Potenzial des realen Kulturerbes zu nutzen. Um die wertvollen Merkmale dieses Parks von nationaler Bedeutung zu erhalten, wurde beschlossen, in die Verwaltung und Anpassung der Parkinfrastruktur für den Besuch zu investieren._x000D_x000D_x000D_Project Benefits. Nach der geplanten Investition würden die wertvollen Elemente des Schlossparks Gelgaudiškis erhalten, die Attraktivität und Sichtbarkeit des Parks erhöht und der Park für Besucher angepasst. Om de toestand van de parken van nationaal belang te verbeteren en beschermde gebieden voor bezoek aan te passen, is de gemeente Šakiai van plan te investeren in de uitvoering van het beheersproject van het herenhuis Gelgaudiškis. Gelgaudiškis Manor Park (hierna — het park) is het op twee na grootste historische landhuis van Litouwen, opgericht in de 16e eeuw. Het park is beroemd en trekt een aantal bezoekers vanwege het 19e-eeuwse Gelgaudiškis Manor House — een van de meest originele en grootste landgoed ensembles in Litouwen. Con el fin de mejorar el estado de los parques de importancia nacional y adaptar las zonas protegidas a las visitas, el municipio del distrito de Šakiai tiene previsto invertir en la ejecución del proyecto de gestión del parque señorial Gelgaudiškis. Gelgaudiškis Manor Park (en adelante, el parque) es el tercer parque histórico más grande de Lituania, fundado en el siglo XVI. El parque es famoso y atrae a un número de visitantes debido al siglo XIX Gelgaudiškis Manor House — uno de los conjuntos inmobiliarios más originales y más grandes de Lituania. Al fine di migliorare lo stato dei parchi di importanza nazionale e di adattare le aree protette per le visite, il comune di Šakiai prevede di investire nell'attuazione del progetto di gestione del parco padronale di Gelgaudiškis. Gelgaudiškis Manor Park (di seguito il parco) è il terzo più grande parco maniero storico in Lituania, fondato nel XVI secolo. Il parco è famoso e attira un certo numero di visitatori a causa del 19º secolo Gelgaudiškis Manor House — uno dei più originali e più grandi complessi immobiliari in Lituania. Il parco è iscritto nel Registro dei Beni Culturali (codice 25706) e riconosciuto come monumento culturale di rilevanza nazionale. La natura delle caratteristiche pregiate — paesaggi, aree verdi (definizione del significato raro)._x000D__x000D_Il problema principale affrontato dal progetto — attualmente il parco non è gestito in modo sufficiente, le cattive condizioni fisiche del parco non consentono di sfruttare il potenziale turistico del patrimonio culturale immobiliare. Dopo l'investimento previsto, gli elementi preziosi del parco maniero Gelgaudiškis sarebbero stati preservati, l'attrattiva e la visibilità del parco sarebbero aumentate e il parco sarebbe stato adattato ai visitatori.
