Проектното предложение „Включване в заетост в „БМН Инженеринг“ ООД и обучаване на безработни и неактивни младежи ” се разработва по процедура за подбор на проекти - BG05M9OP001-1.003 „НОВО РАБОТНО МЯСТО 2015“, с финансовата подкрепа на Оперативна програма „Развитие на човешките ресурси“, съфинансирана от ЕС, чрез ЕСФ.Основната цел на проектното предложение - създаване на благоприятни условия за професионално, социално-икономическо и личностно реализиране на дванадесет младежи на възраст до 29 години, които са безработни и/или неактивни, ще спомогне за повишаване на квалификацията и устойчивото им интегриране на пазара на труда. Постигането на целта ще осигури социално включване за тези младежи, заработени доходи и осигурителни права, постъпления от данъци и осигуровки за държавата.Основните дейностите, изпълнението на които ще реализират целта на проекта са: Ø- Наемане от „БМН Инженеринг“ ООД на 12 младежи, които са безработни и/или неактивни, за период до една година; Ø- Предоставяне на професионално обучение и обучение по ключови компетентности на вече наетите по проекта лица;Ø- Закупуване на оборудване и обзавеждане за новите работни места.Закупените със средствата по настоящата процедура апарати и устройства, необходими за съдаване на новите работни места на представителите на целевата група, ще се ползват в ежедневната работа от повече от едно лице. В проектното предложение е включено минималното както по вид, така и по количество работно оборудване, необходимо за нормалното протичане на работните процеси на новосъздадените работни места.Устойчивост на резултатите по проекта ще се постигне със запазване на работното място за минимум една година на половината от наетите по проекта лица, след приключване на дейностите по проекта. The project proposal “Inclusion in employment in BMN Engineering Ltd. and training of unemployed and inactive young people” is being developed under the project selection procedure — BG05M9OP001-1.003 “New WORK 2015”, with the financial support of the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development”, co-financed by the EU, through the ESF. The main objective of the project proposal — creating favourable conditions for professional, socio-economic and personal realisation of twelve young people under the age of 29, who are unemployed and/or inactive, will help to increase their qualification and their sustainable integration into the labour market. The achievement of the goal will ensure social inclusion for these young people, earned income and social security rights, receipts from taxes and insurance for the state.The main activities, the implementation of which will realise the objective of the project are: Ø- Renting by BMN Engineering Ltd. of 12 young people who are unemployed and/or inactive for a period of up to one year; Ø- Provision of vocational training and training on key competences to the persons already employed under the project;Ø- Purchase of equipment and furniture for the new workplaces. The devices and devices purchased under this procedure, necessary to establish the new jobs of the representatives of the target group, will be used in the daily work by more than one person. The project proposal includes the minimum by type and quantity of work equipment necessary for the normal running of the work processes of the newly created workplaces. The sustainability of the project results will be achieved by keeping the workplace for a minimum of one year for half of the employees of the project, after completion of the project activities. La proposition de projet «Inclusion dans l’emploi dans BMN Engineering Ltd. et formation des jeunes chômeurs et inactifs» est en cours d’élaboration dans le cadre de la procédure de sélection des projets — BG05M9OP001-1.003 «New WORK 2015», avec le soutien financier du programme opérationnel «Développement des ressources humaines», cofinancé par l’UE, par l’intermédiaire du FSE. La réalisation de l’objectif garantira l’inclusion sociale de ces jeunes, le revenu gagné et les droits à la sécurité sociale, les recettes fiscales et les assurances pour l’État. Les principales activités, dont la mise en œuvre permettra de réaliser l’objectif du projet sont: Ø- Location par BMN Engineering Ltd. de 12 jeunes chômeurs et/ou inactifs pendant une période maximale d’un an; Ø- Fourniture d’une formation professionnelle et d’une formation sur les compétences clés aux personnes déjà employées dans le cadre du projet;Ø- Achat d’équipements et de mobiliers pour les nouveaux lieux de travail. Les appareils et dispositifs achetés dans le cadre de cette procédure, nécessaires pour établir les nouveaux emplois des représentants du groupe cible, seront utilisés dans le travail quotidien par plus d’une personne. La proposition de projet comprend le minimum par type et quantité d’équipement de travail nécessaire au fonctionnement normal des processus de travail des nouveaux lieux de travail. La durabilité des résultats du projet sera obtenue en gardant le lieu de travail pendant au moins un an pendant la moitié des employés du projet, après l’achèvement des activités du projet. (French)

Der Projektvorschlag „Inclusion in employment in employment in BMN Engineering Ltd. and Training of Arbeitslose und inaktive junge Menschen“ wird im Rahmen des von der EU kofinanzierten Projektauswahlverfahrens – BG05M9OP001-1.003 „New WORK 2015“ mit finanzieller Unterstützung des operationellen Programms „Entwicklung der Humanressourcen“, das von der EU kofinanziert wird, über den ESF entwickelt. Das Hauptziel des Projektvorschlags – die Schaffung günstiger Bedingungen für die berufliche, sozioökonomische und persönliche Umsetzung von zwölf jungen Menschen unter 29 Jahren, die arbeitslos und/oder nicht erwerbstätig sind, wird dazu beitragen, ihre Qualifikation und ihre nachhaltige Integration in den Arbeitsmarkt zu erhöhen. Die Verwirklichung des Ziels wird die soziale Eingliederung dieser jungen Menschen, Einkommen und Sozialversicherungsansprüche, Einnahmen aus Steuern und Versicherungen für den Staat gewährleisten.Die wichtigsten Aktivitäten, deren Umsetzung das Ziel des Projekts ist, sind: Ø-Vermietung durch BMN Engineering Ltd. von 12 jungen Menschen, die für einen Zeitraum von bis zu einem Jahr arbeitslos und/oder nicht erwerbstätig sind; Ø- Bereitstellung von Berufsausbildung und Ausbildung zu Schlüsselkompetenzen für die bereits im Rahmen des Projekts beschäftigten Personen; Ø- Ankauf von Ausrüstung und Mobiliar für die neuen Arbeitsplätze. Die im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens erworbenen Geräte und Geräte, die zur Schaffung der neuen Arbeitsplätze der Vertreter der Zielgruppe erforderlich sind, werden in der täglichen Arbeit von mehr als einer Person verwendet. Het projectvoorstel „Inclusion in employment in BMN Engineering Ltd. and training van werklozen en inactieve jongeren” wordt ontwikkeld in het kader van de projectselectieprocedure — BG05M9OP001-1.003 „New WORK 2015”, met financiële steun van het operationele programma „Human Resources Development”, medegefinancierd door de EU, via het ESF. De belangrijkste doelstelling van het projectvoorstel — het scheppen van gunstige voorwaarden voor de professionele, sociaal-economische en persoonlijke realisatie van twaalf jongeren jonger dan 29 jaar, die werkloos en/of inactief zijn, zal helpen om hun kwalificaties en hun duurzame integratie op de arbeidsmarkt te vergroten. De verwezenlijking van het doel zal zorgen voor sociale inclusie voor deze jongeren, inkomen uit arbeid en socialezekerheidsrechten, inkomsten uit belastingen en verzekeringen voor de staat.De belangrijkste activiteiten, waarvan de uitvoering de doelstelling van het project zal verwezenlijken zijn: Ø- Huur door BMN Engineering Ltd. van 12 jongeren die werkloos en/of inactief zijn voor een periode van maximaal één jaar; Ø- beroepsopleiding en opleiding inzake sleutelcompetenties aan de reeds in het kader van het project werkzame personen;Ø- Aankoop van apparatuur en meubilair voor de nieuwe werkplekken. De in het kader van deze procedure aangekochte apparaten en apparaten, die nodig zijn om de nieuwe banen van de vertegenwoordigers van de doelgroep vast te stellen, zullen in het dagelijks werk door meer dan één persoon worden gebruikt. Het projectvoorstel omvat het minimum per type en hoeveelheid arbeidsmiddelen dat nodig is voor de normale werking van de werkprocessen van de nieuw gecreëerde werkplekken. De duurzaamheid van de projectresultaten zal worden bereikt door de werkplek voor ten minste een jaar te houden voor de helft van de werknemers van het project, na voltooiing van de projectactiviteiten. La proposta di progetto "Inclusione nell'occupazione in BMN Engineering Ltd. e formazione di giovani disoccupati e inattivi" è in fase di elaborazione nell'ambito della procedura di selezione del progetto — BG05M9OP001-1.003 "New WORK 2015", con il sostegno finanziario del programma operativo "Sviluppo delle risorse umane", cofinanziato dall'UE, attraverso il FSE. L'obiettivo principale della proposta di progetto — creare condizioni favorevoli alla realizzazione professionale, socioeconomica e personale di dodici giovani di età inferiore ai 29 anni, disoccupati e/o inattivi, contribuirà ad aumentare la loro qualifica e la loro integrazione sostenibile nel mercato del lavoro. Il raggiungimento dell'obiettivo garantirà l'inclusione sociale per questi giovani, redditi da lavoro e diritti di sicurezza sociale, entrate fiscali e assicurazioni per lo Stato. Le attività principali, la cui attuazione realizzerà l'obiettivo del progetto sono: Ø- Affitto da parte di BMN Engineering Ltd. di 12 giovani disoccupati e/o inattivi per un periodo massimo di un anno; Ø- Fornitura di formazione professionale e formazione sulle competenze chiave alle persone già occupate nell'ambito del progetto;Ø- Acquisto di attrezzature e mobili per i nuovi luoghi di lavoro. I dispositivi e i dispositivi acquistati nell'ambito di questa procedura, necessari per stabilire i nuovi posti di lavoro dei rappresentanti del gruppo destinatario, saranno utilizzati nel lavoro quotidiano da più di una persona. La proposta di progetto comprende il minimo per tipo e quantità di attrezzature di lavoro necessarie per il normale svolgimento dei processi di lavoro dei posti di lavoro di nuova creazione. La sostenibilità dei risultati del progetto sarà raggiunta mantenendo il posto di lavoro per un minimo di un anno per la metà dei dipendenti del progetto, dopo il completamento delle attività del progetto. La propuesta de proyecto «Inclusión en el empleo en BMN Engineering Ltd. y formación de jóvenes desempleados e inactivos» se está desarrollando en el marco del procedimiento de selección de proyectos — BG05M9OP001-1.003 «Nuevo trabajo 2015», con el apoyo financiero del programa operativo «Desarrollo de los recursos humanos», cofinanciado por la UE, a través del FSE. El objetivo principal de la propuesta de proyecto: crear condiciones favorables para la realización profesional, socioeconómica y personal de doce jóvenes menores de 29 años, desempleados o inactivos, contribuirá a aumentar su cualificación y su integración sostenible en el mercado laboral. El logro del objetivo asegurará la inclusión social de estos jóvenes, los ingresos obtenidos y los derechos de seguridad social, los ingresos procedentes de impuestos y seguros para el Estado. Las principales actividades, cuya ejecución cumplirá el objetivo del proyecto son: Ø- Alquiler por BMN Engineering Ltd. de 12 jóvenes desempleados o inactivos durante un período de hasta un año; Ø- La oferta de formación profesional y formación sobre competencias clave a las personas ya empleadas en el marco del proyecto; Ø- Compra de equipos y mobiliario para los nuevos lugares de trabajo. Los dispositivos y dispositivos adquiridos con arreglo a este procedimiento, necesarios para establecer los nuevos puestos de trabajo de los representantes del grupo destinatario, serán utilizados en el trabajo diario por más de una persona. La propuesta de proyecto incluye el mínimo por tipo y cantidad de equipos de trabajo necesarios para el funcionamiento normal de los procesos de trabajo de los lugares de trabajo de nueva creación. La sostenibilidad de los resultados del proyecto se logrará manteniendo el lugar de trabajo durante un mínimo de un año para la mitad de los empleados del proyecto, tras la finalización de las actividades del proyecto.
