Anykščių moterų Anykščių moterų užimtumo ir informavimo centrui buvo nesunku atrinkti motyvuotus 135 vyresnio amžiaus asmenis, nes Centras seniai ir aktyviai vykdo socialinius projektus rajone ir apskrityje. Projekto metu 42 vyresnio darbingo amžiaus asmenų įtrauksime į savanorišką veiklą teikti socialines paslaugas socialinę atskirtį patiriantiems asmenims, skatinsime dalyvius aktyviai savanoriauti ne tik projekto metu bet ir po jo pabaigos. Projekto metu 104 asmenims numatyti šie bendrųjų gebėjimų mokymai: iniciatyva ir verslumas, kultūrinis sąmoningumas ir raiška. Projekto dalyviams bus teikiamos individualios konsultacijos, informavimas, konsultavimas, siekiant paskatinti juos aktyviau dalyvauti darbo rinkoje, motyvuoti juos aktyviai dalyvauti visuomeniniame, pilietiniame gyvenime. Vyks švietėjiškas renginys - konferencija, skirta dalyviams ir darbdaviams, kurios metu sieksime formuoti teigiamą vyresnio amžiaus asmenų įvaizdį, juo motyvuoti aktyvai dalyvauti sprendžiant socialinius klausimus. Sėkmingas projekto įgyvendinimas leis vyresnio amžiaus Utenos apskrities asmenims pasijusti reikalingais, prisidėti prie rajono ekonominio ir kultūrinio gyvenimo. (Lithuanian)

For Anykščiai Women’s Employment and Information Centre, it was easy to select motivated 135 elderly people as the Centre has long been active in social projects in the district and county. During the project, 42 older people of working age will be involved in volunteering to provide social services to people experiencing social exclusion, we will encourage participants to actively volunteer not only during the project but also after its completion. During the project, the following key competences trainings are foreseen for 104 people: initiative and entrepreneurship, cultural awareness and expression. Project participants will be provided with individual advice, information and counselling to encourage them to participate more actively in the labour market and motivate them to participate actively in public and civic life. There will be an educational event — a conference dedicated to participants and employers, during which we will seek to develop a positive image of older people and motivated active participation in social issues. Successful implementation of the project will allow older people of Utena County to feel necessary and contribute to the economic and cultural life of the district. (English)

Pour Anykščiai Women’s Employment and Information Centre, il a été facile de sélectionner 135 personnes âgées motivées, car le Centre est actif depuis longtemps dans des projets sociaux dans le district et le comté. Au cours du projet, 42 personnes âgées en âge de travailler seront impliquées dans le volontariat pour fournir des services sociaux aux personnes en situation d’exclusion sociale, nous encouragerons les participants à faire activement du bénévolat non seulement pendant le projet, mais aussi après son achèvement. Au cours du projet, les formations suivantes sur les compétences clés sont prévues pour 104 personnes: initiative et entreprenariat, sensibilisation et expression culturelles. Les participants au projet recevront des conseils, des informations et des conseils individuels pour les encourager à participer plus activement au marché du travail et les inciter à participer activement à la vie publique et civique. Il y aura un événement éducatif — une conférence dédiée aux participants et aux employeurs, au cours de laquelle nous chercherons à développer une image positive des personnes âgées et une participation active motivée aux questions sociales. La mise en œuvre réussie du projet permettra aux personnes âgées du comté d’Utena de se sentir nécessaires et de contribuer à la vie économique et culturelle du district. (French)

Für Anykščiai Frauen-Beschäftigungs- und Informationszentrum war es einfach, motivierte 135 ältere Menschen auszuwählen, da das Zentrum seit langem in sozialen Projekten im Bezirk und im Landkreis tätig ist. Während des Projekts werden 42 ältere Menschen im erwerbsfähigen Alter an Freiwilligentätigkeiten beteiligt sein, um soziale Dienstleistungen für Menschen mit sozialer Ausgrenzung anzubieten. Wir werden die Teilnehmer dazu ermutigen, sich nicht nur während des Projekts, sondern auch nach Abschluss des Projekts aktiv zu ehren. Während des Projekts sind folgende Schulungen für Schlüsselkompetenzen für 104 Personen vorgesehen: Initiative und Unternehmertum, kulturelles Bewusstsein und Ausdruck. Die Projektteilnehmer werden individuell beraten, informieren und beraten, um sie zu ermutigen, sich aktiver am Arbeitsmarkt zu beteiligen und sie dazu zu motivieren, sich aktiv am öffentlichen und bürgerlichen Leben zu beteiligen. Es wird eine Bildungsveranstaltung geben – eine Konferenz für Teilnehmer und Arbeitgeber, bei der wir versuchen, ein positives Image älterer Menschen und eine motivierte aktive Beteiligung an sozialen Themen zu entwickeln. Die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projekts wird es älteren Menschen im Utena County ermöglichen, sich notwendig zu fühlen und zum wirtschaftlichen und kulturellen Leben des Bezirks beizutragen. (German)

Voor Anykščiai Women’s Employment and Information Centre was het gemakkelijk om gemotiveerde 135 ouderen te selecteren, aangezien het Centrum al lang actief is in sociale projecten in het district en het district. Para el Centro de Empleo e Información de la Mujer de Anykščiai, fue fácil seleccionar a 135 personas mayores motivadas, ya que el Centro ha estado activo durante mucho tiempo en proyectos sociales en el distrito y el condado. Durante el proyecto, 42 personas mayores en edad laboral participarán en el voluntariado para proporcionar servicios sociales a las personas que sufren exclusión social, animaremos a los participantes a realizar actividades de voluntariado no solo durante el proyecto, sino también después de su finalización. Per il Centro per l'occupazione e l'informazione sulle donne di Anykščiai è stato facile selezionare 135 anziani motivati, dal momento che il Centro è stato da tempo attivo in progetti sociali nel distretto e nella contea. Durante il progetto, 42 anziani in età lavorativa saranno coinvolti nel volontariato per fornire servizi sociali alle persone che soffrono di esclusione sociale, incoraggeremo i partecipanti a fare volontariato attivo non solo durante il progetto ma anche dopo il suo completamento. Nel corso del progetto sono previste le seguenti formazioni sulle competenze chiave per 104 persone: iniziativa e imprenditorialità, consapevolezza ed espressione culturale. I partecipanti al progetto riceveranno consulenza, informazione e consulenza individuali per incoraggiarli a partecipare più attivamente al mercato del lavoro e motivarli a partecipare attivamente alla vita pubblica e civica. Ci sarà un evento educativo — una conferenza dedicata ai partecipanti e ai datori di lavoro, durante la quale cercheremo di sviluppare un'immagine positiva degli anziani e una partecipazione attiva motivata alle questioni sociali. Il successo dell'attuazione del progetto consentirà agli anziani della contea di Utena di sentirsi necessari e di contribuire alla vita economica e culturale del distretto. (Italian)
