THIS PROJECT RELATES TO FOUR OF THE THEMES PROPOSED BY DIRECTIVE 1010/2019: LEAN MANAGEMENT, 4.0 TECHNOLOGIES AND DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION, INTERNATIONALISATION AND CORPORATE INNOVATION, TRANSVERSAL SKILLS AND HYBRID JOBS. IT CONSISTS OF 9 TRAINING INTERVENTIONS THAT AIM TO INCREASE THE SKILLS OF THE STAFF WORKING IN CREST LEATHER ITALY ON VARIOUS FRONTS: FIRST, LANGUAGE SKILLS AND INTERNATIONAL TAXATION WILL BE PROVIDED TO APPROACH THE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS CORRECTLY, THEN SOFT SKILLS WILL BE DEVELOPED TRANSFERRING THE SKILLS TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY AND ADOPT A PROACTIVE LEADERSHIP STYLE, WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED TO THE PARTICIPANTS THE SKILLS TO IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT CONTROL THANKS TO THE USE OF THE NEW MANAGEMENT, THEN WILL BE PROVIDED SKILLS TO APPLY THE LEAN METHODOLOGY IN PRODUCTION AND OFFICES AND, FINALLY, WILL BE PROVIDED THE SKILLS NECESSARY TO IDENTIFY THE MIGL (English)
