Projektu siekiama sukurti sąlygas, reikalingas veiksmingam ir tvariam perėjimui nuo institucinės globos prie šeimoje ir bendruomenėje teikiamų paslaugų, išplečiant bendruomeninių vaikų globos namų (toliau – BVGN) ir vaikų dienos centrų (toliau – VDC) tinklą Zarasų rajono savivaldybėje. Projekto tikslinė grupė – vaikai, likę be tėvų globos, ir kaimiškose vietovėse gyvenantys mokyklinio ir ikimokyklinio amžiaus vaikai. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus įsteigti 3 BVGN (veiklai pritaikant įsigytą gyvenamąjį namą Užtiltės k. bei įsigyjant ir veiklai pritaikant namą bei butą Zarasų ar Dusetų miestuose), kuriuose gyvens po 5 - 8 vaikus, bei 3 VDC (po vieną Antazavės k., Salako mstl., Sadūnų k.) Naujuose VDC paslaugas galės gauti 43 vaikai. (Lithuanian)

The project aims to create the conditions necessary for an effective and sustainable transition from institutional care to services provided in the family and community, by extending the network of community-based foster homes (hereinafter referred to as “BVGN”) and children’s day-care centres (VDCs) in Zarasai district municipality. The target group of the project is children left without parental care and children of school and preschool age living in rural areas. During the implementation of the project, 3 BVGN will be established (activating the acquired residential house in Užtiltė village and acquiring and adapting the house and apartment in Zarasai or Dusetai towns), where there will be 5-8 children living in each of them, and 3 VDCs (one in Antazavė village, Salako mstl., Sadūnai village) will be able to receive the services of the new VDC. Le projet vise à créer les conditions nécessaires à une transition efficace et durable de la prise en charge en institution aux services fournis dans la famille et la communauté, en étendant le réseau des foyers d’accueil communautaires (ci-après dénommés «BVGN») et des garderies d’enfants dans la municipalité du district de Zarasai. Le groupe cible du projet est celui des enfants privés de soins parentaux et des enfants d’âge scolaire et préscolaire vivant dans les zones rurales. Au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet, 3 BVGN seront mis en place (activation de la maison d’habitation acquise dans le village d’Užtiltė et acquisition et adaptation de la maison et de l’appartement dans les villes de Zarasai ou Dusetai), où il y aura 5-8 enfants vivant dans chacun d’eux, et 3 VDC (un dans le village d’Antazavė, Salako MStL., village de Sadūnai) pourront recevoir les services de la nouvelle VDC. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die notwendigen Voraussetzungen für einen wirksamen und nachhaltigen Übergang von der institutionellen Betreuung zu den in der Familie und in der Gemeinschaft erbrachten Dienstleistungen zu schaffen, indem das Netz von gemeindenahen Pflegeheimen (im Folgenden „BVGN“) und Kindertagesstätten (VDC) in der Kreisgemeinde Zarasai ausgebaut wird. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind Kinder ohne elterliche Betreuung und Kinder im Schul- und Vorschulalter, die in ländlichen Gebieten leben. Während der Durchführung des Projekts werden 3 BVGN gegründet (Betätigung des erworbenen Wohnhauses im Dorf Užtiltė und Erwerb und Anpassung des Hauses und der Wohnung in den Städten Zarasai oder Dusetai), wo in jedem von ihnen 5-8 Kinder leben, und 3 VDCs (eine im Dorf Antazavė, Salako MStL., Dorf Sadūnai) werden die Dienste des neuen VDC erhalten. Het project beoogt de voorwaarden te scheppen die nodig zijn voor een effectieve en duurzame overgang van institutionele zorg naar diensten in het gezin en de gemeenschap, door het netwerk van gemeenschapsgerichte pleeghuizen (hierna „BVGN” genoemd) en kinderdagopvangcentra (VDC’s) in de districtsgemeente Zarasai uit te breiden. De doelgroep van het project is kinderen zonder ouderlijke zorg en kinderen van school- en kleuterleeftijd die in plattelandsgebieden wonen. Tijdens de uitvoering van het project zal 3 BVGN worden opgericht (het activeren van het gekochte woonhuis in het dorp Užtiltė en het verwerven en aanpassen van het huis en appartement in Zarasai of Dusetai steden), waar 5-8 kinderen in elk van hen zullen wonen, en 3 VDC’s (één in het dorp Antazavė, Salako MStL., Sadūnai dorp) in staat zullen zijn om de diensten van de nieuwe VDC te ontvangen.
