    THE PROJECT INVOLVES THE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN OMNICHANNEL SYSTEM OF INTELLIGENT CONVERSATIONAL AGENT, APPLIED TO THE CONTEXT OF URBAN MOBILITY. THE AGENT WILL HAVE TO BE INTEGRATED WITH THE COMPANY INFORMATION SYSTEM OF BBS THAT MANAGES THE CALL CENTER FOR MOBILITY FOR THE CITY OF BRESCIA IN ORDER TO RESPOND WHERE POSSIBLE TO THE MOST FREQUENT REQUESTS MADE BY USERS AND CONTACT A HUMAN OPERATOR WHEN THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE. IN THIS WAY, USERS OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ABLE TO OBTAIN IN A TIMELY MANNER ANSWERS TO THEIR QUESTIONS FORMULATED IN NATURAL LANGUAGE, INTERACTING TRANSPARENTLY WITH THE CONVERSATIONAL AGENT AND THE HUMAN OPERATOR.
