Projektas tikslas – sumažinti neigiamą poveikį aplinkai ir žmonių sveikatai bei užtikrinti gerą dirvožemio ir gruntinio vandens cheminę būklę ir uždavinys – sutvarkyti naftos produktais užterštą teritoriją, esančią Jurbarko r. sav., Girdžių sen., Būtrimų k., atitinka 2014–2020 metų Europos Sąjungos fondų investicijų veiksmų programos 5 prioriteto „Aplinkosauga, gamtos išteklių darnus naudojimas ir prisitaikymas prie klimato kaitos“ 5.6.1. konkretų uždavinį „Sumažinti miestuose kietųjų dalelių ore ir cheminių medžiagų grunte pavojaus sveikatai ir aplinkai taršos lygį“. Projekto metu planuojama sutvarkyti naftos produktais užterštą teritoriją, esančią Jurbarko r. sav., Girdžių sen., Būtrimų k. Objektas yra valstybinėje žemėje, paviršinio vandens telkinio Gurnupis (per upių tinklą patenka į Nemuną) upelio ir melioracijos griovio intako, į kurį patenka nusausintų laukų surenkamas vanduo, teritorijoje. Spėjama, kad tarša šioje vietoje atsirado nuo 1980 m. eksploatuojamo Paukštininkystės komplekso (toliau – Kompleksas) veiklos, kuris čia dirbo iki 1998 m. pradžios. Kompleksą likvidavus gamybiniai pastatai buvo privatizuoti su tikslu juos išardyti, neformuojant žemės sklypo pastatų eksploatacijos reikmėms. Tarša suaktyvėjo ardant pastatus, kada buvo likviduojami Komplekso katilinės naftos ūkio įrenginiai ir aplinkai nesaugiu būdu šalinami netinkamo naudoti skysto kuro likučiai. LGT vykdyto projekto metu atlikti preliminarūs ir detalūs užterštos teritorijos ekogeologiniai tyrimai, Tarnybos išvada tarša nustatyta, parengtas teritorijos tvarkymo planas su apskaičiuota darbų verte. Planuojamo įgyvendinti pojekto metu numatoma sutvarkyti naftos produktais užterštą teritoriją, esančią Jurbarko rajono savivaldybėje, Girdžių seniūnijoje, Būtrimų kaime. Projekto įgyvendinimo metu bus rekultivuota 0,036 ha teritorija. (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is to reduce the negative impact on the environment and human health, and to ensure good chemical status of soil and groundwater, and the task is to manage the area contaminated by oil products, located in Jurbarko r. sav., Girdžių sen., Būtrimų k., in accordance with the specific objective “Reduce the level of pollution in urban areas of particulate matter in the air and chemicals in the soil” of priority 5 ‘Environmental protection, sustainable use of natural resources and adaptation to climate change’ of the 2014-2020 Operational Programme for investments of European Union funds. During the project, it is planned to remediate the area contaminated with oil products located in the territory of Jurbarkas district municipality, Girdžių sen., Būtrimų k. Object is located in the state land, the surface water body Gurnupis (through the river network enters the Nemunas) and the tributary of the reclamation ditch into which the water collected by drained fields enters. It is assumed that the pollution at this site originated from the operation of the Poultry Farming Complex (‘the Complex’) since 1980, which worked there until the beginning of 1998. Following the liquidation of the complex, the industrial buildings were privatised with the aim of disassembling them, without forming a plot of land for the purposes of the operation of the buildings. Pollution has increased during the dismantling of buildings, when the oil plant of the Complex boiler house was wound up and the residues of unusable liquid fuel are disposed of in an environmentally unsafe way. During the project carried out by LGT, preliminary and detailed eco-geological studies of the contaminated site were carried out, the Authority’s conclusion was established, the site management plan with estimated value of the site was prepared. During the planned action, it is planned to remediate the area contaminated with oil products, located in Jurbarkas district municipality, Girdziai eldership, Būtrimu village. During the implementation of the project 0.036 ha will be rehabilitated. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de réduire l’impact négatif sur l’environnement et la santé humaine et d’assurer un bon état chimique des sols et des eaux souterraines, et la tâche est de gérer la zone contaminée par les produits pétroliers, située à Jurbarko r. sav., Girdži‘sen., Būtrim’ k., conformément à l’objectif spécifique «Réduire le niveau de pollution des zones urbaines de particules dans l’air et de produits chimiques dans le sol» de la priorité 5 «Protection de l’environnement, utilisation durable des ressources naturelles et adaptation au changement climatique» du programme opérationnel 2014-2020 d’investissements des fonds de l’Union européenne. Au cours du projet, il est prévu d’assainir la zone contaminée par des produits pétroliers située sur le territoire de la municipalité du district de Jurbarkas, Girdži‘sen., Būtrim’ k. L’objet est situé sur le territoire de l’État, le plan d’eau de surface Gurnupis (par le réseau fluvial entre dans les Nemunas) et l’affluent du fossé de récupération dans lequel entre l’eau collectée par les champs drainés. Il est supposé que la pollution sur ce site provient de l’exploitation du complexe d’élevage de volailles (ci-après le «Complexe») depuis 1980, qui y a fonctionné jusqu’au début de 1998. À la suite de la liquidation du complexe, les bâtiments industriels ont été privatisés dans le but de les démonter, sans former de terrain aux fins de l’exploitation des bâtiments. La pollution s’est accrue lors du démantèlement des bâtiments, lorsque l’usine pétrolière de la chaufferie complexe a été liquidée et que les résidus de combustible liquide inutilisable sont éliminés de manière non sécuritaire pour l’environnement. Au cours du projet réalisé par LGT, des études écogéologiques préliminaires et détaillées du site contaminé ont été réalisées, la conclusion de l’Autorité a été établie, le plan de gestion du site avec la valeur estimée du site a été élaboré. Au cours de l’action prévue, il est prévu de remettre en état la zone contaminée par les produits pétroliers, située dans la municipalité du district de Jurbarkas, dans l’ancienne circonscription de Girdziai, dans le village de Būtrimu. Au cours de la mise en œuvre du projet, 0,036 ha sera remis en état. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die negativen Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt und die menschliche Gesundheit zu verringern und einen guten chemischen Zustand von Boden und Grundwasser zu gewährleisten, und die Aufgabe besteht darin, die mit Ölprodukten kontaminierte Fläche in Jurbarko r. sav., Girdžiþ sen., Būtrimæ k., gemäß dem spezifischen Ziel „Verringerung des Verschmutzungsgrads in städtischen Gebieten von Partikeln in der Luft und Chemikalien im Boden“ des Schwerpunkts 5 „Umweltschutz, nachhaltige Nutzung natürlicher Ressourcen und Anpassung an den Klimawandel“ des operationellen Programms 2014-2020 für Investitionen von EU-Mitteln zu bewirtschaften. Während des Projekts ist geplant, das mit Ölprodukten kontaminierte Gebiet auf dem Gebiet der Bezirksgemeinde Jurbarkas, Girdžiï sen., Būtrimē k. zu sanieren. Objekt befindet sich im Staatsgebiet, der Oberflächenwasserkörper Gurnupis (durch das Flussnetz gelangt in die Nemunas) und der Nebenfluss des Rekultivierungsgrabens, in den das durch entwässerte Felder gesammelte Wasser eintritt. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass die Verschmutzung an diesem Standort aus dem Betrieb des Geflügelzuchtkomplexes (im Folgenden: Komplex) seit 1980 herrührte, der dort bis Anfang 1998 arbeitete. Nach der Liquidation des Komplexes wurden die Industriegebäude privatisiert, um sie zu zerlegen, ohne ein Grundstück für den Betrieb der Gebäude zu bilden. Die Verschmutzung hat sich während des Abbaus von Gebäuden erhöht, als die Ölanlage des Komplexen Kesselhauses aufgelöst wurde und die Rückstände von unbrauchbaren flüssigen Brennstoffen auf umweltverträgliche Weise entsorgt werden. Während des von der LGT durchgeführten Projekts wurden vorläufige und detaillierte ökogeologische Untersuchungen an dem kontaminierten Standort durchgeführt, die Schlussfolgerung der Behörde wurde festgestellt, der Standortbewirtschaftungsplan mit dem geschätzten Wert des Standorts wurde erstellt. Während der geplanten Aktion ist geplant, das mit Ölprodukten kontaminierte Gebiet in Jurbarkas Bezirksgemeinde, Girdziai eldership, Dorf Būtrimu, zu sanieren. Während der Durchführung des Projekts werden 0,036 ha rehabilitiert. (German)
