INNOVATIONS OFTEN REMAIN CONFINED TO PROFESSIONALS, WITH LITTLE OSMOSIS OF SKILLS BETWEEN SENIOR AND NEWLY RECRUITED EMPLOYEES, THUS CAUSING INNOVATION TO STOP, WHICH MAKES IT COMPLEX AT THE SAME TIME TO INCREASE THE SKILLS OF WORKERS.
