Vilniaus miesto pietinei tikslinei teritorijai būdinga problema – nepakankamos galimybės rekreacijai, poilsiui, esama infrastruktūra nesudaro prielaidų paslaugų sektoriaus plėtrai ir kūrimui bei investicijų pritraukimui. Vykstant gyvenamųjų namų plėtrai, kuriantis verslo centrams didėja vaikų žaidimų aikštelių ir žaliųjų poilsio erdvių poreikis. Teritorijoje esantis Reformatų sodas visuomenės poreikiams neišnaudojamas. Dėl nepakankamos infrastruktūros, čia nėra organizuojami jokie kultūros, sporto ar kitokio pobūdžio bendruomenėms skirti renginiai. Problemai spręsti inicijuojamas Reformatų sodo atnaujinimo projektas, kurio tikslas – prisidėti prie sąlygų gyventojų užimtumui didėti ir verslo aplinkai plėtoti Vilniaus mieste. Įgyvendinus projektą bus atkurta sodo sistema – sutvarkyti želdiniai, įrengti nauji takai, mažosios architektūros elementai, vaikų žaidimo aikštelės, fontanas, viešasis tualetas, apšvietimo, lietaus nuotekų, buitinių nuotekų, vandentiekio ir elektros tinklai, prisijungimo prie inžinerinių tinklų įvadai, skirti sezoninei lauko kavinei. Atkurtas sodas taps patrauklia erdve, kuri tenkins aplinkinių rajonų ir kitų Vilniaus gyventojų rekreacines, edukacines ir kultūrines reikmes. Projekto metu sukurta funkcionali viešoji infrastruktūra taps patrauklesnė miesto gyventojams bei svečiams, pagerins miesto centrinės viešosios erdvės estetinį vaizdą bei miesto įvaizdį, padidins miesto investicinį patrauklumą. Dėl didėjančio sodo lankytojų srauto ir augančios paslaugų paklausos, projektas taip pat prisidės prie smulkaus ir vidutinio verslo atstovų poreikių tenkinimo, sudarys sąlygas verslo plėtrai ir naujų darbo vietų kūrimui. The problem specific to the southern target area of Vilnius city is the lack of opportunities for recreation, recreation and existing infrastructure, which do not provide the conditions for the development and creation of the service sector and for attracting investment. In the context of residential development, the need for children’s playgrounds and green recreation areas increases with the creation of business centres. The Reform Garden on the territory is not exploited for the public needs. Due to the lack of infrastructure, no cultural, sport or other community events are organised here. To solve the problem, the Reformed Garden Renovation Project is initiated, the aim of which is to contribute to the conditions for increasing the employment of the population and developing the business environment in Vilnius city. After the implementation of the project, the garden system will be restored — greenery, new paths, small architectural elements, children’s playgrounds, fountain, public toilet, lighting, rainwater, domestic sewage, water supply and electricity networks, as well as connections to engineering networks for seasonal outdoor cafeteria will be restored. The restored garden will become an attractive space that will meet the recreational, educational and cultural needs of surrounding districts and other residents of Vilnius. The functional public infrastructure created during the project will become more attractive for city residents and guests, improve the aesthetic appearance of the city’s central public space and the image of the city, and increase the investment attractiveness of the city. Due to the growing flow of visitors to the garden and the growing demand for services, the project will also contribute to meeting the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, creating conditions for business development and job creation. Le problème spécifique à la zone cible méridionale de la ville de Vilnius est l’absence de possibilités de loisirs, de loisirs et d’infrastructures existantes, qui ne permettent pas de développer et de créer le secteur des services et d’attirer des investissements. Dans le contexte du développement résidentiel, le besoin d’aires de jeux pour enfants et de zones de loisirs vertes augmente avec la création de centres d’affaires. Le Jardin de la Réforme sur le territoire n’est pas exploité pour les besoins du public. En raison du manque d’infrastructures, aucun événement culturel, sportif ou autre n’est organisé ici. Pour résoudre ce problème, le projet de rénovation des jardins réformés est lancé, dont l’objectif est de contribuer aux conditions propices à l’augmentation de l’emploi de la population et au développement de l’environnement des affaires dans la ville de Vilnius. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, le système de jardin sera restauré — verdure, nouveaux sentiers, petits éléments architecturaux, aires de jeux pour enfants, fontaine, toilettes publiques, éclairage, eau de pluie, eaux usées domestiques, réseaux d’approvisionnement en eau et d’électricité, ainsi que des connexions aux réseaux d’ingénierie pour la cafétéria extérieure saisonnière. Le jardin restauré deviendra un espace attrayant qui répondra aux besoins récréatifs, éducatifs et culturels des districts environnants et des autres résidents de Vilnius. L’infrastructure publique fonctionnelle créée au cours du projet deviendra plus attrayante pour les citadins et les clients, améliorera l’aspect esthétique de l’espace public central de la ville et l’image de la ville, et augmentera l’attractivité des investissements de la ville. En raison du flux croissant de visiteurs dans le jardin et de la demande croissante de services, le projet contribuera également à répondre aux besoins des petites et moyennes entreprises, créant des conditions propices au développement des entreprises et à la création d’emplois. Das spezifische Problem für das südliche Zielgebiet der Stadt Vilnius ist der Mangel an Möglichkeiten für Erholung, Erholung und bestehende Infrastruktur, die nicht die Voraussetzungen für die Entwicklung und Schaffung des Dienstleistungssektors und die Anziehung von Investitionen bieten. Im Zusammenhang mit der Wohnentwicklung steigt der Bedarf an Kinderspielplätzen und grünen Erholungsgebieten mit der Schaffung von Geschäftszentren. Der Reformgarten auf dem Territorium wird nicht für die öffentlichen Bedürfnisse genutzt. Aufgrund des Mangels an Infrastruktur werden hier keine kulturellen, sportlichen oder sonstigen Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen organisiert. Um das Problem zu lösen, wird das Reformed Garden Renovation Project ins Leben gerufen, dessen Ziel es ist, einen Beitrag zu den Bedingungen für die Steigerung der Beschäftigung der Bevölkerung und die Entwicklung des Geschäftsumfelds in Vilnius zu leisten. Nach der Umsetzung des Projekts wird das Gartensystem wiederhergestellt – Grün, neue Wege, kleine architektonische Elemente, Kinderspielplätze, Brunnen, öffentliche Toilette, Beleuchtung, Regenwasser, häusliches Abwasser, Wasserversorgung und Stromnetze sowie Verbindungen zu technischen Netzwerken für saisonale Außencafeteria. Der restaurierte Garten wird zu einem attraktiven Raum, der den Erholungs-, Bildungs- und Kulturbedürfnissen der umliegenden Bezirke und anderer Bewohner von Vilnius gerecht wird. Die während des Projekts geschaffene funktionale öffentliche Infrastruktur wird für Stadtbewohner und Gäste attraktiver, verbessert das ästhetische Aussehen des zentralen öffentlichen Raums der Stadt und das Image der Stadt und erhöht die Investitionsattraktivität der Stadt. Aufgrund des wachsenden Besucherflusses in den Garten und der wachsenden Nachfrage nach Dienstleistungen wird das Projekt auch dazu beitragen, den Bedürfnissen kleiner und mittlerer Unternehmen gerecht zu werden und Bedingungen für die Unternehmensentwicklung und die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen zu schaffen.
