Projektu siekiama Ignalinos rajono savivaldybės viešosios bibliotekos infrastruktūrą pritaikyti vietos bendruomenės poreikiams. Numatoma suremontuoti šiuo metu nenaudojamas rūsio patalpas, įsigyti būtiną įrangą ir įkurti „Tėvų ir vaiko“ skaityklą. Skaitykla bus pritaikyta jaunų šeimų informaciniams poreikiams bei bibliotekinei veiklai. Jaunos šeimos turės galimybę bendrauti, ugdyti socialinius, pilietinius gebėjimus, spręsti socialines bendruomenės problemas, lankytis teminiuose renginiuose. Vaikai turės galimybę būti skaitykloje su besilankančiais tėvais, bendrauti ir kartu lavintis. Įgyvendinus projektą bus sukurta nauja paslauga, kuri prisidės prie Ignalinos miesto patrauklumo vietos gyventojams, ir miesto svečiams iš kitų Lietuvos regionų, užsienio. (Lithuanian)

The project aims to adapt the infrastructure of the public library of Ignalina District Municipality to the needs of the local community. It is planned to repair the currently unused basement premises, to purchase the necessary equipment and to establish a “Parents and Child” reading room. The reading room will be adapted to the information needs of young families and to library activities. Young families will have the opportunity to communicate, develop social, civic skills, solve social problems of the community, and attend thematic events. Children will have the opportunity to be in the reading room with visiting parents, communicate and develop together. After the implementation of the project, a new service will be created that will contribute to the attractiveness of the city of Ignalina to local residents, as well as to visitors from other regions of Lithuania and abroad. Le projet vise à adapter l’infrastructure de la bibliothèque publique de la municipalité du district d’Ignalina aux besoins de la communauté locale. Il est prévu de réparer les sous-sols actuellement inutilisés, d’acheter l’équipement nécessaire et de créer une salle de lecture «Parents et enfants». La salle de lecture sera adaptée aux besoins d’information des jeunes familles et aux activités de bibliothèque. Les jeunes familles auront la possibilité de communiquer, de développer des compétences sociales et civiques, de résoudre les problèmes sociaux de la communauté et d’assister à des événements thématiques. Les enfants auront la possibilité d’être dans la salle de lecture avec les parents en visite, de communiquer et de se développer ensemble. Après la mise en œuvre du projet, un nouveau service sera créé qui contribuera à l’attractivité de la ville d’Ignalina pour les résidents locaux, ainsi que pour les visiteurs d’autres régions de Lituanie et à l’étranger. Das Projekt zielt darauf ab, die Infrastruktur der öffentlichen Bibliothek der Bezirksgemeinde Ignalina an die Bedürfnisse der lokalen Gemeinde anzupassen. Es ist geplant, die derzeit ungenutzten Kellerräume zu reparieren, die notwendige Ausrüstung zu kaufen und einen Lesesaal „Eltern und Kind“ einzurichten. Der Lesesaal wird an die Informationsbedürfnisse junger Familien und an Bibliotheksaktivitäten angepasst. Junge Familien haben die Möglichkeit, zu kommunizieren, soziale, bürgerschaftliche Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, soziale Probleme der Gemeinschaft zu lösen und thematische Veranstaltungen zu besuchen. Kinder haben die Möglichkeit, mit den Eltern im Lesesaal zu sein, zu kommunizieren und gemeinsam zu entwickeln. Nach der Umsetzung des Projekts wird ein neuer Service geschaffen, der zur Attraktivität der Stadt Ignalina für die Anwohner sowie für Besucher aus anderen Regionen Litauens und des Auslandes beitragen wird.
