Projektu siekiama prisidėti prie Šiaulių rajono savivaldybės socialinio būsto fondo plėtros. Projekto metu Kuršėnų m. ir Kužių mstl. numatoma įsigyti 28 socialinius būstus (iš jų: vieno kambario – 7 butai ir dviejų kambarių – 21 butas). Įgyvendinus Projektą padidės galimybės aprūpinti būstu šeimas ir asmenis, turinčius teisę į socialinį būstu. Tikimasi, kad įgyvendinus projektą sumažės Šiaulių rajono savivaldybės socialinio būsto eilėje laukiančių šeimų skaičius, ą, pagerės tikslinės grupės ir jų šeimos narių gyvenimo kokybė, sumažės jaunų ir aktyvių žmonių emigracija. Sąraše tarp pirmųjų 28 ilgiausiai socialinio būsto laukiančių asmenų (šeimų) neįgaliųjų asmenų nėra, todėl neįgaliesiems pritaikyti butai nebus perkami. (Lithuanian)

The project aims to contribute to the development of the Social Housing Fund of Šiauliai District Municipality. During the project, 28 social housings are planned to be purchased in Kuršėnai and Kužiai mstl (of which: one room — 7 apartments and two rooms — 21 apartments). The project will increase access to housing for families and people entitled to social housing. The project is expected to reduce the number of families waiting for social housing in Šiauliai district municipality, improve the quality of life of the target group and their family members, and reduce the emigration of young and active people. The list does not include persons with disabilities among the first 28 people waiting for the longest social housing (family) and therefore, accessible apartments will not be purchased. (English)

Le projet vise à contribuer au développement du Fonds de logement social de la municipalité de Šiauliai. Au cours du projet, 28 logements sociaux devraient être achetés à Kuršėnai et Kužiai MStL (dont: une chambre — 7 appartements et deux chambres — 21 appartements). Le projet améliorera l’accès aux logements pour les familles et les personnes ayant droit à un logement social. Le projet devrait réduire le nombre de familles en attente de logement social dans la municipalité du district de Šiauliai, améliorer la qualité de vie du groupe cible et des membres de leur famille et réduire l’émigration des jeunes et des personnes actives. La liste n’inclut pas les personnes handicapées parmi les 28 premières personnes en attente d’un logement social (famille) le plus long et, par conséquent, les appartements accessibles ne seront pas achetés. Das Projekt soll zur Entwicklung des Sozialwohnungsfonds der Bezirksgemeinde Šiauliai beitragen. Während des Projekts sollen 28 Sozialwohnungen in Kuršėnai und Kužiai MStL erworben werden (davon: ein Zimmer – 7 Wohnungen und zwei Zimmer – 21 Wohnungen). Das Projekt wird den Zugang zu Wohnraum für Familien und Personen, die Anspruch auf Sozialwohnungen haben, verbessern. Das Projekt soll die Zahl der Familien verringern, die auf Sozialwohnungen in der Gemeinde Šiauliai warten, die Lebensqualität der Zielgruppe und ihrer Familienangehörigen verbessern und die Auswanderung junger und aktiver Menschen verringern. Die Liste umfasst nicht Menschen mit Behinderungen unter den ersten 28 Personen, die auf den längsten Sozialwohnungen (Familie) warten, und daher werden barrierefreie Wohnungen nicht gekauft.
