Projekto tikslas - suteikti integralią pagalbą (socialinę globą ir slaugą) neįgaliems darbingo amžiaus ir senyvo amžiaus asmenims bei konsultacinę pagalbą jų šeimų nariams. Projektą „Integrali pagalba asmens namuose Šalčininkų rajono savivaldybės gyventojams“ įgyvendins Šalčininkų socialinių paslaugų centras. Projekto vykdytojas suburs dvi mobilias darbuotojų komandas, aprūpins jas darbui reikalingu automobiliu, įranga, sanitarinėmis ir higienos prekėmis. Projekto vykdytojas dirbs su neįgaliais ir senyvo amžiaus asmenimis. Projekto įgyvendinimo laikotarpiu integrali pagalba bus suteikta 32 asmenims. Siekiant užtikrinti, kad integralios pagalbos gavėjų artimieji geriau suvoktų bei patenkintų neįgalių ar senyvo amžiaus asmenų poreikius, darbuotojai teiks šeimos nariams individualias konsultacijas. Individualiai konsultuoti numatoma 5 šeimos narius. Integralios pagalbos teikimą ir konsultavimą užtikrina aukšta darbuotojų kompetencija. 8 socialinio darbuotojo padėjėjai dalyvaus mokymuose pagal slaugytojo padėjėjo programą bei mokymuose darbo komandoje tema. Siekiant užtikrinti neformalią pagalbą, teikiamą savanorių, bus organizuoti neformalios pagalbos skatinimo 2 renginiai (5 asmenims). Planuojama naudoti viešinimo priemones (plakatai, viešinimo paslaugos spaudoje, informacija interneto svetainėse, paslaugos gavėjų informavimas). (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is to provide integral assistance (social care and care) to disabled people of working age and the elderly and to provide advisory assistance to their family members. The project “Integral assistance in a person’s home for residents of Šalčininkai district municipality” will be implemented by Šalčininkai Social Services Centre. The project promoter will bring together two mobile teams of employees, provide them with the necessary car, equipment, sanitary and hygienic goods. The project promoter will work with disabled and elderly people. During the project’s implementation, 32 people will be provided with integral support. In order to ensure that the relatives of the beneficiaries of integral assistance are better aware and meet the needs of disabled or elderly people, workers will provide individual advice to family members. There are 5 family members to be consulted individually. The provision of integral assistance and advice is ensured by the high level of competence of the staff. 8 assistants of the social worker will take part in the training under the Nurse Assistant’s programme and in the training on the topic of work in the team. To ensure informal support provided by volunteers, 2 events will be organised to promote informal assistance (5 people). It is planned to use publicity measures (posters, publicity services in the press, information on websites, information for users of the service). (English)
