Projektu planuojama išvalyti Šalčininkų r.sav.,Turgelių sen., Tabariškių k. buvusios naftos bazės užterštą teritoriją, kurios bendrą plotą sudaro 0,03 ha. Siekiama pagerinti požeminio vandens ir gilesnių grunto sluoksnių būklę, išvengiant paviršinių vandens telkinių ir dirvožemio teršimo iš taršos židinio ir neigiamo poveikio žmonių sveikatai ir aplinkai, ir sudaryti sąlygas tolimesnei gruntinio vandens bei grunto savivalai. Preliminariojo ekogeologinio tyrimo, atlikto 2014 m. lapkričio mėnesį metu, buvo nustatyta, jog buvusios naftos bazės teritorijoje gruntas ir gruntinis vanduo yra užteršti naftos produkatis. Žemės paviršiaus (iki 1,0 m gylio) grunte nustatyta maksimali naftos produktų koncentracija siekė 40290 mg/kg ir užterštumo lygis 31 karto viršijo ribinę vertę. Pagal frakcinę angliavandenilių sudėtį žemės paviršiaus gruntas daugiausiai užterštas sunkesniais nei C>29 angliavandeniliais. Visose tirtose vietose gruntinis vanduo buvo užterštas naftos produktais. Bendra jų koncentracija gruntiniame vandenyje siekė nuo 1,84 iki 52,28 mg/l. Gruntinis vanduo daugiausiai buvo užterštas benzino eilės angliavandeniliais, kurių koncentracija siekė 48,87 mg/l ir RV viršijo 24,43 karto pagal normatyvą. Įgyvendinus projekto veiklas projekto naudą pajus ne tik Tabariškių kaimo, bet ir viso Šalčininkų rajono gyventojai. Šalčininkų rajono savivaldybės administracija siekia išvengti pavojaus aplinkai, žmonių sveikatai ir sumažinti pavojingų cheminių medžiagų grunte ir požeminiame vandenyje inicijuoja projektą "Buvusios naftos bazės teritorijos Šalčininkų r.sav., Turgelių sen., Tabariškių k., sutavrkymas" (Lithuanian)

The project plans to clean up the contaminated area of the former oil base in Šalčininkai district, Turgeliai old, Tabariškiai village, with a total area of 0.03 ha. The aim is to improve the status of groundwater and deeper layers of soil by avoiding contamination of surface water bodies and soil from the pollution focal point and negative impacts on human health and the environment, and to allow further arbitrage of groundwater and soil. A preliminary ecogeological study carried out in November 2014 found that soil and groundwater in the area of the former oil base were contaminated with oil production. In the ground (up to 1.0 m depth), the maximum level of petroleum products was set at 40 290 mg/kg and the level of contamination was 31 times the limit value. According to the fractional hydrocarbon composition, ground soil is mainly contaminated with heavier hydrocarbons than C>29. In all the areas studied, groundwater was contaminated with oil products. Their total concentrations in groundwater ranged from 1.84 to 52.28 mg/l. Ground water was mainly contaminated with gasoline hydrocarbons at 48.87 mg/l and the RV exceeded 24.43 times the norm. Once the project activities are implemented, the benefits of the project will be felt not only by the inhabitants of Tabariškiai village, but also by the residents of the entire Šalčininkai district.
