Projekto tikslas - Parengti Šiaulių miesto vietos plėtros strategiją, skirtą pagerinti įsidarbinimo galimybes ir padidinti socialinę integraciją, išnaudojant vietos bendruomenių, verslo ir vietos valdžios ryšius. Tikslui pasiekti bus vykdomos šios veiklos: 1) vietos bendruomenės ir bendruomeninių organizacijų įtraukimas į vietos plėtros strategijos parengimą, 2) vietos plėtros strategijos parengimas. Šiaulių miesto vietos plėtros strategija bus rengiama šiais etapais:1. Poreikių tyrimas; 2. Esamos situacijos analizė ir SSGG analizė; 3. Poreikių ir problemų nustatymas prioriteto tvarka;4. Strategijos prioritetų, priemonių ir veiklos sričių identifikavimas, viešas aptarimas ir tvirtinimas visuotiniame narių susirinkime; 5. Finansinio plano parengimas ir tvirtinimas visuotiniame narių susirinkime;6. Strategijos projekto pristatymas ir viešas svarstymas;7. Strategijos tvirtinimas ir pristatymas Šiaulių regiono plėtros tarybai. Visuose VPS rengimo etapuose bus siekiama įtraukti kuo daugiau partnerių ir bendruomenės atstovų bei bus laikomasi šių principų: teritorinio, ,,iš apačios į viršų", partnerystės, integruoto požiūrio bei inovacijų. Bendruomenė bus aktyvinama ir įtraukiama į strategijos rengimą informacinių renginių (3 vnt.) bei atvirų durų dienų (5 vnt.) metu, pateikiant informaciją vietinėje spaudoje, bei kviečiant teikti savo pastabas ir pasiūlymus apie elektroninėje erdvėje (steigėjų internetinėse svetainėse) pateiktus strategijos atskirų dalių projektus. Projektas bus įgyvendinamas 2015 m. lapkričio mėn. - 2016 m. sausio mėn. Įgyvendinto projekto rezultatas - parengta Šiaulių miesto vietos plėtros strategija. (Lithuanian)

The aim of the project is to develop a local development strategy for Šiauliai city aimed at improving employability and increasing social integration by exploiting the links between local communities, business and local government. To achieve this objective, the following activities will be carried out: 1) involvement of the local community and community organisations in the preparation of the local development strategy, 2) preparation of the local development strategy. The local development strategy of Šiauliai city will be prepared in the following stages:1. Needs analysis; 2. Analysis of the current situation and SWOT analysis; 3. Prioritisation of needs and problems;4. Identification of the strategy’s priorities, measures and areas of activity, public discussion and approval by the General Assembly of Members; 5. Preparation and approval of the financial plan by the General Assembly of Members;6. Presentation of the draft strategy and public hearing;7. Approval and presentation of the strategy to the Siauliai Regional Development Council. All stages of DRM development will seek to involve as many partners and community representatives as possible and will follow the following principles: territorial, bottom-up, partnership, integrated approach and innovation. The community will be activated and involved in the preparation of the strategy during information events (3 units) and open days (5 units), by providing information in the local press, and by inviting them to submit comments and suggestions about the projects of the individual parts of the strategy presented in the electronic space (on the founders’ websites). The project will be implemented in November 2015 — the result of the project implemented in January 2016 — the local development strategy of Šiauliai city has been prepared. (English)
