Panevėžio vietos veiklos grupė skelbs viešojo pirkimo konkursą, kurio metu bus perkama Panevėžio vietos plėtros strategijos parengimo Konsultanto paslauga. Rengiant ir parengus Strategiją, bus padidintas ES struktūrinių fondų paramos lėšų panaudojimo skaidrumas ir dalyvaujant VVG veikloje bendruomenių atstovams, jie galės tiesiogiai dalyvauti priimant strateginius Panevėžio miesto vystymo sprendimus. Vietos veiklos strategijos rengimo laikotarpiu bus vykdomi mokymai, reikalingi strategijai parengti. atlikta situacijos analizė, kuri bus tiesiogiai susijusi su strategijos LSA (logine struktūros analize), išvados ir siūlymai Strategijos rengėjams. Bus atlikta tiriamoji veikla teritorinėse bendruomenėse, verslo ir nevyriausybinėse organizacijose dėl Strategijoje numatomų programų (projektų) įgyvendinimo poreikio (anketos, žodinės apklausos,). Bus surengti Rengiamos strategijos pristatymai renginiuose bendruomenėms, išleisti 5 informavimo apie projektą plakatai. (Lithuanian)

Panevėžys Local Action Group will launch a public procurement tender for the procurement of Panevėžys Local Development Strategy Preparation Consultant service. The preparation and preparation of the Strategy will increase the transparency of the use of EU structural funds and enable community representatives to participate directly in the strategic decision-making of Panevėžys city development. During the preparation of the local action strategy, the training necessary for the preparation of the strategy will be carried out. The situation analysis will be carried out, which will be directly related to the LSA strategy (logical analysis of the structure), conclusions and suggestions to the Strategy promoters. Research activities will be carried out in territorial communities, business and non-governmental organisations on the need for the implementation of the programmes/projects envisaged in the Strategy (annuities, oral surveys, etc.). Presentations of the strategy to the communities will be organised, 5 project information posters will be published. (English)
