ALTEN is als consultancy en engineering organisatie werkzaam in uiteenlopende (niche-)markten van de hightech sector en de IT. Ze spelen een actieve rol in zaken als kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid en innovaties op het gebied van Big Data en Internet of Things. Er werken ongeveer 700 medewerkers bij Alten Nederland, verdeeld over 4 kantoren. De medior technisch consultants van Alten ervaren dat zij als technisch professional veel inhoudelijke kennis en kwaliteiten bezitten met betrekking tot hun vakgebied, maar dat zij het lastig vinden om in de communicatie met klanten of collega’s hun boodschap over te brengen. Ze missen vaardigheden op het gebied van interactie met klanten die belangrijk zijn in hun rol als consultant. Dit betreft praktische vaardigheden als het presenteren van jezelf en het bedrijf, jezelf pro-actief opstellen, je boodschap met impact overbrengen en het aansluiten op verschillende persoonstypes. Doordat het de consultants vaak ontbreekt aan vaardigheden op het gebied van communicatie met klanten, merken zij dat ze zelfvertrouwen missen en een intrinsieke terughoudendheid vertonen in de interactie met klanten en collega’s. De doelstelling van dit project is het ontwikkelen van communicatie- en adviesvaardigheden van de medior technisch consultants zodat zij zichzelf optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen in hun rol als consultant. Door het ontwikkelen van deze vaardigheden kunnen de medior technisch consultants verder op lange termijn doorgroeien naar senioriteit in de gewenste functie als architect, technisch specialist of project manager. They play an active role in issues such as quality and reliability and innovations in Big Data and Internet of Things. There are about 700 employees at Alten Nederland, divided over 4 offices. Alten’s mid-technical consultants experience that, as a technical professional, they have a lot of substantive knowledge and qualities in their field of expertise, but that they find it difficult to convey their message in communication with customers or colleagues. They lack skills in interacting with customers that are important in their role as a consultant. This concerns practical skills such as presenting yourself and the company, preparing yourself proactively, conveying your message with impact and connecting to different types of people. Because the consultants often lack skills in communication with customers, they notice that they lack self-confidence and have an intrinsic reluctance to interact with customers and colleagues. The objective of this project is to develop communication and advisory skills of the mid-tech consultants so that they can optimally develop themselves in their role as a consultant. By developing these skills, the mid-term technical consultants can continue to grow into seniority in the desired position as an architect, technical specialist or project manager. (English)

Ils jouent un rôle actif dans des questions telles que la qualité et la fiabilité et les innovations dans les mégadonnées et l’internet des objets. Alten Nederland compte environ 700 employés répartis sur 4 bureaux. Les consultants techniques d’Alten ont l’expérience qu’en tant que professionnel technique, ils ont beaucoup de connaissances et de qualités dans leur domaine d’expertise, mais qu’il leur est difficile de transmettre leur message en communication avec leurs clients ou collègues. Ils manquent de compétences pour interagir avec des clients qui sont importants dans leur rôle de consultant. Il s’agit de compétences pratiques telles que la présentation de vous-même et de l’entreprise, la préparation proactive, la transmission de votre message avec impact et la connexion à différents types de personnes. Parce que les consultants manquent souvent de compétences en communication avec les clients, ils remarquent qu’ils manquent de confiance en eux-mêmes et ont une réticence intrinsèque à interagir avec les clients et les collègues. L’objectif de ce projet est de développer les compétences de communication et de conseil des consultants mid-tech afin qu’ils puissent se développer de manière optimale dans leur rôle de consultant. En développant ces compétences, les consultants techniques à mi-parcours peuvent continuer à se transformer en ancienneté dans le poste d’architecte, de spécialiste technique ou de chef de projet souhaité. Altens mittelständische Berater erfahren, dass sie als technischer Fachmann über viele Sachkenntnisse und Qualitäten in ihrem Fachgebiet verfügen, dass es ihnen aber schwierig ist, ihre Botschaft in der Kommunikation mit Kunden oder Kollegen zu vermitteln. Es fehlt ihnen an Fähigkeiten, mit Kunden zu interagieren, die in ihrer Rolle als Berater wichtig sind. Dies betrifft praktische Fähigkeiten wie sich selbst und das Unternehmen zu präsentieren, sich proaktiv vorzubereiten, Ihre Botschaft mit Wirkung zu vermitteln und sich mit verschiedenen Arten von Menschen zu verbinden. Da es den Beratern oft an der Kommunikation mit Kunden mangelt, stellen sie fest, dass sie kein Selbstvertrauen haben und eine intrinsische Zurückhaltung haben, mit Kunden und Kollegen zu interagieren. I consulenti tecnici di Alten hanno esperienza che, in qualità di professionista tecnico, hanno molte conoscenze e qualità sostanziali nel loro campo di competenza, ma che hanno difficoltà a trasmettere il loro messaggio in comunicazione con clienti o colleghi. Non hanno competenze nell'interazione con i clienti che sono importanti nel loro ruolo di consulente. Si tratta di competenze pratiche come presentare te stesso e l'azienda, prepararti in modo proattivo, trasmettere il tuo messaggio con impatto e connetterti a diversi tipi di persone. Poiché spesso i consulenti non hanno competenze nella comunicazione con i clienti, si accorgono che non hanno fiducia in se stessi e hanno una riluttanza intrinseca ad interagire con clienti e colleghi. L'obiettivo di questo progetto è sviluppare capacità di comunicazione e consulenza dei consulenti mid-tech in modo che possano svilupparsi in modo ottimale nel loro ruolo di consulente.
