Velco brandbeveiliging, begonnen met brandblusserverkoop en -onderhoud, heeft inmiddels een totaalpakket met daarin ook noodverlichting, BHV/EHBO trainingen en bedrijfsnoodplannen. De mensen van Velco werken steeds vaker in multi-disciplinaire teams: verschillende vakdisciplines werken samen voor een gemeenschappelijk doel, bijvoorbeeld het verzorgen van een compleet brandveiligheidspakket voor een klant. Dit vraagt natuurlijk veel zelfsturing en flexibiliteit van werknemers, veel samenwerken en communiceren en veel kennisdelen. Bij standaard vakopleidingen leer je dat niet, leren op de werkvloer wordt dus steeds belangrijker. Velco wil een organisatie zijn waarin het vanzelfsprekend is kennis te delen en van elkaar te leren, rekening te houden met elkaars kennisbehoeftes en actief samen te werken over de grenzen van disciplines heen. Met het project 'Handvatten voor een lerende organisatie – deel 2' geeft Velco deze ontwikkelingen een boost. Via acties gericht op zowel werknemers, organisatie als techniek, ontwikkelt Velco zich verder tot een gezond, modern bedrijf waaraan ook in de toekomst mensen zich langdurig, adequaat en gemotiveerd kunnen verbinden. Velco fire protection, started with fire extinguisher sales and maintenance, now has a total package including emergency lighting, BHV/first aid trainings and company emergency plans. Velco’s people are increasingly working in multi-disciplinary teams: various professional disciplines work together for a common purpose, for example to provide a complete fire safety package for a customer. Of course, this requires a lot of self-management and flexibility of employees, a lot of collaboration and communication and a lot of knowledge sharing. You do not learn that in standard vocational training, so learning in the workplace is becoming increasingly important. Velco wants to be an organisation in which it is natural to share knowledge and learn from each other, to take into account each other’s knowledge needs and to actively cooperate across the boundaries of disciplines. With the project ‘Handvatten for a learning organisation — part 2’ Velco gives a boost to these developments. Through actions aimed at employees, organisation and technology, Velco is further developing into a healthy, modern company with which people can continue to engage in a long-term, adequate and motivated relationship. La protection contre les incendies velco, commencée par la vente et l’entretien des extincteurs, dispose désormais d’un ensemble complet comprenant l’éclairage de secours, les formations BHV/premiers secours et les plans d’urgence de l’entreprise. Les gens de Velco travaillent de plus en plus au sein d’équipes multidisciplinaires: diverses disciplines professionnelles travaillent ensemble dans un but commun, par exemple pour fournir un paquet complet de sécurité incendie pour un client. Bien sûr, cela exige beaucoup d’autogestion et de flexibilité des employés, beaucoup de collaboration et de communication et beaucoup de partage des connaissances. Vous n’apprenez pas que dans la formation professionnelle standard, l’apprentissage sur le lieu de travail devient de plus en plus important. Velco veut être une organisation dans laquelle il est naturel de partager des connaissances et d’apprendre les uns des autres, de prendre en compte les besoins de connaissances de chacun et de coopérer activement au-delà des frontières des disciplines. Avec le projet «Handvatten pour une organisation apprenante — partie 2» Velco donne un coup de pouce à ces développements. Velco Brandschutz, begonnen mit Feuerlöscher Verkauf und Wartung, hat jetzt ein Gesamtpaket einschließlich Notbeleuchtung, BHV/Ersthilfe-Schulungen und betriebliche Notfallpläne. Die Mitarbeiter von Velco arbeiten zunehmend in multidisziplinären Teams: verschiedene Fachdisziplinen arbeiten zu einem gemeinsamen Zweck zusammen, um beispielsweise ein komplettes Brandschutzpaket für einen Kunden zu liefern. Natürlich erfordert dies viel Selbstmanagement und Flexibilität der Mitarbeiter, viel Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation sowie viel Wissensaustausch. Sie lernen nicht, dass in der beruflichen Standardausbildung das Lernen am Arbeitsplatz immer wichtiger wird. Velco will eine Organisation sein, in der es natürlich ist, Wissen auszutauschen und voneinander zu lernen, den Wissensbedarf des anderen zu berücksichtigen und über die Grenzen der Disziplinen aktiv zusammenzuarbeiten. Mit dem Projekt „Handvatten für eine Lernorganisation – Teil 2“ fördert Velco diese Entwicklungen. Durch Aktionen für Mitarbeiter, Organisation und Technologie entwickelt sich Velco weiter zu einem gesunden, modernen Unternehmen, mit dem sich die Menschen weiterhin in einer langfristigen, angemessenen und motivierten Beziehung engagieren können.
