Countus wil de vitaliteit van haar medewerkers ondersteunen om te komen tot een duurzame inzetbare organisatie. Dit onder de projectnaam: ‘Countus Top Vitaal’. Countus grijpt de ESF-subsidie duurzame inzetbaarheid aan door in 2017 aan alle medewerkers een vitaliteitsscan en indien wenselijk, een aanvullend onderzoek, aan te bieden. Het project omvat de volgende elementen, waarbij de adviseur van Bewegen Werkt wordt ingezet: 1. Afnemen vitaliteitsscan, bestaande uit: a. Uitzetten en uitvoeren van de vragenlijstmethodiek Monitor Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (MoDI) onder alle medewerkers. b. Een Health Check voor de medewerkers die zich hiervoor inschrijven. 2. Een aanvullend onderzoek voor medewerkers met een verminderd werkvermogen. Dit betreft een gesprek met de adviseur en is gericht op het formuleren van een advies dat bijdraagt aan het herstel van werkvermogen. (Dutch)

Countus wants to support the vitality of its employees to achieve a sustainable deployable organisation. This under the project name: “Countus Top Vital.” Countus uses the ESF grant to sustainable employability by providing all employees with a vitality scan in 2017 and, if appropriate, an additional study. The project includes the following elements, involving the consultant of Bewegen Werkt: 1. Decrease vitality scan, consisting of: a. Deployment and implementation of the questionnaire methodology Monitor Sustainable Employability (modes) among all employees. b. A Health Check for the employees who register for this. 2. An additional study for employees with reduced working capacity. This is an interview with the consultant and aims at formulating an opinion that contributes to the restoration of work capacity. Countus veut soutenir la vitalité de ses employés pour parvenir à une organisation déployable durable. Sous le nom du projet: «Countus Top Vital.» Countus utilise la subvention du FSE pour une employabilité durable en fournissant à tous les employés une analyse de la vitalité en 2017 et, le cas échéant, une étude complémentaire. Le projet comprend les éléments suivants, impliquant le consultant de Bewegen Werkt: 1. Diminuer l’analyse de vitalité, consistant en: a. Déploiement et mise en œuvre de la méthodologie du questionnaire Surveiller l’employabilité durable (modes) parmi tous les employés. b. Un bilan de santé pour les employés qui s’inscrivent à cette fin. 2. Une étude supplémentaire pour les employés ayant une capacité de travail réduite. Il s’agit d’un entretien avec le consultant et vise à formuler un avis qui contribue à la restauration de la capacité de travail. (French)
