    FLOW wil werkdruk, stress en gevoel van onveiligheid beïnvloeden. Deze zijn nog te veel bron van lagere vitaliteit of verzuim. Beiden onwenselijk, waarbij is gebleken dat vitaliteit basisvoorwaarde is voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en arbeidsmobiliteit. Probleem: nog te weinig corporaties geven richting en sturing aan werkdrukverlaging en slechts beperkt gebruikmaken van beschikbare instrumenten. De oorzaak: gebrek aan aandacht, tijd en met name gebrek aan kennis en kunde. Uitval, ziekteverzuimpercentages en negatieve gevolgen voor de DI ten spijt. Bekend is dat onder andere de HR-afdelingen vaak overbelast zijn en het management te vaak niet weet hoe dit op te pakken (wil wellicht de handen er niet aan branden). Doel is een compleet pakket aan maatregelen, waaronder de ontwikkeling van een branchewerkdrukscan, FLOW Arbo-portal, ontwikkeling HR training (op strategisch en tactisch niveau), OR en leidinggevenden aangaande werkdruk, stimuleren zelfsturing en regie in DI door medewerkers.     Flow wants to influence workload, stress and feeling of insecurity. These are still too much source of lower vitality or absenteeism. Both undesirable, showing that vitality is a prerequisite for personal development and labour mobility. Problem: too few corporations provide direction and guidance to reduce work pressure and make limited use of available tools. The cause: lack of attention, time and in particular lack of knowledge and skills. In spite of failures, sick leave rates and negative consequences for the DI. It is known that the HR departments are often overloaded and the management too often does not know how to handle this (maybe the hands don't want to burn it). The aim is a complete package of measures, including the development of a branch work printing scan, FLOW Arbo portal, development HR training (at strategic and tactical level), OR and executives on workload, stimulate self-management and direction in DI by employees.
