The municipality of Haparanda has a higher unemployment than the region as a total, many people are excluded from the labour market and who need or risk needing income support. The focus of this project is to break the negative trend of a growing number of people who are excluded from the labour market. We want to support the individuals and break barriers for how they can (again) become part of the labour force and increase their level of self sufficiency. This project will build upon previous experience and create a methodology for how job coaches in the municipal labour market unit kan support people on income support to approach, enter or re-enter the labour market. A core feature of the methodology is to work closely with employers and to strenthen the links between the employers and the individuals who now have a long journey ahead to become part of the labour market. We also aim to strengthen the cooperation with Torneå municipality, to increase the municipal links within a shared labour market region. (Swedish)

La municipalité de Haparanda a un taux de chômage plus élevé que la région au total, de nombreuses personnes sont exclues du marché du travail et qui ont besoin ou risquent d’avoir besoin d’une aide au revenu. L’objectif de ce projet est de briser la tendance négative d’un nombre croissant de personnes exclues du marché du travail. Nous voulons soutenir les individus et briser les obstacles pour qu’ils puissent (une fois de plus) faire partie de la population active et augmenter leur niveau d’autosuffisance. Ce projet s’appuiera sur l’expérience acquise et créera une méthodologie pour la façon dont les entraîneurs d’emploi au sein de l’unité municipale du marché du travail peuvent aider les personnes qui bénéficient d’un soutien du revenu à s’approcher, à entrer ou à réintégrer le marché du travail. L’une des caractéristiques essentielles de la méthodologie est de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les employeurs et de renforcer les liens entre les employeurs et les personnes qui ont maintenant un long chemin à parcourir pour s’intégrer au marché du travail. Nous visons également à renforcer la coopération avec la municipalité de Torneå, afin de renforcer les liens municipaux au sein d’une région du marché du travail partagé. (French)

Die Gemeinde Haparanda hat eine höhere Arbeitslosigkeit als die Region insgesamt, viele Menschen sind vom Arbeitsmarkt ausgeschlossen und benötigen oder riskieren Einkommensbeihilfen. Im Mittelpunkt dieses Projekts steht es, den negativen Trend einer wachsenden Zahl von Personen zu durchbrechen, die vom Arbeitsmarkt ausgeschlossen sind. Wir wollen die Menschen unterstützen und Barrieren brechen, wie sie (wieder) Teil der Erwerbsbevölkerung werden können und ihr Selbstversorgungsniveau erhöhen können. Dieses Projekt wird auf früheren Erfahrungen aufbauen und eine Methodik dafür schaffen, wie Arbeitscoachs in der kommunalen Arbeitsmarkteinheit Menschen bei der Einkommensstützung unterstützen können, um den Arbeitsmarkt anzunähern, einzusteigen oder wieder in den Arbeitsmarkt einzusteigen. Ein zentrales Merkmal der Methodik besteht darin, eng mit den Arbeitgebern zusammenzuarbeiten und die Verbindungen zwischen Arbeitgebern und Einzelpersonen zu stärken, die nun einen langen Weg in den Arbeitsmarkt haben. Wir wollen auch die Zusammenarbeit mit der Gemeinde Torneå verstärken, um die kommunalen Verbindungen innerhalb einer gemeinsamen Arbeitsmarktregion zu stärken. (German)

De gemeente Haparanda heeft een hogere werkloosheid dan de regio als totaal, veel mensen worden uitgesloten van de arbeidsmarkt en die inkomenssteun nodig hebben of dreigen te hebben. Het doel van dit project is de negatieve trend van een groeiend aantal mensen die van de arbeidsmarkt zijn uitgesloten, te doorbreken. Wij willen de individuen steunen en barrières breken voor de manier waarop zij (opnieuw) deel kunnen uitmaken van de beroepsbevolking en hun zelfvoorzieningsniveau verhogen. Dit project zal voortbouwen op eerdere ervaringen en een methodologie ontwikkelen voor de manier waarop jobcoaches in de gemeentelijke arbeidsmarktafdeling mensen kunnen ondersteunen met inkomenssteun om de arbeidsmarkt te benaderen, te betreden of opnieuw te betreden. Een kernkenmerk van de methodologie is nauwe samenwerking met werkgevers en het versterken van de banden tussen de werkgevers en de personen die nu een lange weg vooruit hebben om deel uit te maken van de arbeidsmarkt. We streven er ook naar de samenwerking met de gemeente Torneå te versterken, om de gemeentelijke banden binnen een gedeelde arbeidsmarktregio te versterken. (Dutch)
