Mit den Handlungsfeldern Coaching und Potentialanalyse ergänzt das Handlungskonzept PLuS (HK PLuS) die schulische Berufsorientierung (§ 4, Absatz 4 SchulG), die Vorbereitung der Jugendlichen auf eine Berufsausbildung oder die Aufnahme einer beruflichen Tätigkeit (§ 88 Abs. 5 SchulG) sowie Maßnahmen der Agenturen für Arbeit ab Beginn der Klassenstufe 8. Die für die Aufnahme einer Ausbildung oder einer Erwerbstätigkeit notwendige Ausbildungs- und Beschäftigungsfähigkeit der Schülerinnen und Schüler soll gefördert werden. Zugleich soll eine Verbesserung des direkten Eintritts Jugendlicher von der Schule in die Ausbildung erzielt werden. Zusätzlich zur Verbesserung der beruflichen Orientierung Jugendlicher, die besondere Herausforderungen beim erfolgreichen Abschluss der Schule und/oder dem anschließenden Übergang in den Beruf haben, soll die Zahl der Schülerinnen und Schüler ohne Ersten allgemeinbildenden Schulabschluss weiterhin deutlich verringert werden. With the fields of action coaching and potential analysis, the action concept PLuS (HK PLuS) complements the school career orientation (§ 4(4) SchulG), the preparation of young people for vocational training or the commencement of a professional activity (§ 88(5) SchulG) as well as measures taken by the agencies for work from the beginning of grade 8. The training and employability of pupils necessary to start training or gainful employment should be promoted. At the same time, the aim is to improve the direct entry of young people from school to education. In addition to improving the professional orientation of young people who face particular challenges in the successful completion of school and/or the subsequent transition to work, the number of pupils without a first general education qualification will continue to be significantly reduced. Avec les domaines d’action du coaching et de l’analyse du potentiel, le concept d’action PLuS (HK PLuS) complète l’orientation professionnelle scolaire (article 4, paragraphe 4, SchulG), la préparation des jeunes à une formation professionnelle ou l’entrée en activité professionnelle (article 88, paragraphe 5, du SchulG), ainsi que les mesures prises par les agences de travail dès le début de la classe 8. Promouvoir l’aptitude à la formation et à l’emploi des élèves nécessaires à l’accès à une formation ou à une activité professionnelle. Dans le même temps, il s’agit d’améliorer l’entrée directe des jeunes de l’école à la formation. Outre l’amélioration de l’orientation professionnelle des jeunes confrontés à des difficultés particulières pour réussir l’école et/ou passer ensuite à l’emploi, le nombre d’élèves n’ayant pas terminé l’enseignement général devrait encore être considérablement réduit. Met de actiegebieden coaching en potentiële analyse vult het actieconcept PLuS (HK PLuS) de loopbaanoriëntatie van de school aan (§ 4, lid 4, SchulG), de voorbereiding van jongeren op een beroepsopleiding of de aanvang van een beroepsactiviteit (§ 88, lid 5, SchulG) en maatregelen die door de arbeidsbureaus worden genomen vanaf het begin van rang 8. De opleiding en inzetbaarheid van leerlingen die nodig zijn om een opleiding of een winstgevende baan te beginnen, moeten worden bevorderd. Tegelijkertijd is het doel de directe toegang van jongeren van school tot onderwijs te verbeteren. Naast de verbetering van de beroepsoriëntatie van jongeren die met bijzondere uitdagingen worden geconfronteerd bij de succesvolle voltooiing van de school en/of de daaropvolgende overgang naar werk, zal het aantal leerlingen zonder eerste algemene onderwijskwalificatie aanzienlijk blijven dalen. Il concetto di azione PLuS (HK PLuS) integra l'orientamento alla carriera scolastica (articolo 4, paragrafo 4, SchulG), la preparazione dei giovani alla formazione professionale o l'inizio di un'attività professionale (articolo 88, paragrafo 5, SchulG), nonché le misure adottate dalle agenzie per lavorare fin dall'inizio del grado 8. Occorre promuovere la formazione e l'occupabilità degli alunni necessari per iniziare una formazione o un'occupazione retribuita. Allo stesso tempo, l'obiettivo è migliorare l'ingresso diretto dei giovani dalla scuola all'istruzione. Oltre a migliorare l'orientamento professionale dei giovani che si trovano ad affrontare sfide particolari nel completamento della scuola e/o nel successivo passaggio al lavoro, il numero di alunni senza una prima qualifica di istruzione generale continuerà a essere notevolmente ridotto. Con los campos de orientación y análisis potenciales, el concepto de acción PLuS (HK PLuS) complementa la orientación profesional escolar (artículo 4, apartado 4, de la SchulG), la preparación de los jóvenes para la formación profesional o el inicio de una actividad profesional (artículo 88, apartado 5, de la SchulG), así como las medidas adoptadas por las agencias para el trabajo desde el comienzo del octavo grado. Debe promoverse la formación y la empleabilidad de los alumnos necesarios para iniciar una formación o un empleo remunerado. Al mismo tiempo, el objetivo es mejorar la entrada directa de los jóvenes de la escuela a la educación. Además de mejorar la orientación profesional de los jóvenes que se enfrentan a retos particulares para la finalización satisfactoria de la escuela o la posterior transición al trabajo, el número de alumnos sin una primera cualificación de educación general seguirá reduciéndose significativamente.
