Am Projekt nehmen Schüler/innen der Klassenstufe 9 teil, die sich in diesem Schuljahr um einen Ausbildungsplatz bewerben und damit einen Grundstein für ihre berufliche Zukunft legen. Diese Bedeutung ist vielen Jugendlichen dieses Alters nicht bewusst und steht auch nicht im Mittelpunkt der Aufmerksamkeit und Interessen dieser Altersgruppe. Deshalb ist es besonders wichtig, dass sie Gelegenheit erhalten, umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Bereich der Berufsorientierung zu sammeln. Die methodischen Konzepte der Projektumsetzung berücksichtigen dabei die unterschiedlichen individuellen Bedürfnisse und Entwicklungsstände dieser Altersgruppe und passen das Anforderungsniveau in Umfang und Intensität an die einzelnen Teilnehmer an. Die Schüler/innen benötigen Unterstützung und ausreichend Zeit, um sich ihrer Stärken bewusst zu werden und diese in Verbindung mit beruflichen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu bewerten und einzuordnen. Ihnen müssen die Anforderungen im Bewerbungs- und Arbeitsprozess bekannt sein und sie müssen diese mit ihren eigenen Kenntnissen und Fähigkeiten realistisch abgleichen und bewerten können. Die intensive Auseinandersetzung mit sich selbst, die fortlaufende Reflexion der Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse kombiniert mit der praktischen und realitätsbezogenen Erprobung in Unternehmen ermöglicht einen Entwicklungsprozess, der die Berufswahlkompetenz und den Jugendlichen als Person reifen lässt und somit zu einer Bewerbung um einen passgenauen Ausbildungsplatz beiträgt. The project involves students of grade 9 who apply for an apprenticeship in this school year and thus lay a foundation for their professional future. Many young people of this age are unaware of this importance and are not at the centre of the attention and interests of this age group. It is therefore particularly important that they have the opportunity to gain extensive experience in the field of occupational orientation. The methodological concepts of project implementation take into account the different individual needs and levels of development of this age group and adapt the level of requirements in terms of scope and intensity to the individual participants. Students need support and sufficient time to become aware of their strengths and evaluate and classify them in connection with career development opportunities. They must be aware of the requirements in the application and work process and must be able to realistically compare and evaluate them with their own knowledge and skills. The intensive examination of itself, the continuous reflection of experiences and findings combined with practical and reality-based testing in companies enables a development process that allows the career choice competence and the young people as a person to mature and thus contributes to an application for a tailor-made training place. Le projet comprend des élèves de niveau 9 qui, au cours de cette année scolaire, postulent pour une place de formation et jettent ainsi les bases de leur avenir professionnel. Cette importance n’est pas consciente de nombreux jeunes de cet âge et n’est pas au centre de l’attention et des intérêts de ce groupe d’âge. C’est pourquoi il est particulièrement important qu’ils aient la possibilité d’acquérir une vaste expérience dans le domaine de l’orientation professionnelle. Les approches méthodologiques de la mise en œuvre du projet tiennent compte des différents besoins et niveaux de développement de cette tranche d’âge et adaptent le niveau d’exigence en fonction de l’ampleur et de l’intensité de chaque participant. Les élèves ont besoin d’un soutien et d’un temps suffisant pour prendre conscience de leurs atouts et les évaluer et les classer en liaison avec les possibilités de développement professionnel. Ils doivent avoir connaissance des exigences du processus de candidature et de travail et être en mesure de les comparer de manière réaliste avec leurs propres connaissances et compétences. La réflexion intensive avec soi-même, la réflexion continue des expériences et des connaissances combinées à l’expérimentation pratique et réaliste dans les entreprises permet un processus de développement qui permet de mûrir les compétences de choix professionnels et les jeunes en tant que personne, contribuant ainsi à une candidature à un poste de formation sur mesure. Het project heeft betrekking op studenten van graad 9 die in dit schooljaar een leerlingplaats aanvragen en zo een basis leggen voor hun professionele toekomst. Veel jongeren van deze leeftijd zijn zich niet bewust van dit belang en staan niet centraal in de aandacht en belangen van deze leeftijdsgroep. Daarom is het van bijzonder belang dat zij de mogelijkheid hebben om uitgebreide ervaring op te doen op het gebied van beroepsoriëntatie. Bij de methodologische concepten van de projectuitvoering wordt rekening gehouden met de verschillende individuele behoeften en ontwikkelingsniveaus van deze leeftijdsgroep en wordt het niveau van de vereisten qua reikwijdte en intensiteit aangepast aan de individuele deelnemers. Studenten hebben ondersteuning en voldoende tijd nodig om zich bewust te worden van hun sterke punten en ze te evalueren en te classificeren in verband met carrièreontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. Zij moeten zich bewust zijn van de eisen in het sollicitatie- en werkproces en deze realistisch kunnen vergelijken en evalueren met hun eigen kennis en vaardigheden. Het intensieve onderzoek van zichzelf, de voortdurende reflectie van ervaringen en bevindingen in combinatie met praktische en op de realiteit gebaseerde testen in bedrijven maakt een ontwikkelingsproces mogelijk dat de beroepskeuzecompetentie en de jongeren als persoon in staat stelt te rijpen en zo bijdraagt aan een aanvraag voor een op maat gemaakte opleidingsplaats. Il progetto coinvolge studenti di grado 9 che si candidano per un apprendistato in questo anno scolastico e gettano così le basi per il loro futuro professionale. Molti giovani di questa età non sono consapevoli di questa importanza e non sono al centro dell'attenzione e degli interessi di questa fascia d'età. È pertanto particolarmente importante che essi abbiano la possibilità di acquisire una vasta esperienza nel campo dell'orientamento professionale. I concetti metodologici di attuazione del progetto tengono conto delle diverse esigenze individuali e dei diversi livelli di sviluppo di questa fascia di età e adattano il livello dei requisiti in termini di portata e intensità ai singoli partecipanti. Gli studenti hanno bisogno di sostegno e tempo sufficiente per prendere coscienza dei loro punti di forza e valutarli e classificarli in relazione alle opportunità di sviluppo della carriera. Devono essere consapevoli dei requisiti del processo di candidatura e del processo di lavoro e devono essere in grado di confrontarli realisticamente e valutarli con le proprie conoscenze e competenze. L'esame intensivo di se stesso, la continua riflessione di esperienze e scoperte abbinate a test pratici e basati sulla realtà nelle aziende consente un processo di sviluppo che consente alla competenza di scelta della carriera e ai giovani come persona di maturare e quindi contribuire a una domanda per un luogo di formazione su misura. El proyecto involucra a estudiantes de noveno grado que solicitan un aprendizaje en este año escolar y así sentar las bases para su futuro profesional. Muchos jóvenes de esta edad no son conscientes de esta importancia y no están en el centro de la atención y los intereses de este grupo de edad. Por lo tanto, es especialmente importante que tengan la oportunidad de adquirir una amplia experiencia en el ámbito de la orientación profesional. Los conceptos metodológicos de ejecución del proyecto tienen en cuenta las diferentes necesidades individuales y niveles de desarrollo de este grupo de edad y adaptan el nivel de requisitos en términos de alcance e intensidad a los participantes individuales. Los estudiantes necesitan apoyo y tiempo suficiente para tomar conciencia de sus puntos fuertes y evaluarlos y clasificarlos en relación con las oportunidades de desarrollo profesional. Deben ser conscientes de los requisitos en el proceso de solicitud y de trabajo y deben ser capaces de compararlos y evaluarlos de manera realista con sus propios conocimientos y habilidades. El examen intensivo de sí mismo, la reflexión continua de las experiencias y los resultados combinados con las pruebas prácticas y basadas en la realidad en las empresas permiten un proceso de desarrollo que permite la capacidad de elección de carrera y los jóvenes como persona madura y, por lo tanto, contribuye a una solicitud de un lugar de formación a medida.
