Ziel des Projektes ist die Berufswahlvorbereitung. Die Schüler werden befähigt, rationale Entscheidungen für einen Erstberuf zu treffen. Weiterhin ermöglicht es einen biographischen Bezug. Durch das individuelle Eingehen auf die Bedürfnisse jedes Einzelnen, z. B. in Form von Einzelgesprächen und Testverfahren bildet die individuelle Persönlichkeit der Schüler gleichsam den Ausgangspunkt und das Ziel aller berufsorientierenden Bildungsprozesse. Das Projekt soll vom 08.08.2016 bis 23.06.2017 mit 76 Schülern durchgeführt werden. Durch die Praxisorientierung bekommen die Schüler der Klassenstufe 7 Einblicke in 10 verschiedene Berufsfelder, um grundlegend einen Überblick über den in mehreren Jahren auf sie zukommenden Arbeitsmarkt zu erhalten. Es werden die Fachbereiche (Metall, Elektrotechnik, Holz, HOGA, Büro/Verwaltung, Handel/Verkauf, Lager-Logistik, IT, Pflege/Soziales und Erziehung) praktisch vermittelt. (German)

The aim of the project is to prepare career choices. Students are empowered to make rational choices for a first job. It also allows for a biographical reference. Through the individual approach to the needs of each individual, e.g. in the form of individual interviews and test procedures, the individual personality of the pupils is, as it were, the starting point and the goal of all vocational education processes. The project is to be carried out from 08.08.2016 to 23.06.2017 with 76 students. Through the practical orientation, students at grade 7 get insights into 10 different occupational fields in order to get a fundamental overview of the labour market that will be coming to them in several years. The departments (metal, electrical engineering, wood, HOGA, office/administration, trade/sales, warehouse logistics, IT, care/social and education) are practically taught. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de préparer le choix de la profession. Les élèves sont habilités à prendre des décisions rationnelles pour une première profession. En outre, il permet une référence biographique. En répondant individuellement aux besoins de chaque individu, par exemple sous la forme d’entretiens individuels et de procédures de test, la personnalité individuelle des élèves constitue pour ainsi dire le point de départ et l’objectif de tous les processus éducatifs axés sur la profession. Le projet devrait être mis en œuvre du 8 août 2016 au 23 juin 2017 avec 76 élèves. L’orientation pratique permet aux élèves de classe 7 d’avoir un aperçu de 10 domaines professionnels différents afin d’avoir une vue d’ensemble du marché du travail qui leur est arrivé au cours de plusieurs années. Les domaines d’expertise (métallurgie, électrotechnique, bois, HOGA, bureau/administration, commerce/vente, logistique d’entrepôt, informatique, soins sociaux et éducation) sont pratiquement transmis. Het doel van het project is om carrièrekeuzes voor te bereiden. Studenten zijn in staat om rationele keuzes te maken voor een eerste baan. Het maakt ook een biografische verwijzing mogelijk. Door de individuele benadering van de behoeften van elk individu, bijvoorbeeld in de vorm van individuele interviews en testprocedures, is de individuele persoonlijkheid van de leerlingen als het ware het uitgangspunt en het doel van alle beroepsopleidingsprocessen. Het project wordt uitgevoerd van 08.08.2016 tot 23.06.2017 met 76 studenten. Door de praktische oriëntatie krijgen studenten in rang 7 inzicht in 10 verschillende vakgebieden om een fundamenteel overzicht te krijgen van de arbeidsmarkt die hen over meerdere jaren zal krijgen. De afdelingen (metaal, elektrotechniek, hout, HOGA, kantoor/administratie, handel/verkoop, magazijnlogistiek, IT, zorg/sociaal en onderwijs) worden praktisch onderwezen. (Dutch)

L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di preparare le scelte di carriera. Gli studenti hanno il potere di fare scelte razionali per un primo lavoro. Permette anche un riferimento biografico. Attraverso l'approccio individuale alle esigenze di ciascun individuo, ad esempio sotto forma di colloqui individuali e procedure di prova, la personalità individuale degli alunni è, per così dire, il punto di partenza e l'obiettivo di tutti i processi di formazione professionale. Il progetto si svolgerà dall'8.08.2016 al 23.06.2017 con 76 studenti. Attraverso l'orientamento pratico, gli studenti di grado 7 ottengono approfondimenti in 10 diversi campi professionali al fine di ottenere una panoramica fondamentale del mercato del lavoro che arriverà a loro in diversi anni. I reparti (metallo, ingegneria elettrica, legno, HOGA, ufficio/amministrazione, commercio/vendita, logistica di magazzino, informatica, assistenza/sociale e istruzione) sono praticamente insegnati. El objetivo del proyecto es preparar opciones profesionales. Los estudiantes están facultados para tomar decisiones racionales para un primer trabajo. También permite una referencia biográfica. A través del enfoque individual de las necesidades de cada individuo, por ejemplo en forma de entrevistas individuales y procedimientos de prueba, la personalidad individual de los alumnos es, por así decirlo, el punto de partida y el objetivo de todos los procesos de formación profesional. El proyecto se llevará a cabo del 08.08.2016 al 23.06.2017 con 76 estudiantes. A través de la orientación práctica, los estudiantes del 7.º grado obtienen información sobre diez ámbitos profesionales diferentes con el fin de obtener una visión general fundamental del mercado laboral que les llegará en varios años.
