Die Nachteile des geographisch eher ländlichen liegenden Standorts sollen ausgeglichen werden. Das Projekt soll den Führungskräften Methoden vermitteln, mit denen sie den digitalen Wandel im Unternehmen steuern und die Mitarbeiter befähigen können, sich weiter zu qualifizieren. (German)
