Das ehemalige Werksgelände II der Firma Otto Limburg ("OLI II") in Bürstadt liegt seit der Betriebsaufgabe Ende der 1980er Jahre brach. Das Gelände ist in Folge der früheren Metallverarbeitung mit Bodenverunreinigungen belastet und nach einem Brand mit Gewerberuinen versehen. Ziele sind die Behebung eines langjährigen städtebaulichen Missstands, die Entwicklung eines innenstadtnahen Wohnbaugebiets sowie die Entsiegelung baulich intensiv genutzter Gewerbegrundstücke. The former plant site II of Otto Limburg (“OLI II”) in Bürstadt has been broken since the end of the 1980s. As a result of previous metal processing, the site is contaminated with soil contamination and after a fire it is covered with industrial ruins. The objectives are to remedy a long-standing urban maladministration, to develop a residential development area close to the city centre, and to unblock structurally intensively used commercial land. L’ancien site d’usine II d’Otto Limburg («OLI II») à Bürstadt a été rompu depuis sa cessation d’activité à la fin des années 1980. Le site est pollué par les sols à la suite de l’ancienne transformation des métaux et, à la suite d’un incendie, il est recouvert de ruines industrielles. L’objectif est de remédier à un défaut d’urbanisme de longue date, de développer une zone résidentielle à proximité de la ville et de démanteler les terrains industriels à usage intensif. (French)

Het voormalige fabrieksterrein II van Otto Limburg („OLI II”) in Bürstadt is sinds het einde van de jaren tachtig verbroken. Als gevolg van eerdere metaalbewerking is de locatie verontreinigd met bodemverontreiniging en na een brand is het bedekt met industriële ruïnes. De doelstellingen zijn het verhelpen van een al lang bestaand wanbeheer in de stad, de ontwikkeling van een woonwijk dicht bij het stadscentrum, en het deblokkeren van structureel intensief gebruikte commerciële grond. L'ex sito di stabilimento II di Otto Limburg ("OLI II") a Bürstadt è stato rotto dalla fine degli anni'80. Come risultato della precedente lavorazione dei metalli, il sito è contaminato da contaminazione del suolo e dopo un incendio è coperto da rovine industriali. L'obiettivo è porre rimedio a una cattiva amministrazione urbana di lunga data, sviluppare un'area di sviluppo residenziale vicino al centro della città e sbloccare terreni commerciali strutturalmente utilizzati in modo intensivo.
