Projekt zakłada rozbudowę i przebudowę, a następnie wyposażenie istniejącej przy Zespole Szkół Technicznych w Szczecinku bazy dydaktycznej kształcenia praktycznego i powstanie Centrum Innowacji i Praktyk Zawodowych z ośrodkiem egzaminacyjnym dla zawodów w sektorach: drzewnym, budowlanym i mechanicznym. Projekt zakłada kompleksowe działania - przebudowę i rozbudowę budynku warsztatów, a następnie wyposażenie nowo powstałych pracowni, dlatego też bezpośrednio po zakończeniu realizacji projektu możliwe będzie pełne wykorzystanie funkcjonalności infrastruktury powstałej w ramach realizacji projektu. Przedsięwzięcie nie będzie wymagało dodatkowych działań (np. innych projektów), w celu pełnego wykorzystania. Projekt realizowany będzie przez jednostkę samorządu terytorialnego – Powiat Szczecinecki. Podmiotem zarządzającym infrastrukturą powstałą w wyniku realizacji projektu, będzie Zespół Szkół Technicznych w Szczecinku, dla którego Powiat Szczecinecki jest organem prowadzącym, tj. dyrektor, wicedyrektor i kierownik warsztatów szkolnych. Jest to podmiot, które trwale zarządzać będzie rozbudowanym, przebudowanym i wyposażonym obiektem, a także jest placówką zapewniającą kadrę w postaci nauczycieli zawodu oraz uczniów, którzy zdobywać będą kwalifikacje zawodowe. Ponadto zatrudnionych zostanie 3 nowych nauczycieli praktycznej nauki zawodu. Utrzymanie i eksploatacja obiektów będzie prowadzona bezpośrednio z budżetu jednostki organizacyjnej powiatu szczecineckiego tj. budżetu szkoły. Budżet funkcjonowania obiektu jest ustalany przez szkołę oraz akceptowany przez zarząd powiatu i radę powiatu, który jest płatnikiem na rzecz pokrywania kosztów funkcjonowania obiektu. Prawidłowe zabezpieczenie środków na bieżące funkcjonowanie obiektu jest corocznie kontrolowane przy okazji uchwalania budżetu powiatu na kolejny rok kalendarzowy przez RIO. (Polish)

The project envisages expansion and reconstruction, and then equipment existing at the Technical Schools Complex in Szczecinek didactic base of practical training and creation of the Centre of Innovation and Vocational Practice with an examination centre for professions in sectors: wood, construction and mechanical. The project involves comprehensive activities – the reconstruction and extension of the workshop building, and then the equipment of the newly created studios, which is why it will be possible to make full use of the functionalities of the infrastructure created as part of the implementation of the project immediately after the completion of the project. The project will not require additional actions (e.g. other projects) to make full use. The project will be implemented by the local government unit – Szczecinecki County. The entity managing the infrastructure created as a result of the project will be the Technical Schools Team in Szczecinek, for which the Szczecin County is the leading body, i.e. the director, deputy director and head of school workshops. It is an entity that will permanently manage an extensive, reconstructed and equipped facility, as well as providing staff in the form of professional teachers and pupils who will acquire professional qualifications. In addition, 3 new teachers will be recruited for practical training. The maintenance and operation of the facilities will be carried out directly from the budget of the organizational unit of Szczecin County, i.e. the school budget. The operating budget of the facility is determined by the school and accepted by the county board and the county council, which is the payer to cover the costs of operation of the facility. The correct security of funds for the day-to-day operation of the facility is audited annually on the occasion of the adoption of the county budget for the following calendar year by the RIO. Le projet comprend le développement et la reconstruction de la base d’enseignement pratique au Complexe des écoles techniques de Szczecin et la création d’un centre d’innovation et de pratiques professionnelles doté d’un centre d’examen pour les professions dans les secteurs suivants: bois, construction et mécanique. Le projet implique des activités complètes — réaménagement et extension du bâtiment de l’atelier, puis équipement de studios nouvellement créés, donc immédiatement après l’achèvement du projet, il sera possible d’utiliser pleinement la fonctionnalité de l’infrastructure créée dans le cadre de la mise en œuvre du projet. Le projet ne nécessitera pas d’activités supplémentaires (par exemple, d’autres projets) afin d’en tirer pleinement parti. Le projet sera mis en œuvre par une unité de l’administration locale — le comté de szczecinecki. L’entité qui gère l’infrastructure créée à la suite de la mise en œuvre du projet sera le complexe scolaire technique de Szczecinek, pour lequel le district de szczecinecki est l’organisme principal, à savoir le directeur, le directeur adjoint et le directeur des ateliers scolaires. Il s’agit d’une entité qui gérera en permanence une installation complexe, reconstruite et équipée, ainsi qu’une installation fournissant du personnel sous la forme d’enseignants professionnels et d’étudiants qui acquerront des qualifications professionnelles. En outre, 3 nouveaux enseignants seront recrutés pour des apprentissages pratiques. L’entretien et l’exploitation des installations seront effectués directement sur le budget de l’unité administrative du district de Szczecin, c’est-à-dire le budget de l’école. Le budget d’exploitation de l’installation est déterminé par l’école et accepté par le conseil de district et le conseil de district, qui est le payeur pour couvrir les frais d’exploitation de l’installation. La sécurité correcte des fonds pour le fonctionnement quotidien de l’installation est vérifiée chaque année lorsque RIO adopte le budget du district pour l’année civile suivante. (French)

Das Projekt umfasst die Entwicklung und den Wiederaufbau des Lehrstuhls für praktische Ausbildung am Technischen Schulkomplex in Szczecin sowie die Schaffung eines Zentrums für Innovation und Berufspraxis mit einem Prüfungszentrum für Berufe in folgenden Bereichen: Holz, Konstruktion und Mechanik. Das Projekt umfasst umfassende Aktivitäten – die Sanierung und Erweiterung des Werkstattgebäudes und anschließend die Ausstattung neu geschaffener Studios, so dass unmittelbar nach Abschluss des Projekts die Funktionalität der im Rahmen der Projektdurchführung geschaffenen Infrastruktur voll ausgeschöpft werden kann. Das Projekt erfordert keine zusätzlichen Aktivitäten (z. B. andere Projekte), um es in vollem Umfang zu nutzen. Das Projekt wird von einer lokalen Verwaltungseinheit – Kreis szczecinecki – durchgeführt. Die im Zuge der Projektdurchführung geschaffene Infrastruktur ist der Technical School Complex in Szczecinek, für den der Bezirk szczecinecki das führende Gremium ist, d. h. der Direktor, stellvertretender Direktor und Leiter der Schulwerkstätten. Es handelt sich um eine Einrichtung, die dauerhaft eine komplexe, umgebaute und ausgerüstete Einrichtung bewirtschaftet, sowie eine Einrichtung, die Personal in Form von Berufslehrern und Studenten, die berufliche Qualifikationen erwerben, zur Verfügung stellt. Darüber hinaus werden 3 neue Lehrkräfte für die praktische Ausbildung eingestellt. Die Instandhaltung und der Betrieb der Einrichtungen erfolgen direkt aus dem Budget der Organisationseinheit des Bezirks Szczecin, d. h. dem Budget der Schule. Das Budget für den Betrieb der Einrichtung wird von der Schule festgelegt und vom Bezirksrat und dem Kreisrat akzeptiert, der die Betriebskosten der Anlage übernimmt. Die korrekte Sicherheit der Mittel für den laufenden Betrieb der Fazilität wird jährlich überprüft, wenn die RIO das Budget des Bezirks für das folgende Kalenderjahr annimmt. (German)

Het project omvat de ontwikkeling en wederopbouw van de onderwijsbasis van het praktijkonderwijs in het Technisch Schoolcomplex in Szczecin en de oprichting van een Centrum voor Innovatie en Beroepspraktijken met een examencentrum voor beroepen in de volgende sectoren: hout, constructie en mechanisch. Het project omvat uitgebreide activiteiten — herontwikkeling en uitbreiding van het werkplaatsgebouw, en vervolgens uitrusten van nieuw gecreëerde studio’s, zodat direct na de voltooiing van het project het mogelijk zal zijn om ten volle gebruik te maken van de functionaliteit van de infrastructuur die in het kader van de uitvoering van het project is gecreëerd. Het project vereist geen aanvullende activiteiten (bv. andere projecten) om er ten volle gebruik van te maken. Het project zal worden uitgevoerd door een lokale overheidseenheid — Szczecinecki County. De entiteit die de door de uitvoering van het project gecreëerde infrastructuur beheert, is het Technisch Schoolcomplex in Szczecinek, waarvoor het district szczecinecki het leidende orgaan is, d.w.z. de directeur, adjunct-directeur en hoofd van schoolworkshops. Il progetto prevede lo sviluppo e la ricostruzione della base di insegnamento della formazione pratica presso il Complesso delle Scuole Tecniche di Stettino e la creazione di un Centro per l'Innovazione e le Pratiche Professionali con un centro d'esame per le professioni nei seguenti settori: legno, costruzione e meccanica. Il progetto prevede attività globali — riqualificazione e ampliamento dell'edificio officina, e poi dotare gli studi di nuova creazione, così subito dopo il completamento del progetto sarà possibile sfruttare appieno la funzionalità dell'infrastruttura creata nell'ambito della realizzazione del progetto. Il progetto non richiederà ulteriori attività (ad esempio altri progetti) per poterne sfruttare appieno. Il progetto sarà attuato da un'unità di governo locale — la contea di szczecinecki. L'entità che gestisce l'infrastruttura creata a seguito dell'attuazione del progetto sarà il complesso scolastico tecnico di Szczecinek, per il quale il distretto di szczecinecki è l'organismo principale, vale a dire il direttore, il vicedirettore e il capo dei laboratori scolastici. Si tratta di un'entità che gestirà in modo permanente una struttura complessa, ricostruita e attrezzata, nonché una struttura che fornisce personale sotto forma di insegnanti e studenti professionali che acquisiranno qualifiche professionali. Inoltre, 3 nuovi insegnanti saranno assunti per apprendistati pratici. La manutenzione e il funzionamento delle strutture saranno effettuati direttamente dal bilancio dell'unità organizzativa del distretto di Stettino, vale a dire il bilancio della scuola. Il bilancio per il funzionamento della struttura è determinato dalla scuola e accettato dal consiglio distrettuale e dal consiglio distrettuale, che è il pagatore per coprire i costi operativi della struttura. El proyecto implica el desarrollo y la reconstrucción de la base docente de la educación práctica en el Complejo Escolar Técnico de Szczecin y la creación de un Centro de Innovación y Prácticas Profesionales con un centro de examen para profesiones en los siguientes sectores: madera, construcción y mecánica. El proyecto implica actividades integrales — la remodelación y ampliación del edificio del taller, y luego el equipamiento de los estudios de nueva creación, por lo que inmediatamente después de la finalización del proyecto será posible hacer pleno uso de la funcionalidad de la infraestructura creada como parte de la ejecución del proyecto. El proyecto no requerirá actividades adicionales (por ejemplo, otros proyectos) para hacer pleno uso de él. El proyecto será ejecutado por una unidad de gobierno local, el condado de szczecinecki. La entidad que gestiona la infraestructura creada como resultado de la ejecución del proyecto será el Complejo Escolar Técnico de Szczecinek, para el cual el Distrito de szczecinecki es el órgano principal, es decir, el Director, Director Adjunto y Director de Talleres Escolares. Es una entidad que gestionará permanentemente una instalación compleja, reconstruida y equipada, así como una instalación que proporcione personal en forma de profesores de formación profesional y estudiantes que adquirirán cualificaciones profesionales. Además, se contratarán 3 nuevos profesores para la formación de aprendices prácticos.
