Przedmiotem a zarazem celem projektu jest kompleksowe wsparcie 180uczniów(ucz)/Szkoły Podstawowej przy Szkole Podstawowej w Bielicach w okresie do IX.2021,które napotykają na bariery środowiskowe,ekon. i geogr.(dzieci z terenów wiejskich,popegeerowskich).Celem szczegółowym projektu jest natomiast doskonalenie kompetencji kluczowych ucz.w zakresie IK,kreatywności, innowacyjności i pracy zespołowej oraz rozwój systemu indywidualnej pracy z ucz,prowadzące do wzmocnienia ich zdolności do przyszłego zatrudnienia. Dzięki wsparciu projektowemu:-180ucz.nabędzie kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu,-28 nauczycieli SP,w tym 28/26K weźmie udział wdoskonaleniu umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych,niezbędnych do pracy z dziećmi,-2 pracownie zostaną wyposażone i dostosowanie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych TIK,-5 pracowni zostaną wyposażone i dostosowanie do prowadzenia zajęć szkolnych z przedmiotów ścisłych.Dla rodziców i opiekunów dzieci zostaną zorganizowane bezkosztowo warsztaty z zakresu umiejętności komunikacyjnych m.in.jak pomóc dzieciom,by radziły sobie z własnymi uczuciami,jak zachęcić dziecko do współpracy,zamiast stosowania kar zachęcanie do samodzielności,pochwały i szacunek do samego siebie,uwalnianie dzieci od grania ról. W projekcie zrealizowane zostaną następujące działania: 1.Przeprowadzenie zajęć edukacyjnych 2.Uatrakcyjnienie zajęć specjalistycznych poprzez nowoczesne pomoce dydaktyczne 3.Wyposażenie pracowni szkolnych dla przedmiotów ścisłych w gimnazjum 4.Efektywne wykorzystanie narzędzi TIK w praktyce szkolnej. Nad całością prac czuwać będzie zespół projektowy zatrudniony w ramach kosztów pośrednich. Gmina posiada odpowiednie zaplecze techniczne, organizacyjne i personalne do przeprowadzenia niniejszego projektu oraz wdrożenia celów określonych we wniosku. (Polish)

The subject and aim of the project is comprehensive support of 180 pupils(school)/Elementary School at the Primary School in Bielice in the period up to IX.2021, which face environmental barriers, econ. and geogr.(children from rural, post-pegeer areas).The specific objective of the project is to improve the competences of key learners in the field of IK, creativity, innovation and teamwork, and to develop their individual work system with the pupils, leading to future employment. Thanks to the project support:-180 will acquire key competences after leaving the program,-28 SP teachers, including 28/26K will take part in improving professional skills and competences necessary to work with children,-2 workshops will be equipped and adapted to conduct educational activities ICT,-5 workshops will be equipped and adapted to conduct school activities in science subjects.For parents and carers, children will be organised cost-free workshops in the field of communication skills, how to help children, how to help children, to take care of themselves. The project will implement the following activities: 1.Conducting educational classes 2.Enjoying specialised classes through modern teaching aids 3.Equipment of school workshops for science subjects in junior high 4.Efficient use of ICT tools in school practice. The entire work will be supervised by a project team employed as part of indirect costs. The municipality has appropriate technical, organisational and personnel facilities to carry out this project and to implement the objectives set out in the application. (English)

L’objectif du projet est le soutien global de 180 élèves (école)/école primaire à l’école primaire de Bielice dans la période allant jusqu’au IX.2021, qui sont confrontés à des obstacles environnementaux,econ. et géogr. (enfants des zones rurales, Popegeerowski). L’objectif spécifique du projet est d’améliorer les compétences des élèves clés dans le domaine des savoirs traditionnels, de la créativité, de l’innovation et du travail d’équipe, ainsi que le développement du système de travail individuel avec les étudiants, conduisant à renforcer leur capacité d’emploi futur. Grâce au soutien au projet:-180 Les enseignants acquerront des compétences clés après avoir quitté le programme, 28 enseignants SP, dont 28/26K, participeront à l’amélioration des aptitudes et des compétences professionnelles, qui sont nécessaires pour travailler avec les enfants, 2 ateliers seront équipés et adaptables à la conduite de cours éducatifs sur les TIC,-5 ateliers seront équipés et adaptés pour mener des classes scolaires dans des matières scientifiques.Pour les parents et les aidants d’enfants seront organisés des ateliers gratuits dans le domaine de la communication, y compris la façon d’aider les enfants, de faire face à leurs propres sentiments, comment encourager l’enfant à coopérer,au lieu d’appliquer des sanctions pour encourager l’autosuffisance,boot and self-respect, libérer les enfants de rôles. Les actions suivantes seront mises en œuvre dans le cadre du projet: 1. Fournir des activités éducatives 2. Ziel des Projekts ist die umfassende Unterstützung von 180 Schülern (Schule)/Primärschule an der Grundschule in Bielice in der Zeit bis zu IX.2021, die vor Umweltbarrieren,Ökon und Geogr. (Kinder aus ländlichen Gebieten, Popegeerowski) stehen. Das spezifische Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Kompetenzen von Schlüsselschülern im Bereich der IK, Kreativität, Innovation und Teamarbeit sowie die Entwicklung des Systems der individuellen Arbeit mit den Studierenden zu verbessern und so ihre Fähigkeit zur künftigen Beschäftigung zu stärken. Dank der Projektunterstützung:-180 Lehrer werden nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm Schlüsselkompetenzen erwerben, 28 Lehrer SP, darunter 28/26K, werden an der Verbesserung der beruflichen Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen teilnehmen, die notwendig sind, um mit Kindern zu arbeiten, 2 Workshops werden ausgestattet und anpassungsfähig für die Durchführung von IKT-Bildungsklassen,-5 Workshops werden ausgestattet und angepasst, um Schulklassen in naturwissenschaftlichen Fächern durchzuführen.Für Eltern und Betreuer von Kindern werden kostenlose Workshops im Bereich der Kommunikationskompetenzen organisiert, einschließlich der Frage, wie Kindern geholfen werden kann, mit ihren eigenen Gefühlen fertig zu werden,wie das Kind zur Zusammenarbeit ermutigt werden kann, anstatt Strafen zu verhängen, um Selbstvertrauen zu fördern,boot und Selbstachtung,die Kinder von Rollen befreien. Het doel van het project is de uitgebreide ondersteuning van 180 studenten (school)/primaire school aan de Primary School in Bielice in de periode tot IX.2021, die worden geconfronteerd met milieubarrières,econ. en geogr. (kinderen uit plattelandsgebieden, Popegeerowski). Het specifieke doel van het project is het verbeteren van de competenties van belangrijke studenten op het gebied van IK, creativiteit, innovatie en teamwork, evenals de ontwikkeling van het systeem van individueel werk met studenten, wat leidt tot het versterken van hun vermogen tot toekomstige werkgelegenheid. Dankzij projectondersteuning:-180 Leraren zullen sleutelcompetenties verwerven na het verlaten van het programma,-28 leraren SP, waaronder 28/26K zullen deelnemen aan de verbetering van professionele vaardigheden en competenties, die nodig zijn om met kinderen te werken,-2 workshops zullen worden uitgerust en aangepast aan het geven van ICT-onderwijslessen,-5 workshops zullen worden uitgerust en aangepast om schoollessen in wetenschapsvakken te leiden.Voor ouders en verzorgers van kinderen zullen gratis workshops worden georganiseerd op het gebied van communicatievaardigheden, waaronder hoe kinderen te helpen, om te gaan met hun eigen gevoelens,hoe het kind aan te moedigen samen te werken, in plaats van sancties toe te passen om zelfredzaamheid, opstart en zelfrespect te stimuleren, kinderen vrij te laten van rollen. L'obiettivo del progetto è il supporto globale di 180 studenti (scuola)/scuola primaria presso la Scuola Primaria di Bielice nel periodo fino al IX.2021, che affrontano barriere ambientali,econ. e geogr. (bambini provenienti dalle aree rurali, Popegeerowski). L'obiettivo specifico del progetto è quello di migliorare le competenze degli studenti chiave nel campo dell'IK, creatività, innovazione e lavoro di squadra, nonché lo sviluppo del sistema di lavoro individuale con gli studenti, portando a rafforzare la loro capacità di occupazione futura. Grazie al supporto al progetto:-180 Gli insegnanti acquisiranno competenze chiave dopo aver lasciato il programma,-28 insegnanti SP, tra cui 28/26K, parteciperanno al miglioramento delle capacità e competenze professionali, necessarie per lavorare con i bambini,-2 laboratori saranno attrezzati e adattabili alla conduzione di corsi educativi ICT,-5 laboratori saranno attrezzati e adattati per condurre lezioni scolastiche in materie scientifiche.Per genitori e prestatori di assistenza dei bambini saranno organizzati workshop a costo zero nel campo delle capacità di comunicazione, tra cui come aiutare i bambini, far fronte ai propri sentimenti, come incoraggiare il bambino a cooperare,invece di applicare sanzioni per incoraggiare l'autosufficienza, avvio e rispetto, liberare i bambini dai ruoli di gioco. Nell'ambito del progetto saranno attuate le seguenti azioni: 1.Delivering attività didattiche 2. Lezioni specializzate attraente attraverso moderni ausili didattici 3.Attrezzatura di studi scolastici per le materie scientifiche nella scuola secondaria 4. Utilizzo efficace degli strumenti TIC nella pratica scolastica. Il lavoro complessivo sarà supervisionato dal gruppo incaricato del progetto a titolo di costi indiretti. El objetivo del proyecto es el apoyo integral de 180 estudiantes (escuela)/escuela primaria de la Escuela Primaria de Bielice en el período de hasta el IX.2021, que se enfrentan a barreras ambientales, econ. y geogr. (niños de zonas rurales, Popegeerowski). El objetivo específico del proyecto es mejorar las competencias de los estudiantes clave en el campo de IK, creatividad, innovación y trabajo en equipo, así como el desarrollo del sistema de trabajo individual con los estudiantes, lo que lleva a fortalecer su capacidad para el empleo futuro. Gracias al apoyo del proyecto:-180 Los profesores adquirirán competencias clave después de abandonar el programa, 28 maestros SP, incluyendo 28/26K participarán en la mejora de las habilidades y competencias profesionales, que son necesarias para trabajar con los niños, 2 talleres serán equipados y adaptables para la realización de clases educativas de TIC, 5 talleres serán equipados y adaptados para impartir clases escolares en ciencias.Para padres y cuidadores de niños se organizarán talleres gratuitos en el campo de las habilidades de comunicación, incluyendo cómo ayudar a los niños, para hacer frente a sus propios sentimientos, cómo animar al niño a cooperar, en lugar de aplicar sanciones para fomentar la autosuficiencia, el arranque y el autoestima, liberar a los niños de sus papeles.
