Inwestycja Spółki INTERCOMPACT obejmuje wdrożenie do zakładu produkcyjnego firmy zakupionych wyników prac B+R dotyczących technologii wytwarzania elementów metalowych do budowy wież wiertniczych i statków z wykorzystaniem dokładnych technik cięcia laserowego i obróbki skrawaniem, dostosowanej do wymagań branży offshore. W konsekwencji realizacji projektu nastąpi zdywersyfikowanie oferty przedsiębiorstwa i powiększenie jej o jedną nową gamę produktową detali metalowych dedykowanych do sektora offshore. Celem przedsięwzięcia jest budowa pozycji konkurencyjnej Spółki jako dostawcy do przemysłu związanego z konstrukcjami do eksploatacji zasobów morza, zarówno na rynku krajowym, jak i wejście z nową ofertą na rynki zagraniczne, szczególnie krajów skandynawskich. Rzeczowy zakres inwestycji obejmuje nabycie wycinarki laserowej o mocy 4,0kW oraz pionowego centrum obróbkowego w drodze leasingu finansowego. (Polish)

INTERCOMPACT’s investment includes the implementation into the production plant of the company’s results of R & D works concerning the technology of manufacturing metal elements for the construction of drilling towers and ships using accurate laser cutting and machining techniques, adapted to the requirements of the offshore industry. As a result of the project, the company’s offer will be diversified and expanded by one new product range of metal details dedicated to the offshore sector. The aim of the project is to build a competitive position of the Company as a supplier to the industry connected with constructions for the exploitation of marine resources, both on the domestic market and entering with a new offer to foreign markets, especially Scandinavian countries. The material scope of the investment includes the acquisition of a 4.0 kW laser cutting machine and a vertical machining centre through financial leasing. (English)

L’investissement d’INTERCOMPACT comprend la mise en œuvre des résultats de R & D achetés dans l’usine de production de l’entreprise concernant la technologie de fabrication de composants métalliques pour la construction de tours de forage et de navires utilisant des techniques précises de découpe et d’usinage au laser adaptées aux exigences de l’industrie offshore. Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, l’offre de l’entreprise sera diversifiée et élargie par une nouvelle gamme de produits de pièces métalliques dédiées au secteur offshore. L’objectif du projet est de renforcer la position concurrentielle de l’entreprise en tant que fournisseur de l’industrie de la construction pour l’exploitation des ressources marines, tant sur le marché intérieur que pour entrer sur les marchés étrangers, en particulier les pays scandinaves, avec une nouvelle offre. La portée matérielle de l’investissement comprend l’acquisition d’un découpeur laser de 4,0 kW et d’un centre d’usinage vertical par leasing financier. (French)

Die Investition von INTERCOMPACT umfasst die Umsetzung der erworbenen F & E-Ergebnisse in der Produktionsanlage des Unternehmens in Bezug auf die Technologie der Herstellung von Metallkomponenten für den Bau von Bohrtürmen und Schiffen mit präzisen Laserschneid- und Bearbeitungstechniken, die an die Anforderungen der Offshore-Industrie angepasst sind. Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts wird das Angebot des Unternehmens durch eine neue Produktpalette von Metallteilen für den Offshore-Sektor diversifiziert und erweitert. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Wettbewerbsposition des Unternehmens als Lieferant der Bauindustrie für die Nutzung der Meeresressourcen sowohl auf dem Inlandsmarkt als auch in ausländische Märkte, insbesondere skandinavische Länder, mit einem neuen Angebot aufzubauen. Der materielle Umfang der Investition umfasst den Erwerb eines 4,0 kW Laserschneiders und eines vertikalen Bearbeitungszentrums durch Finanzleasing. (German)

De investering van INTERCOMPACT omvat de uitvoering van de aangekochte O & O-resultaten in de fabriek van het bedrijf met betrekking tot de technologie van de productie van metalen componenten voor de bouw van boortorens en schepen met behulp van nauwkeurige lasersnij- en bewerkingstechnieken die zijn aangepast aan de eisen van de offshore-industrie. Als gevolg van de uitvoering van het project zal het aanbod van het bedrijf worden gediversifieerd en uitgebreid met één nieuw productassortiment van metalen onderdelen gewijd aan de offshore sector. Het doel van het project is om de concurrentiepositie van de onderneming als leverancier van de bouwsector voor de exploitatie van mariene hulpbronnen te versterken, zowel op de binnenlandse markt als voor het betreden van buitenlandse markten, met name Scandinavische landen, met een nieuw aanbod. De materiële reikwijdte van de investering omvat de verwerving van een lasersnijder van 4,0 kW en een verticaal bewerkingscentrum door middel van financiële leasing. (Dutch)

L'investimento di INTERCOMPACT comprende l'implementazione dei risultati di R & S acquistati nell'impianto di produzione dell'azienda riguardante la tecnologia di produzione di componenti metallici per la costruzione di torri di perforazione e navi utilizzando tecniche accurate di taglio e lavorazione laser adattate alle esigenze dell'industria offshore. A seguito della realizzazione del progetto, l'offerta dell'azienda sarà diversificata e ampliata da una nuova gamma di componenti metallici dedicata al settore offshore. L'obiettivo del progetto è quello di costruire la posizione competitiva dell'azienda come fornitore del settore edile per lo sfruttamento delle risorse marine, sia sul mercato interno che per entrare nei mercati esteri, in particolare nei paesi scandinavi, con una nuova offerta.
