Projekt polega na rozproszonym instalowaniu kolektorów słonecznych w gospodarstwach domowych na terenach wiejskich oraz montażu na 6 budynkach użyteczności publicznej instalacji fotowoltaicznych. Przedmiotem projektu jest zakup i montaż instalacji kolektorów słonecznych (744 szt.) oraz instalacji fotowoltaicznych (6 szt) na terenie 3 gmin partnerskich: Somianka, Zatory, Brańszczyk. Instalacje solarne będą lokalizowane na posesjach prywatnych. Instalacje fotowoltaiczne na 6 budynkach użyteczności publicznej. Cele projektu: zwiększenie zdolności wytwarzania w gospodarstwach i instyt. publicznych gm. partnerskich energii odnawialnej, ograniczenie w gospodarstwach z gmin partnerskich nadmiernej emisji zanieczyszczeń do powietrza, pochodzących ze spalania konwencjonalnych źródeł energii, wzrost produkcji energii elektrycznej z nowych instalacji OZE w budynkach publicznych, wzrost produkcji energii cieplnej z nowych instalacji OZE w budynkach publicznych. W wyniku realizacji projektu powstanie 750 instalacji OZE, z czego 744 to instalacje kolektorów słonecznych, 6 instalacje fotowoltaiczne. Inwestycja będąca przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest przewidziana do realizacji w 2018 (rzeczowa realizacja). W roku 2016 poniesione zostały jedynie wydatki związane z przygotowaniem projektu (studium wykonalności oraz program funkcjonalno-użytkowy). W latach 2018-2019 rok planowane jest rozpoczęcie prac inwestycyjnych (zakup i montaż instalacji fotowoltaicznych, kolektorów słonecznych, ). Zakończenie realizacji projektu nastąpi przed 31 grudnia 2018r. Oprócz powyższych działań zostaną wykonane 3 tablice informacyjne i 3 pamiątkowe dla wszystkich gmin partnerskich informując o zrealizowaniu projektu z udziałem funduszy europejskich oraz zadania związane z edukacją ekologiczną, przygotowaniem i rozstrzygnięciem przetargu. The project consists of dispersed installation of solar collectors in households in rural areas and installation on 6 public buildings of photovoltaic installations. The subject of the project is the purchase and assembly of solar collector installations (744 pieces) and photovoltaic installations (6 pcs) in 3 partner municipalities: Somianka, Zatory, Brańszczyk. Solar installations will be located on private property. Photovoltaic installations on 6 public buildings. Objectives of the project: increase the production capacity in farms and public renewable energy partner institutions, reduce in farms from partner municipalities excessive emissions of pollutants into the air from combustion of conventional energy sources, increase the production of electricity from new RES installations in public buildings, increase the production of heat from new RES installations in public buildings. As a result of the project, 750 RES installations will be created, of which 744 are solar collectors, 6 photovoltaic installations. The investment which is the subject of this project is planned to be implemented in 2018 (actual implementation). In 2016, only expenses related to the preparation of the project (feasibility study and functional-use programme) were incurred. In the years 2018-2019 it is planned to start investment works (purchase and assembly of photovoltaic installations, solar collectors, etc.). The project will be completed by 31 December 2018. In addition to the above, 3 information boards and 3 commemorative plaques for all partner municipalities will be carried out, informing about the implementation of the project with the participation of European funds as well as tasks related to environmental education, preparation and award of tenders. Le projet comprend l’installation distribuée de capteurs solaires dans les ménages des zones rurales et l’installation d’installations photovoltaïques sur 6 bâtiments publics. L’objet du projet est l’achat et l’installation de capteurs solaires (744 unités) et d’installations photovoltaïques (6 unités) dans 3 communes partenaires: Somianka, Zemory, Brańszczyk. Les installations solaires seront situées sur une propriété privée. Installations photovoltaïques sur 6 bâtiments publics. Objectifs du projet: accroître la capacité de production dans les exploitations agricoles et encourager les bâtiments publics partenaires en matière d’énergie renouvelable, réduire les émissions excessives de polluants dans l’air dans les municipalités partenaires résultant de la combustion de sources d’énergie conventionnelles, accroître la production d’électricité à partir de nouvelles installations SER dans les bâtiments publics, augmenter la production de chaleur à partir de nouvelles installations SER dans les bâtiments publics. Le projet se traduira par 750 installations SER, dont 744 capteurs solaires, 6 installations photovoltaïques. L’investissement qui fait l’objet de ce projet est prévu pour la mise en œuvre en 2018 (mise en œuvre effective). En 2016, seules les dépenses liées à la préparation du projet (étude de faisabilité et programme d’utilisation fonctionnelle) ont été engagées. En 2018-2019, des travaux d’investissement sont prévus (achat et installation d’installations photovoltaïques, capteurs solaires, etc.). L’achèvement du projet aura lieu avant le 31 décembre 2018. Outre les activités ci-dessus, 3 conseils d’information et 3 conseils commémoratifs pour toutes les municipalités partenaires seront mis en place, afin d’informer sur la mise en œuvre du projet avec la participation de fonds européens et de tâches liées à l’éducation à l’environnement, à la préparation et à la conclusion de l’appel d’offres. Das Projekt besteht aus der verteilten Installation von Solarkollektoren in Haushalten in ländlichen Gebieten und der Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen auf 6 öffentlichen Gebäuden. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Erwerb und die Installation von Solarkollektoren (744 Einheiten) und Photovoltaikanlagen (6 Einheiten) in drei Partnergemeinden: Somianka, Zemory, Brańszczyk. Solaranlagen befinden sich auf Privateigentum. Photovoltaik-Anlagen an 6 öffentlichen Gebäuden. Ziele des Projekts: Erhöhung der Produktionskapazität in landwirtschaftlichen Betrieben und Anstiftung öffentlicher Partnergebäude für erneuerbare Energien, Verringerung übermäßiger Schadstoffemissionen in die Luft in den Partnergemeinden aus der Verbrennung konventioneller Energiequellen, Steigerung der Stromerzeugung aus neuen EE-Anlagen in öffentlichen Gebäuden, Steigerung der Wärmeerzeugung aus neuen EE-Anlagen in öffentlichen Gebäuden. Das Projekt wird zu 750 EE-Anlagen führen, davon 744 Solarkollektoren, 6 Photovoltaikanlagen. Die Investition, die Gegenstand dieses Projekts ist, ist für 2018 geplant (tatsächliche Umsetzung). Im Jahr 2016 wurden nur Ausgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Projektvorbereitung (Machbarkeitsstudie und funktionelle Nutzungsprogramm) angefallen. Für 2018-2019 sind Investitionsarbeiten geplant (Kauf und Installation von Photovoltaikanlagen, Solarkollektoren usw.). Der Abschluss des Projekts findet vor dem 31. Dezember 2018 statt. Het project bestaat uit de gedistribueerde installatie van zonnecollectoren in huishoudens in plattelandsgebieden en de installatie van fotovoltaïsche installaties op 6 openbare gebouwen. Het doel van het project is de aankoop en installatie van zonnecollectoren (744 eenheden) en fotovoltaïsche installaties (6 eenheden) in 3 partnergemeenten: Somianka, Zemory, Brańszczyk. Zonne-installaties zullen zich op privé-eigendom bevinden. Fotovoltaïsche installaties op 6 openbare gebouwen. Doelstellingen van het project: vergroting van de productiecapaciteit in landbouwbedrijven en de aanzet tot openbare partnergebouwen voor hernieuwbare energie, vermindering van de overmatige uitstoot van verontreinigende stoffen in de lucht in de partnergemeenten door de verbranding van conventionele energiebronnen, verhoging van de elektriciteitsproductie van nieuwe installaties voor hernieuwbare energie in openbare gebouwen, verhoging van de warmteproductie van nieuwe installaties voor hernieuwbare energiebronnen in openbare gebouwen. Het project zal leiden tot 750 RES-installaties, waarvan 744 zonnecollectoren, 6 fotovoltaïsche installaties. De investering waarop dit project betrekking heeft, is gepland voor de uitvoering in 2018 (daadwerkelijke uitvoering). In 2016 werden alleen uitgaven gemaakt voor de voorbereiding van het project (haalbaarheidsstudie en programma voor functioneel gebruik). In 2018-2019 zullen de investeringswerkzaamheden van start gaan (aankoop en installatie van fotovoltaïsche installaties, zonnecollectoren enz.). De voltooiing van het project vindt plaats vóór 31 december 2018. Il progetto consiste nell'installazione distribuita di collettori solari nelle abitazioni nelle zone rurali e nell'installazione di impianti fotovoltaici su 6 edifici pubblici. Oggetto del progetto è l'acquisto e l'installazione di collettori solari (744 unità) e impianti fotovoltaici (6 unità) in 3 comuni partner: Somianka, Zemory, Brańszczyk. Gli impianti solari saranno ubicati su proprietà privata. Impianti fotovoltaici su 6 edifici pubblici. Obiettivi del progetto: aumentare la capacità produttiva nelle aziende agricole e l'istigazione di edifici pubblici partner nel settore delle energie rinnovabili, ridurre le emissioni eccessive di inquinanti nell'atmosfera nei comuni partner derivanti dalla combustione di fonti energetiche convenzionali, aumentare la produzione di energia elettrica da nuovi impianti FER negli edifici pubblici, aumentare la produzione di calore da nuovi impianti FER negli edifici pubblici. Il progetto si tradurrà in 750 impianti FER, di cui 744 collettori solari, 6 impianti fotovoltaici. L'investimento oggetto del presente progetto è previsto per l'attuazione nel 2018 (attuazione effettiva). Nel 2016 sono state sostenute solo le spese relative alla preparazione del progetto (studio di fattibilità e programma di utilizzo funzionale). Nel periodo 2018-2019 è prevista l'avvio dei lavori di investimento (acquisto e installazione di impianti fotovoltaici, collettori solari, ecc.). Il completamento del progetto avverrà entro il 31 dicembre 2018. Oltre alle attività di cui sopra, saranno realizzati 3 consigli di informazione e 3 consigli commemorativi per tutti i comuni partner, informando sull'attuazione del progetto con la partecipazione di fondi europei e compiti relativi all'educazione ambientale, alla preparazione e alla conclusione del bando di gara. El proyecto dará como resultado 750 instalaciones de FER, de las cuales 744 son colectores solares, 6 instalaciones fotovoltaicas. La inversión objeto de este proyecto está prevista para su ejecución en 2018 (ejecución real). En 2016 solo se efectuaron gastos relacionados con la preparación del proyecto (estudio de viabilidad y programa de uso funcional). En 2018-2019 se prevé el inicio de las obras de inversión (compra e instalación de instalaciones fotovoltaicas, colectores solares, etc.). La finalización del proyecto tendrá lugar antes del 31 de diciembre de 2018. Además de las actividades mencionadas, se llevarán a cabo tres consejos de información y tres consejos conmemorativos para todos los municipios asociados, informando sobre la ejecución del proyecto con la participación de fondos europeos y tareas relacionadas con la educación medioambiental, la preparación y la conclusión de la licitación.
