La propuesta pretende conseguir la rehabilitacón física, económica y social del Edificio Polifuncional de La Pérgola para convertirlo en un referente de excelencia de emprendimiento comercial del tejido empresarial, para la cohesion social y como modelo de dinamización económica de la ciudad. El objetivo de la operación es :_x000D_ - Convertir el recinto de La Pérgola en un espacio de emprendimiento en el que se lleven a cabo la realización de planes de acción comercial, que den visibilidad y aporten valor al tejido empresarial de la ciudad, apoyando a las empresas locales y fomentando el producto de proximidad._x000D_ - Dar apoyo a las empresas locales y generar un impacto en la actividad económica de la ciudad aumentando el conocimiento de las oportunidades de empleo, mejorando la tasa de ocupación y promocionando la creación de nuevas empresas en la ciudad._x000D_ - Completar y consolidar la renovación de infraestructuras del Edificio de La Pérgola y su modernización tecnológica._x000D_ - Contribuir a la sostenibilidad del medio ambiente, a la economía social y a la economía circular._x000D_ - Fomentar el emprendimiento social y sostenible como una nueva forma de desarrollar iniciativas y redes compartidas capaces de generar valor añadido en la ciudad, como una nueva forma de emprender en la que los fines comerciales y el mero beneficio económico no son los únicos y en la que el impacto positivo con el entorno y la rentabilidad de negocio, van de la mano. La proposition vise à réaliser la réhabilitation physique, économique et sociale du bâtiment polifonctionnel de La Pergola pour en faire une référence d’excellence dans l’entrepreneuriat commercial du tissu d’entreprise, pour la cohésion sociale et comme modèle de dynamisation économique de la ville.
