Esta actuación tiene como objeto la puesta en valor de un pequeño conjunto edificado de gran interés turístico e histórico como es el núcleo de Donramiro, núcleo rural de carácter tradicional muy próximo al casco urbano de Lalín y considerado funcionalmente como parte de su área urbana. Este núcleo tradicional forma, conjuntamente con los de Lalín de Arriba y Barrio de Abaixo, los elementos originarios que han conformado el desarrollo del área urbana de Lalín. _x000D_ _x000D_ Este núcleo, catalogado como “Conjunto ambiental” en el planeamiento municipal alberga elementos muy destacados del patrimonio cultural (Castro de Donramiro e Iglesia románica de Donramiro), mantiene características formales y tipológicas representativas de los conjuntos edificados rurales que constituyen un testimonio presente del sistema de asentamientos y formas de vida tradicionales. _x000D_ _x000D_ La operación propuesta pretende la recuperación, revitalización y humanización de este tejido edificado que está en claro proceso de infradesarrollo urbano, especialmente en su ámbito más próximo a la Iglesia y los accesos principales; la señalización de caminos de acceso al Castro de Donramiro; y la rehabilitación de edificaciones tradicionales como equipamiento público para la musealización de los atractivos patrimoniales y turísticos del núcleo de Donramiro y su entorno cultural._x000D_ _x000D_ Todo ello redundará en una mejora de la identidad patrimonial de este conjunto edificado integrado en el área urbana de Lalín, promoviendo un mayor conocimiento del entorno por parte de los propios lalinenses y sus visitantes. The purpose of this action is to enhance the value of a small built complex of great tourist and historical interest such as the Donramiro area, a traditional rural space very close to the town of Lalín and functionally considered as part of its urban area. This traditional area forms, together with those of Lalín de Arriba and Barrio de Abaixo, the original elements that have shaped the development of the urban area of ¿¿Lalín._x000D_ _x000D_ The area, cataloged as "Environmental Complex" in the municipal planning, encompasses very outstanding elements of our cultural heritage (Castro de Donramiro and Romanesque Church of Donramiro). It keeps formal and typological characteristics representative of the rural built complexes and constitutes a testimony of the system of settlements and traditional ways of life._x000D_ _x000D_ This operation aims to recover, revitalize and humanize this area, which is actually in an acute process of urban underdevelopment especially in the surrounds of the Church and the main accesses. It will also provide the signposting of access roads to Castro de Donramiro; and the rehabilitation of traditional buildings as public facilities for the musealization of the heritage and tourist attractions of the Donramiro area and its cultural environment._x000D_ _x000D_ All of this will result in an improvement in the heritage identity of this historical landmark, promoting greater knowledge of this example of heritage by the residents of Lalín and their visitors. Cette action vise à renforcer la valeur d’un petit bâtiment d’intérêt touristique et historique tel que le noyau de Donramiro, un centre rural traditionnel très proche du centre urbain de Lalín et considéré fonctionnellement comme faisant partie de sa zone urbaine. Ce noyau traditionnel forme, avec ceux de Lalín de Arriba et Barrio de Abaixo, les éléments d’origine qui ont façonné le développement de la zone urbaine de Lalín. _x000D_ _x000D_ ce noyau, classé comme «Ensemble environnemental» dans les maisons d’urbanisme municipales, des éléments très importants du patrimoine culturel (Castro de Donramiro et église romane de Donramiro), maintient des caractéristiques formelles et typologiques représentatives des bâtiments ruraux qui constituent un témoignage actuel du système d’établissements et des modes de vie traditionnels. _x000D_ _x000D_ l’opération proposée vise à la récupération, la revitalisation et l’humanisation de ce tissu bâti qui est clairement en cours de sous-développement urbain, en particulier dans sa zone la plus proche de l’Église et des principaux accès; signalisation des routes d’accès à Castro de Donramiro; et la réhabilitation des bâtiments traditionnels en tant qu’équipement public pour la muséalisation du patrimoine et des attractions touristiques du cœur de Donramiro et de son environnement culturel._x000D_ _x000D_ Tout cela permettra d’améliorer l’identité patrimoniale de ce complexe bâti intégré dans la zone urbaine de Lalín, en favorisant une meilleure connaissance de l’environnement par les Laliniens eux-mêmes et leurs visiteurs. Diese Aktion zielt darauf ab, den Wert eines kleinen Gebäudes von großem touristischen und historischen Interesse, wie dem Kern von Donramiro, einem traditionellen ländlichen Zentrum in unmittelbarer Nähe des Stadtzentrums von Lalín, zu verbessern und funktional als Teil seines städtischen Gebiets zu betrachten. Dieser traditionelle Kern bildet zusammen mit denen von Lalín de Arriba und Barrio de Abaixo die ursprünglichen Elemente, die die Entwicklung des städtischen Gebiets von Lalín geprägt haben. _x000D_ _x000D_ dieser Kern, der als „Environmental Ensemble“ in den städtischen Planungshäusern klassifiziert wird, bewahrt sehr prominente Elemente des kulturellen Erbes (Castro de Donramiro und romanische Kirche von Donramiro) unterhält formale und typologische Merkmale, die für die ländlichen Gebäude repräsentativ sind, die ein gegenwärtiges Zeugnis des Systems der Siedlungen und der traditionellen Lebensweisen darstellen. _x000D_ _x000D_ die vorgeschlagene Maßnahme zielt auf die Wiederherstellung, Wiederbelebung und Humanisierung dieses aufgebauten Gefüges ab, das sich eindeutig im Prozess der städtischen Unterentwicklung befindet, insbesondere in seinem Gebiet, das der Kirche und den wichtigsten Zugängen am nächsten ist; Beschilderung der Zufahrtsstraßen nach Castro de Donramiro; und die Sanierung traditioneller Gebäude als öffentliche Ausrüstung für die Vergnügung des Erbes und der touristischen Attraktionen des Kerns von Donramiro und seiner kulturellen Umgebung._x000D_ _x000D_ All dies wird zu einer Verbesserung der kulturellen Identität dieses im städtischen Gebiet von Lalín integrierten Komplexes führen, wodurch die Laliner selbst und ihre Besucher die Umwelt besser kennen lernen. Deze actie is bedoeld om de waarde te vergroten van een klein gebouw van groot toeristisch en historisch belang, zoals de kern van Donramiro, een traditioneel landelijk centrum dat zeer dicht bij het stedelijke centrum van Lalín ligt en functioneel wordt beschouwd als onderdeel van het stedelijk gebied. Deze traditionele kern vormt, samen met die van Lalín de Arriba en Barrio de Abaixo, de oorspronkelijke elementen die de ontwikkeling van het stedelijke gebied van Lalín hebben gevormd. _x000D_ _x000D_ deze kern, geclassificeerd als „Milieu-Ensemble” in de gemeentelijke planningshuizen zeer prominente elementen van het cultureel erfgoed (Castro de Donramiro en Romaanse kerk van Donramiro), onderhoudt formele en typologische kenmerken die representatief zijn voor de landelijke gebouwen die een huidige getuigenis van het systeem van nederzettingen en traditionele manieren van leven vormen. _x000D_ _x000D_ de voorgestelde operatie is gericht op het herstel, de revitalisering en de humanisering van dit opgebouwde weefsel dat duidelijk bezig is met stedelijke onderontwikkeling, met name in het gebied dat het dichtst bij de kerk ligt en de belangrijkste toegangen; bewegwijzering van toegangswegen naar Castro de Donramiro; en het herstel van traditionele gebouwen als openbaar materieel voor de musealisering van het erfgoed en toeristische attracties van de kern van Donramiro en zijn culturele omgeving._x000D_ _x000D_ Dit alles zal leiden tot een verbetering van de erfgoedidentiteit van dit gebouwde complex geïntegreerd in het stedelijke gebied van Lalín, waardoor de Laliniërs zelf en hun bezoekers meer kennis van het milieu bevorderen. Questa azione mira a valorizzare un piccolo edificio di grande interesse turistico e storico come il nucleo di Donramiro, un centro rurale tradizionale molto vicino al centro urbano di Lalín e considerato funzionalmente parte della sua area urbana. Questo nucleo tradizionale forma, insieme a quelli di Lalín de Arriba e Barrio de Abaixo, gli elementi originali che hanno plasmato lo sviluppo dell'area urbana di Lalín. _x000D_ _x000D_ questo nucleo, classificato come "Ensemble Ambientale" nelle case di progettazione comunale elementi molto importanti del patrimonio culturale (Castro de Donramiro e Chiesa romanica di Donramiro), mantiene caratteristiche formali e tipologiche rappresentative degli edifici rurali che costituiscono una testimonianza attuale del sistema di insediamenti e stili di vita tradizionali. _x000D_ _x000D_ l'operazione proposta mira al recupero, alla rivitalizzazione e all'umanizzazione di questo tessuto edificato che è chiaramente in fase di sottosviluppo urbano, soprattutto nella zona più vicina alla Chiesa e ai principali accessi; segnaletica delle strade di accesso a Castro de Donramiro; e la riabilitazione di edifici tradizionali come attrezzature pubbliche per la musealizzazione del patrimonio e delle attrazioni turistiche del nucleo di Donramiro e del suo ambiente culturale._x000D_ _x000D_ Tutto ciò si tradurrà in un miglioramento dell'identità del patrimonio di questo complesso costruito integrato nell'area urbana di Lalín, promuovendo una maggiore conoscenza dell'ambiente da parte degli stessi laliniani e dei loro visitatori.
