Es clara la necesidad de ir adquiriendo las infraestructuras instrumentales que permitan el desarrollo y consolidación de los centros dedicados a la investigación, entre las que se encuentra el recién creado Instituto de Investigación e Innovación en Biomedicina de Cádiz (INIBICA), que permitan la realización de los proyectos de los Investigadores que en él trabajan. La presente solicitud se enmarca en este apartado. El citómetro de flujo ¿Cell-sorter¿ es un equipamiento esencial para muchos grupos de investigación que ya están consolidados y otros que se han incorporado recientemente. El equipo que se solicita debe ser de fácil uso y mínimo mantenimiento, permitiendo así su utilización por el usuario sin necesidad de la supervisión continua del responsable del mismo. _x000D_ El uso del citómetro de flujo ¿Cell-sorter¿ estaría abierta a disposición todos los investigadores de los todos los centros de investigación de Cádiz y otros centros de organismos públicos y privados de la provincia, que desarrollen su actividad en el campo de la I+D+i en salud. El objetivo de esta acción es corregir el desfase actual de Cádiz, en términos de producción científica y generación de innovaciones en salud, respecto a otras provincias. Esta actividad contribuiría a aumentar las capacidades para desarrollar I+D+i de excelencia de forma cooperativa entre la Universidad, Centros Sanitarios y empresas, contribuyendo a la vez a la creación de empleo ligado a la generación y explotación del conocimiento. The need to provide / renovate the instrumental infrastructure that allows the development and consolidation of centers dedicated to research is clear. That is the case of the recently created Institute of Research and Innovation in Biomedicine of Cádiz (INIBICA). The present request is framed in this section. The "sorter" flow cytometer is an essential equipment for many research groups that are already consolidated and others that have recently joined. The equipment requested must be easy to use and minimal maintenance, allowing its use by the user without the need for continuous supervision of a technician._x000D_ The use of the "sorter" flow cytometer would be open to all researchers from all the research centers in Cádiz and other centers of public and private organizations in the province, who carry out their activity in the field of R+D+ i in health. The objective of this action is to correct the current gap in Cádiz, in terms of scientific production and generation of innovations in health, compared to other provinces. This activity would contribute to increase the capacities to develop R+D+i of excellence in a cooperative way between the University, Health Centers and companies, contributing at the same time to the creation of employment linked to the generation and exploitation of knowledge. Il est clair qu’il est nécessaire d’acquérir les infrastructures instrumentales qui permettent le développement et la consolidation des centres de recherche, dont l’Institut de recherche et d’innovation en biomédecine de Cadix (INiBICA), nouvellement créé, qui permettra la réalisation des projets des chercheurs qui y travaillent. La présente requête relève de ce point. Le trieur de cellules est un équipement essentiel pour de nombreux groupes de recherche qui sont déjà consolidés et pour d’autres qui ont été récemment incorporés. L’équipement demandé doit être facile à utiliser et minimal d’entretien, permettant ainsi son utilisation par l’utilisateur sans qu’il soit nécessaire de surveiller en permanence la personne qui en est responsable. _x000D_ l’utilisation du cytomètre de flux Cell-trier serait ouverte à tous les chercheurs de tous les centres de recherche de Cadiz et d’autres centres d’organismes publics et privés de la province, qui exercent leurs activités dans le domaine de la R & D & I dans le domaine de la santé. L’objectif de cette action est de corriger l’écart actuel à Cadix, en termes de production scientifique et de production d’innovations dans le domaine de la santé, par rapport à d’autres provinces. Cette activité contribuerait à renforcer les capacités de développement de la R & D & I d’excellence de manière coopérative entre l’université, les centres de santé et les entreprises, tout en contribuant à la création d’emplois liés à la production et à l’exploitation des connaissances. Es ist klar, dass es notwendig ist, die Instrumentalinfrastrukturen zu erwerben, die die Entwicklung und Konsolidierung von Forschungszentren ermöglichen, darunter das neu geschaffene Institut für Forschung und Innovation in der Biomedizin von Cadiz (INiBICA), das die Realisierung der Projekte der dort tätigen Forscher ermöglicht. Dieser Antrag fällt unter diesen Absatz. Der Flow Cytometer Cell-Sorter ist ein wesentliches Gerät für viele Forschungsgruppen, die bereits konsolidiert sind, und andere, die vor kurzem integriert wurden. Het is duidelijk dat het noodzakelijk is de instrumentele infrastructuren te verwerven die de ontwikkeling en consolidatie van onderzoekscentra mogelijk maken, waaronder het nieuw opgerichte Instituut voor onderzoek en innovatie in biogeneeskunde van Cadiz (INiBICA), dat de projecten van de onderzoekers die daar werkzaam zijn, zal kunnen realiseren. Deze aanvraag valt onder dit lid. De flow cytometer Cell-sorter is een essentiële apparatuur voor veel onderzoeksgroepen die al geconsolideerd zijn en anderen die onlangs zijn opgenomen. De gevraagde apparatuur moet gemakkelijk te gebruiken zijn en minimaal onderhoud, zodat het gebruik ervan door de gebruiker mogelijk is zonder dat de persoon die er verantwoordelijk voor is voortdurend toezicht hoeft te houden. _x000D_ het gebruik van de flow cytometer Cell-sorter zou openstaan voor alle onderzoekers van alle onderzoekscentra in Cadiz en andere centra van openbare en particuliere instanties in de provincie, die hun activiteiten op het gebied van O & O & I in gezondheid uitvoeren. È chiaro che è necessario acquisire le infrastrutture strumentali che consentono lo sviluppo e il consolidamento dei centri di ricerca, tra cui il neocostituito Istituto di Ricerca e Innovazione in Biomedicina di Cadice (INiBICA), che consentirà la realizzazione dei progetti dei ricercatori che vi lavorano. La presente domanda rientra nell'ambito di applicazione del presente paragrafo. Il citometro a flusso Cell-sorter è un equipaggiamento essenziale per molti gruppi di ricerca che sono già consolidati e altri che sono stati recentemente incorporati. L'attrezzatura richiesta deve essere di facile utilizzo e minima manutenzione, consentendo così l'utilizzo da parte dell'utilizzatore senza la necessità di una supervisione continua del responsabile. _x000D_ l'uso del citometro a flusso Cell-sorter sarebbe aperto a tutti i ricercatori di tutti i centri di ricerca di Cadice e di altri centri di enti pubblici e privati della provincia, che svolgono le loro attività nel campo della R & S & I in salute. L'obiettivo di questa azione è quello di correggere l'attuale divario a Cadice, in termini di produzione scientifica e generazione di innovazioni in campo sanitario, rispetto ad altre province.
