Kuiphuis Kraanverhuur B.V. is zich bewust van het belang van de mentale vitaliteit van zijn medewerkers. Mensen met een sterk mentaal vermogen hebben minder last van werkstress en ongewenst gedrag op de werkvloer. Doel is om een duidelijk beeld te krijgen van de persoonlijke vitaliteit van de medewerkers zodat zij meer inzicht krijgen in hun eigen persoonlijkheid. Daarmee krijgen zij de kans om hun mentale vermogen te ontwikkelen. Deze ontwikkeling zal d.m.v. teamgesprekken en individuele gesprekken met een gespecialiseerde mentaliteitscoach plaatsvinden. Hierin is voldoende ruimte voor feedback/input. Door nieuwe inzichten is het mogelijk bewustwording op te bouwen van de mentale vitaliteit en hier mee bezig te zijn, om zodoende een gezond en veilig werken te bevorderen. Daarmee wordt het doel van duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers bereikt. (Dutch)

Kuiphuis Kraanhuur B.V. is aware of the importance of the mental vitality of its employees. People with strong mental abilities suffer less from work stress and unwanted behaviour in the workplace. The aim is to get a clear picture of the personal vitality of the employees so that they gain more insight into their own personality. This gives them the opportunity to develop their mental abilities. This development will take place through team interviews and individual conversations with a specialised mentality coach. There is plenty of room for feedback/input. Through new insights it is possible to raise awareness of the mental vitality and to be engaged in this, in order to promote a healthy and safe working. This will achieve the goal of sustainable employability of employees. (English)

Kuiphuis Kraanhuur B.V. è consapevole dell'importanza della vitalità mentale dei suoi dipendenti. Le persone con forti capacità mentali soffrono meno di stress da lavoro e di comportamento indesiderato sul posto di lavoro. L'obiettivo è quello di ottenere un quadro chiaro della vitalità personale dei dipendenti in modo da ottenere una maggiore comprensione della propria personalità. Questo dà loro l'opportunità di sviluppare le loro capacità mentali. Questo sviluppo avverrà attraverso interviste di squadra e conversazioni individuali con un allenatore specializzato di mentalità. C'è un sacco di spazio per il feedback/input. Attraverso nuove intuizioni è possibile aumentare la consapevolezza della vitalità mentale ed essere impegnati in questo, al fine di promuovere un lavoro sano e sicuro.
