    Schouten Sorting Equipment heeft BDO (externe adviespartij) gevraagd om de leidinggevenden hulp te bieden bij het ondersteunen en begeleiden van medewerkers en hen in te zetten op hun talent en te betrekken bij te behalen doelstellingen. Voor dat laatste zullen individuele sessies plaatsvinden om de inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers te vergroten. Maar om een leercultuur te creëren en een gezonde werksfeer zal er zowel aandacht moeten worden besteed aan de leidinggevende als het uitvoerende personeel. Dit zal bijdragen aan een gezond werkklimaat, waarbij de medewerkers meer werkplezier ervaren en hierdoor gezond, gemotiveerd en gelukkig aan het werk blijven gaan. (Dutch)

For the latter, individual sessions will take place to increase the employability of employees. However, in order to create a learning culture and a healthy working atmosphere, attention will have to be paid to both management and executive staff. This will contribute to a healthy working environment, in which employees experience more work pleasure and therefore continue to work healthy, motivated and happy. (English)

    Schouten Sorting Equipment ha chiesto a BDO (External Advisory Party) di assistere i manager nel sostenere e guidare i dipendenti e di utilizzarli sul proprio talento e di coinvolgerli nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi. Per questi ultimi, si terranno sessioni individuali per aumentare l'occupabilità dei dipendenti. Tuttavia, al fine di creare una cultura dell'apprendimento e un'atmosfera di lavoro sana, occorrerà prestare attenzione sia ai dirigenti che al personale esecutivo. Questo contribuirà a un ambiente di lavoro sano, in cui i dipendenti sperimentano più piacere di lavoro e quindi continuano a lavorare sano, motivato e felice. (Italian)
